  Wonderful Accommodation

  The location was excellent, and I had a comfortable stay. The room was stylish and serene with a great sense of design. Amenities were well-prepared. Breakfast was exquisite, making for a happy start to the day. The staff's attentive service was also outstanding. This is an accommodation I would love to use again.

  Stylish accommodation you'd want to visit again

  The quality of a trip often depends on the comfort of the accommodation, and I truly felt that during my stay. Although I traveled alone this time, the proximity to Ohara Museum of Art allowed me to enter right at opening time, and the morning walk was very pleasant. The view from the third-floor balcony was so stunning that it made me question if I was still in Japan. The breakfast service with bread, coffee, and especially Okayama fruits was incredibly delicious and energizing. Additionally, being able to use tableware, cutlery, and Swiss-made knives sold in the gallery added a delightful touch. I also appreciated the thoughtful height of the rattan chair placed in front of the washbasin. With such well-maintained facilities throughout, this has become one of my favorite accommodations to revisit. However, I wasn’t accustomed to using a portable TV; as a result, I didn’t manage to watch it on my second morning. It would have been better if I had asked for more instructions. The adjacent gallery and main gallery were also remarkable. Thank you very much to all staff members for your kind assistance!

  I would love to stay here again.

  If you're staying in Kurashiki, this accommodation is highly recommended. It offered a higher level of satisfaction than any luxury hotel I've stayed at before. The actual experience was far better than the photos, and the warm welcome and farewell from the owner and gallery staff made me want to return immediately.

  A comfortable Stays

  I love vacation rentals where I can spend my time as if I were living there, so I decided to use this property this time. The actual room was much more wonderful than what I saw on the site, and it doubled the excitement of this trip. The mini kitchen's dishes, the room's furniture, and the corner where the wall and ceiling seamlessly meet... I felt that they were crafted with great attention to detail. In the morning, I enjoyed the delicious bread, fruits, and jam (which was exquisite) that were prepared for us, and in the evening, after having dinner nearby, I relaxed by drinking wine in the room that I purchased at the gallery during check-in... We visited during a severe cold wave, so even in Kurashiki, there were flurries of snow, but with the underfloor heating and the warm smiles of the staff, it became a heartwarming trip. I would like to stay here again when I visit Kurashiki someday. If I were to make one request, it would be to have a facility that increases humidity a bit more during the dry winter heating season.

  I will stay again in December!

  The location is perfect for sightseeing in the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter. The stylish interior and well-equipped amenities make this accommodation more than enough to soothe a tired body after a day of sightseeing. The indirect lighting and tastefully arranged tableware on the shelves make you forget the passage of time, allowing you to create wonderful memories in this place that takes you away from the everyday routine of a sightseeing trip. I plan to stay for consecutive nights in December, and I am also considering staying at another property of Toutou in the future.
