  Overall, it's close.

  I stayed for one night on a certain day in November. The exterior and interior both appeared clean at first glance. There were bloodstains on what seemed like a sofa bed next to the large window in the room, dried contact lenses likely left by a previous guest on the shelf next to the bed, a urine-like smell emanating from near the bed, a bidet that wouldn't stop even when the stop button was pressed, and when I tried to use the outdoor parasol, a large number of bugs (about 100 small round bugs) came out from inside when I untied the parasol string, making it quite an unusual experience. Also, there is no microwave, so guests should be cautious. I had the impression that such villas usually have a microwave, but that was my assumption. It was disappointing because it seemed like a property with a great location and atmosphere. Aside from these points, it was a very good property.
