  An Accommodation where you can blend into the village and relax at a leisurely pace

  The high ceilings and spacious Room made it easy to relax and unwind. The kitchen was well equipped, and we enjoyed cooking at the large table. The bathroom was also spacious, and you can soak while looking out at the garden, giving you a taste of island life in Amami. It’s conveniently located for access to Tomori Beach and the northernmost lighthouse, so I thought staying one night on this side would be a great idea as well. (I visit Amami every year.) Entry is by passcode, and check-in/out can be done on an iPad, so we didn’t meet anyone, but it wasn’t inconvenient at all. I think this is a wonderful Accommodation where you can have a great time with friends or with family. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

We are delighted to hear that you were able to relax in the open, high-ceilinged space, and that you enjoyed cooking for yourself using the kitchen and large dining table. Being able to experience “time as if living in Amami” through the garden view from the living room is exactly the kind of stay we value most, and it brings us great joy.   I had a relaxing time.

  We stayed for 3 nights as a family of five. The room was spacious, and we didn’t feel cramped even with five people. There were plenty of towels and amenities, so we didn’t experience any inconvenience. The facility was impressive, and the furniture had great taste. We appreciated the variety of charging cables provided. Located in a quiet village, it offered a stunning starry sky at night—perfect for relaxing accommodation. By the way, though unrelated to the accommodation itself, I recommend Café 8 nearby for breakfast. The self-check-in process allowed us flexibility with time but felt slightly cumbersome and confusing—it might be challenging for older guests. While the facilities are well-equipped, having a dryer would be helpful. The bathroom has a drying function; however, with five people using it consecutively, it wasn’t practical to rely on that alone. Regarding bedding: Are only sheets being changed? Apologies if I’m mistaken; however, among our group of five people, I ended up with over ten bites resembling dust mite bites. Additionally: A beanbag cushion in the living room would be nice! The large sliding windows in the living area allow refreshing airflow when opened on both sides—very pleasant! While there were many dishes available overall, there weren’t enough flat plates. Also worth noting is that only oil and salt & pepper were provided as seasonings—it would be great if more could be added! Lastly—a complimentary drink service like bottled water could significantly enhance satisfaction! Apologies if this sounds harsh; these are thoughts based on experiences from various vacation rentals we've used before. Considering the price point here though—not major complaints but just areas where slight improvements could make all the difference!
