    After the Obon holidays: Family of five, 2 nights and 3 days

    The Accommodation is a short walk from Susukino Station, and there is a convenience store and My Basket nearby. A famous ramen shop is also close by. Check-in and check-out are simple and hassle-free. No complaints except that the tatami mats are firm. If I go to Sapporo again, I would like to stay here again.

    3 people for 3 nights and 4 days!

    We stayed here on a trip with three friends. The Room was clean and spacious, and even with three people we were able to spend 3 nights and 4 days comfortably, so we were satisfied. The best part was that bath towels were placed in the elevator hall and could be taken freely. Since we took showers several times, we really appreciated not having to reuse towels. However, I hope you can check the hair dryer in the Room and the laundry dryer. The hair dryer was probably broken—the airflow was so weak that it took a very long time to dry my hair. Also, even after running the laundry dryer for an hour, not even a T-shirt dried. We added another 30 minutes, but it still wasn’t fully dry, so we ended up hanging our clothes in the Room. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would like to use it again when we come to Sapporo! Thank you!

    Comfortable and convenient, with an amazing spa bath!

    For the past few years, I’ve been using this as my regular Accommodation in Sapporo. Pricing seems to be per Room, so it’s probably a great deal for families, but depending on the season it can be very reasonably priced and also works well for a Multiple Night Stay as a solo traveler. It’s within walking distance of Susukino Station on the Namboku Subway Line, and in winter you can also use the streetcar stop at Higashi-Honganji-mae. There are several well-known ramen shops nearby that stay open late, so finding a late-night meal is never an issue. The Room is spacious, and the kitchen refrigerator is large. Above all, the spa bath is excellent. If you bring your own bath salts, you can fully enjoy an Onsen-like experience. It may even be more comfortable than staying at a Hotel with a large public bath, since you can relax freely at your own pace. The hair dryer had also been upgraded to a newer model. However, it’s slightly inconvenient if you want to do PC work in the Room for a workcation. Using just the table and sofa can be tough on your body. Since all Rooms are spacious enough, I really wish there were a desk and chair in one corner—or that they offered concept Rooms equipped with that kind of setup.

    Suitable for long-term stays

    The 7-night stay was pleasant, with the Room's spaciousness and simple system resembling an overseas Citadines. The kitchenette, especially the freezer-equipped refrigerator, was very convenient. For added comfort, a standalone coat rack or indoor drying rack would be a great addition.

    I would like to stay here again.

    The front desk staff provided excellent service when I requested to store my luggage before check-in. The Room was clean, comfortable, and allowed me to relax completely! I noticed a message card in the Room as I was leaving, which made both me and my companion feel very happy. This time, I came to Hokkaido for a concert, but I would love to stay here again for sightseeing in the future. Thank you so much!

    I am writing exactly what happened.

    First, there is a smoking area next to the entrance, and it smells terrible. Cigarette butts were found in the corner of the automatic door. The front desk is only available from 15:00 to 22:00. I called to leave my luggage, but they didn't answer the first time, so I had to leave a message on the answering machine. I waited for a while until they called back. When I called the head office during that time, a foreign person answered and initially refused to store my luggage. According to reviews, it seems that the response varies depending on the person. The room has a peculiar smell (similar to perfume) as soon as you enter. It is not a clean smell at all. In the Western-style room, the walls were partially peeling, debris was scattered on the floor, and there was trash (the peeled parts of the furniture were left as they were). In the Japanese-style room, small pieces of trash were scattered around. The tissue case and side table had water and cup marks, making them dirty, and the TV remote was visibly dirty. The container for the dishwashing detergent was sticky with detergent, and the sponge was worn out from reuse. There are no paper towels, so it's inconvenient to wipe the dishes. There were crumbs like snacks on the sofa, and the cushion on the bed had mysterious white stains. Even the seemingly neatly stretched duvet cover had holes. The shampoo container in the bathroom was white with soap scum. The legs of the tables in both the Japanese and Western-style rooms were broken and wobbly. Furthermore, the backrest of the dining table chair had a subtle mottled pattern, possibly from grease stains, and the cushion was worn out, causing the wooden frame to hit your legs when you sit. It is not usable as it is. The Business Hotel is much cleaner. The only good thing is the spaciousness, but there was nothing else positive. You might say you can use it without any care, but that's about it. If it costs over 20,000 yen per night, I would consider another place. I will not use it again in the future.
