  Stay one night at Sowaka-ro and enjoy meals at Iroha.

  One-night stay at Sowaka-ro. Meals were provided at Iroha Ryokan, with dinner and breakfast included. The accommodation is a wooden building for private rental overlooking the port, offering a comfortable and well-balanced stay. The dinner, a Western-style course meal using local ingredients paired with wine, and the refined breakfast featuring sea bream the next morning were both exceptional. Combined with the hospitality of the ryokan staff, it was truly a wonderful experience. The music playing in the ryokan during meals was also stylishly curated, which left a great impression. I would love to visit again if I have the chance.

  We had a truly blissful time.

  It’s quite an old traditional house, but it has been carefully maintained down to every detail, and you can really feel how well it’s cared for. The furnishings have an antique style and created a wonderful atmosphere. The ocean view from the second floor was amazing, and the best part was being able to relax on the terrace. This time we stayed as a couple, but we were told that up to four guests can stay by laying out futons on the second floor, so next time we’d love to come back with the whole family.
