    They were very accommodating.

    I originally made a Reservation for four nights, but due to the typhoon, we shortened our stay. Because it was a last-minute schedule change, there may have been food left in the refrigerator, and we may have caused inconvenience for the cleaning staff. The Reservation center staff kindly accommodated the sudden change, and their warm support was very reassuring during an uncertain time. As for the Room, it was spacious and very comfortable, with everything provided—hair dryer, amenities, kitchenware, and more. It was also great to be able to enjoy the drinks in the refrigerator right after arrival. However, every time I used the washing machine, an error “C09” appeared. After checking online, it seemed related to the lid sensor; by opening and closing it again I was able to use it somehow. Just sharing this information for future guests. I also would have liked more time to try the ReFa hair dryer and the Mirable shower. I would love to stay again next time.

    The Facility and view are good, but the musty smell and a few ants were a bit disappointing.

    The Room feels a bit dated, but the facilities and amenities—including a washing machine—were well equipped, and I had a comfortable stay. You can also see a bit of the ocean from the Room, and the provided ReFa shower head was great to use. On the other hand, I noticed a fairly strong musty smell in the Room, and I saw ants relatively often, which was disappointing. Improving dehumidification and ventilation as well as pest control would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, aside from the indoor odor and ants, I was satisfied with this Accommodation.

    We stayed for four nights because it is conveniently close to the snorkeling spot, Imgya Marine Garden. Though small, having access to both a pool and a barrel sauna was irresistible for sauna lovers. The Room is compact but has all the essentials, and it’s a perfectly fine size for two people. The included drum-style washing machine was extremely useful (detergent provided). Unfortunately, we were hit directly by two typhoons and had to extend our stay by two days, but they promptly arranged an affiliated Hotel at an exceptionally low rate, which was a huge help. I would like to express my sincere thanks here.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    Our family of three stayed in Building A for two nights. The Room was spacious, and we really enjoyed the pool and sauna. We would like to stay again if we have the chance.\nHowever, we found the showerhead in the second-floor bathroom difficult to use, and we were concerned that cigarettes left by a previous guest were still on the second-floor balcony.

    Overall, it was very good, but the road to the parking area was narrow and it was difficult to park.

    The pool is amazing.

    Having our own private pool, sauna, and jacuzzi available anytime was amazing. We made full use of the washer and dryer as well. The bathtub was spacious, so we could relax and soak comfortably. We really appreciated that the fridge was stocked with enough sanpin tea, Orion beer, yukishio soda, and water for everyone. Everything was thoroughly cleaned throughout the property, and we had a very comfortable stay. One disappointing point was that we planned to use two sofa beds, but they were so firm that even after layering two futons we could only manage for one person to sleep on them. As stated on the website, it can accommodate up to 4 guests, but we recommend staying with 2 people and not using the sofa beds. We were able to relax and enjoy a slow stay for four days while feeling close to Miyakojima’s nature.

    It was a wonderful villa.

    We stayed in Building H for a girls’ trip. The view and the Room were so wonderful it literally made us gasp, and we truly enjoyed the resort atmosphere. The amenities were well stocked, and we could feel the thoughtful attention to detail throughout. It wasn’t an issue for our energetic group this time, but the floor gets extremely slippery when wet. It’s such a fantastic Room that I’d love to bring my mother who has difficulty walking next time, but it might be a bit challenging. Even so, it’s a place we definitely want to stay at again. Next time, we’d like to book a Multiple Night Stay and relax at a slower pace. Thank you very much.

    It was a stylish and lovely Room.

    It was clean, stylish, and wonderful. The amenities, drinks, and tableware were easy to use, and we were very satisfied. However, there was no hot water. When I tried to use the shower, only a small trickle came out, and I could finally use it after 1–2 hours, which was really troublesome. I thought it might be broken, but it seems that when other Rooms are using it, you can’t use it. Also, the emergency phone line did not connect no matter how many times I called. Other than that, it was truly a lovely Room. Thank you very much.

    Overall satisfied, b...

    Overall satisfied, but the air conditioner in the living room was not working. It might have been due to the filter alarm. Since we stayed for 4 nights, it would be nice to have drawers in each bedroom for storing underwear and other items.

    Regular Accommodation

    I always stay here when visiting Miyako Island. The Room is spacious, and the Facility is well-equipped, making it impossible to stay anywhere else. This time, I was a bit late for check-out and hurriedly packed my luggage, only to realize after returning home that I had forgotten the Milky Art my grandchild made as a keepsake. When I called about it, they kindly searched for it and said they would send it to me without hesitation. This was my first experience like this, but their response was excellent. It will become another wonderful memory. Thank you very much! I will definitely stay here again next time!

    It was on the 1st fl...

    It was on the 1st floor of Building C. The moment we opened the entrance, there was a moldy smell. The Room was spacious enough for two people, but the air conditioner filter was full of dust. We stayed for two nights but hardly spent any time in the Room. The bed also had a moldy smell, which was very unpleasant. Indoor cleaning was thorough—just that and nothing more.

    Repeat booking guaranteed.

    We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The accommodation was fully equipped with appliances and household items, making our stay completely hassle-free. The bathroom dryer was especially convenient, allowing us to quickly dry clothes after marine sports or daily laundry. This made it easy to move on to the next activity and return home with clean clothes, avoiding the usual pile of laundry after a trip. We will definitely be back!

    Stayed in a trailer house.

    I stayed in a trailer house with a pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, which I had always dreamed of. It was great to have a sauna and pool in the room! However, the jacuzzi had very low water pressure no matter how much I turned the faucet, so it couldn't fill up (and there was no hot water). As expected from a trailer house, just walking normally made the structure shake. I could also hear footsteps from neighboring and nearby buildings. When using the washing machine, there were strong vibrations even in the bedroom. Both check-in and check-out were self-service, which felt slightly unsettling. Additionally, other guests next door or nearby were noisy outside late into the night, which was unpleasant... This accommodation might be suitable for those who are not bothered by such issues. On a positive note, when I mentioned that we were staying for a celebration, they prepared celebratory towel art for us—it made me happy!

    Absolutely amazing! You can't go wrong!

    Stayed in Building A! It was incredibly spacious, clean, and had amazing views! The pool was almost private, and even on September nights, it wasn’t cold or the water too chilly. Operating the washing machine and hairdryer was a bit tricky. There were two bathrooms and toilets, which was convenient for our large group. At night, we went to the nearby beach to stargaze. The starry sky was the most beautiful I’ve ever seen in my life—truly breathtaking. Highly recommended! We were nervous about visiting during typhoon season but were lucky with great weather for all three days and enjoyed the stunning Miyako Blue sea. One of the reasons we chose this place is that cancellations due to typhoons don’t incur any fees. There were three bedrooms with spacious beds as well. They also offered BBQ grill rentals, so we had a BBQ at night!

    I stayed for 3 night...

    I stayed for 3 nights and had an absolutely wonderful time. The Room was impeccably clean, and all the amenities provided were very thoughtful. If I had to mention one thing, there were small ants that occasionally entered the Room, which made me a bit concerned about them getting into my belongings. However, considering the lush natural surroundings, it felt understandable. There were even baby geckos around, and by the end of my stay, I found them quite adorable! We stayed in Building B as a group of three, and it was more than spacious enough. The view from the windows and relaxing on the terrace made for an unforgettable experience with IKYU.com!

    Glad I stayed here.

    The Facility is well-equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. It might be nice to have blackout curtains for the glass blocks in the bedroom. You won't regret staying here.

    The location offers stunning views.

    If you plan to enjoy only the ocean and not use the pool, a one-floor type room is sufficient. The room offers a stunning view of the ocean through its windows, and being able to see the sea while soaking in the bath was an unparalleled luxury. Since staff interaction is kept to a minimum, you will likely not encounter employees during your stay except for cleaning services. Life jackets and other items are available for rent, but as staff are not always present on-site, it’s recommended to inquire in advance if needed. There is a proper kitchen equipped with a dishwasher; however, provided seasonings are limited to salt, seasoned salt & pepper, and oil. Guests planning to cook should bring any additional seasonings they require. One downside was the musty smell of mold. Identifying specific air conditioners causing odors and avoiding their use made it significantly better. However, none of the air conditioners in the room had "internal clean" settings activated. While this might have been specific to my accommodation experience, reviews of related facilities also mention moldy-smelling air conditioners—suggesting that units may be used without activating "internal clean" settings by default. Although Miyako Island's climate makes it prone to mold growth, simply checking all facility air conditioner settings could potentially resolve this issue (though once mold develops inside an AC unit, professional cleaning would be necessary). This seems like an easily addressable concern that could enhance guest satisfaction further!

    I Love Miyako Island

    This time, we stayed at Ingya following Crystal Sunayama and Bayside. The scenery, amenities, and room were clean and satisfying. One concern was that during the day while in the room, staff passed by in front of and beside the living area while cleaning the neighboring room, which made us a bit uncomfortable during changing. We look forward to staying again in the future. In August, we will stay at Sunayama again as we were very satisfied last year. Thank you in advance!

    Close to the sea, spacious rooms, perfect for families with children.

    Stayed in Building C. It has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room, and offers ocean views from the living room and bathroom. The beach is about a 3-minute drive downhill. Since it’s a cove, it’s safe for small children to play. The staff were very accommodating, and the breakfast hot sandwiches were delicious.

    The front desk staff...

    The front desk staff provided excellent service. The Room was clean, but there was a sewage smell coming from the toilet, which made it unpleasant every time we used it. Additionally, we had confirmed in advance that children's amenities would be prepared, so we didn't bring items like toothbrushes; however, only adult amenities were available in the Room. Having plates and chopsticks in the kitchen was convenient.

    It was excellent!

    This was my first time using this accommodation. I was surprised that check-in was at a different location, but check-out was easy as I could simply leave the room. This time, I stayed in a trailer house. The pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were amazing and provided plenty of enjoyment. Although the pool felt cold due to the season, I could still use it on warm days in late March while also enjoying the sauna. There was one float available for use. The interior of the accommodation was clean and pleasant. As for concerns about insects, there were none inside, so we had a comfortable stay. My children loved it so much that we would love to stay here again!

    It was excellent!

    We stayed here with three families! There are three bedrooms, amenities, a dryer, and a complete set of dishes; everything you could possibly need was provided! Our trip to Miyako was amazing, thanks to this place! We definitely want to come back!

    Renovation Building L

    I stayed in Building L. Since it has been renovated, the interior was clean and beautiful. I was worried about insects due to the location, but there was only a gecko outside the window, and nothing appeared inside the room, so I thought the cleaning was thorough. There were also a washing machine and a hair iron, which I found very convenient. Although I didn't use them this time because I ate out, I thought it was nice that seasonings like salt and oil were provided, making it possible to cook for oneself. However, I was concerned about the smell in the toilet and bathroom. Overall, it was very good, so I would like to stay again.

    Family of 4, stayed ...

    Family of 4, stayed in Building D for 3 nights. We were able to stay at an exceptional price due to the rebate. The room was spacious, well-cleaned, and comfortable. Although there was no amenity replenishment, there were more than enough provided. We went to the beach every day, so we washed and reused the towels. The cheapness of the building materials and furniture is undeniable, but... It's within an acceptable range. However, the neighboring building was drinking alcohol and making a lot of noise outside until nearly midnight. They were singing and getting more and more heated... I called the after-hours service desk. They didn't come to warn them immediately, but said, "We will contact them by phone. If it doesn't quiet down, please call us again," so I relied on the power of the authorities. Overall, I am satisfied!
