  It was a wonderful stay.

  The Room and bathroom were excellent, but above all, the staff was incredibly kind, which made me the happiest. I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. Thank you very much.

  I was shocked.

  Five days after my stay, I was accused of taking hotel amenities without confirmation, and received multiple calls. Moreover, instead of contacting the number I provided during check-in, they called my mother's phone (which had been used once before the stay), and spoke to my younger brother in an angry tone. He said he felt scared. While confused about the situation, another call came a few hours later, which turned out to be a silent call when my mother answered. When I returned their call, there was insufficient apology for the misunderstanding or lack of confirmation. The tone was intimidating and extremely unprofessional. Although there were no issues with the hotel itself or its location, I felt no sincerity in their response and strongly urge improvements in their customer service moving forward.

  Thank you for staying with us recently. Firstly, we strive to provide all our guests with a pleasant accommodation experience, and it is truly regrettable that this was not the case during your stay. However, mutual trust between our guests and our accommodation plays a significant role in ensuring this, and we perceive the recent situation as an exception to this understanding. To begin with, three items used for the bed art prepared for your special occasion were found missing after your stay: 1. A green circular leaf arrangement 2. A pink bouquet placed beside the birthday plate 3. A white flower accompanying the towel art by the bedside These items are currently unaccounted for, which has hindered us from preparing similar arrangements for subsequent guests. We kindly ask you to check your belongings once again regarding these items. Regarding our phone call, we returned a call to the number originally used by you when contacting us about preparations for your special occasion. This number was provided via our call center at that time as appropriate for follow-up communication. We were unaware that it belonged to someone else or that it might be unsuitable for discussing sensitive matters related to accommodation arrangements. We sincerely apologize if this caused any inconvenience. As mentioned about an alleged silent call from us, please note that we only made one attempt before connecting directly with you; any other calls may have been mistaken as ours. Although we allowed a late checkout without additional charges in consideration of your special day and aimed to send you off pleasantly, it is unfortunate that mutual trust seems compromised following these events. Please be reminded that intentional damage or removal of hotel property is subject to compensation as stated in our accommodation terms and conditions; therefore, we are considering issuing a claim due to its impact on other guests' experiences. Additionally, any further dissemination of false accusations could potentially constitute defamation against our corporate entity—please take caution moving forward accordingly.
