    Perfect for a getaway with your girlfriends. A spacious and comfortable private rental home

    This Accommodation was even more comfortable than we expected for a trip with three adult female friends. What made us happiest was that each of the three of us could have our own Room. At night, we could relax in our own space, sleep well, and feel refreshed for sightseeing the next day. There were also two toilets, which made getting ready in the morning smooth. Both the Rooms and the water areas were kept very clean, and the amenities were well stocked. Since most essentials were provided, we were glad we could pack lighter as well. The bath was spacious and spotless. Soaking and unwinding after walking around Kyoto felt wonderful. There were plenty of plates, glasses, and cutlery too, so we could buy what we liked at a nearby supermarket and enjoy it leisurely in our Room—another great plus. The location was convenient for walking to sightseeing spots, and it was nice to be able to return to the Accommodation quickly when we got tired. If you want to fully enjoy sightseeing while also relaxing at your own pace at the Accommodation, this is a perfect place for an adult women’s trip to Kyoto. We would definitely like to stay here again when we visit Kyoto next time.

    Highly recommended.

    The plan included meals from the catering restaurant "Sensan," and both breakfast and dinner were truly delicious, offering high-quality dining experiences to enjoy leisurely at the accommodation. Just a minute away, we found delicious Tamba wine for sale, which was a delightful surprise. Additionally, there is a local supermarket nearby. The washing machine was heat pump type and could dry clothes thoroughly, making it very convenient for a multiple night stay. In the morning, we walked along the stone-paved path leading to Kiyomizu Temple, fully immersing ourselves in Kyoto's traditional atmosphere. With an excellent balance of location, facilities, and meals, this accommodation provided a comfortable and highly satisfying stay. We confidently recommend this place.

    Had a wonderful time!

    A wonderful accommodation that exceeded expectations! The moment you step into the entrance, a subtle luxurious scent fills the air, creating a very comfortable and calming atmosphere. The gentle fragrance is soothing no matter where you are. The lighting is perfectly relaxing, and the furniture, primarily made of wood, creates a serene space where time seems to flow slowly. The kitchen area was also impressive. It was fully equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, and even items like plastic wrap and aluminum foil—very convenient to use. And the bath! While outdoors, it felt private yet allowed you to enjoy the refreshing outdoor air as you soaked in relaxation. It was incredibly spacious—enough for 4–5 people—and had plenty of room to stretch out your legs comfortably. With two sinks at the vanity area, getting ready in the morning was smooth and hassle-free. The living & dining area overlooking the courtyard offered pure relaxation—a true healing space. The rooms on the second floor were spacious as well; each bedside had an outlet for convenience. There’s also a restroom on the second floor so there’s no need to go downstairs at night—very practical! In the living room, everyone could relax while watching TV—it honestly felt "more comfortable than home." This is definitely an accommodation I’d love to stay at again and recommend to others!

    It was a wonderful accommodation.

    We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay with our dog. The living-dining area was spacious enough for our dog to run around, and there was also a courtyard, creating a very open and lovely space. The amenities for dogs were also well-prepared, which we greatly appreciated. This time, it was just the two of us staying, but with multiple rooms and plenty of beds and futons available, we thought it would be great to come back with a larger group next time. The location was excellent as it is close to Ninenzaka and Kiyomizu Temple. While the area is busy during the day, it becomes a wonderful spot for walking your dog at night. The illuminated five-story pagoda at night was stunning as well. We visited by car this time, so it was slightly disappointing that there wasn’t any parking available; however, considering the location in Kyoto, it's understandable. We would definitely love to stay here again!

    A serene hidden retreat near Ninenzaka, Villa Juka awaits to impress!

    A hidden gem of an accommodation where you can fully immerse yourself in the charm of Kyoto. Located just steps from Ninenzaka, it offers a prime location within walking distance to Yasaka Pagoda, Kiyomizu Temple, and Kodaiji Temple. The traditional Kyoto townhouse-style exterior combined with its elegant interior design creates a beautiful and serene atmosphere for a relaxing stay. Thoughtful touches throughout made the experience heartwarming, offering a unique feeling as if living in Kyoto itself. Perfect for both sightseeing and relaxation, this accommodation is one I would love to visit again.

    Perfect as a gift for in-laws!

    I gifted my in-laws from Chiba a stay at the villa "Juka" to coincide with the Gion Festival procession on this day. The location is excellent, within walking distance to a kaiseki restaurant in Gion. The room was very clean, and they were delighted with the quiet and serene atmosphere at night. The staff's attentive service and thoughtful care made it easy to complete the reservation with confidence. This accommodation is perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle and express gratitude to someone special.

    The open-air bath was spacious and lovely. It was a very relaxing accommodation where you can cook in the open-concept dining kitchen. Next time, I would like to enjoy a multiple night stay.

    Kind and considerate host Elegant, chic, quiet, and comfortable Stays

    First of all, I would like to thank the kind and considerate host. I had a very comfortable night and slept soundly. The Room was very elegant and chic, quiet and cozy, clean and well-organized, and the cost performance was outstanding. I was worried that the night would be very cold due to the size of the house and the fact that it was a traditional Kyoto townhouse, as the night I checked in was one of the coldest days in Kyoto. However, when I arrived, the Room was lit, heaters were in every corner, and the air conditioning was working, which truly impressed me. The Room design was lovely, with a good flow, and there was even a very stylish open-air bath, making me not want to leave. Thank you very much for allowing me to spend such a wonderful night in Kyoto.

    It was the best trip to Kyoto!!

    I used it for my trip to Kyoto. The Room was spacious and I was impressed. (It was almost too much for two people) I was especially impressed with the large bath! It also had a mini kitchen, which was great for making simple meals. Next time, I would love to bring many friends and family and have a lively time. I will definitely use it again! Thank you very much.
