    Rooms with a pool are recommended.

    We stayed for two nights with our elementary school-aged children. The cute interior, private pool available anytime, properly working air conditioning, well-stocked bug-repellent items, spaciousness, welcome drinks, and amenities (including cleansing and moisturizing products) were all excellent! The only downsides were that the toothbrushes were too soft, the shower water pressure was too weak, and the sauna wasn’t hot enough. Since there are dishes and cooking utensils provided, I recommend buying groceries at a supermarket before check-in (as there are no nearby convenience stores or supermarkets). The refrigerator is large. Because it’s not in town, we could clearly see the stars and the morning glow—it was truly wonderful!

    It was great.

    We used various deals to stay at a great price. At first, we were thinking of staying at Sunayama, but this place was more than enough. It’s compact, but it has all the essentials, and there was even a swim ring. If I had to mention one thing, I would have liked a washing machine in the Room. One more thing: you can cook in the Room, but there were no seasonings provided, so it was hard to decide what to make. Overall, it was very good. Thank you very much.

    It was fun! But I’d like a lock for the property.

    We had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately, the weather was chilly and not warm enough for swimming, but the children still enjoyed the pool, and I enjoyed the sauna. However, there were a few concerns. Even though we had rented the property, the pool area was accessible to anyone. When we arrived, children from a neighboring Accommodation were sitting and playing near the entrance, and it seemed they were also relaxing on our property—there were cigarettes left on our table. What concerned us even more was that early the next morning, those children (perhaps by mistake) repeatedly banged on our Room door and shouted. We couldn’t sleep properly and felt startled and uneasy.

    Everything from the Room to the kitchen and bathroom was clean. The pool and sauna were also in excellent condition.

    Overall, I was satisfied.

    Good Points: ◯ Beautiful beach views within walking distance from the facility (Uni Beach, Irabu Bridge, and uninhabited islands can be seen). ◯ The surrounding area is dark, so on clear nights, you can see more stars compared to the hotel. ◯ Enjoy a private sauna and pool. ◯ Complimentary items like Kai shaving foam and Orion beer as welcome drinks (only for the welcome portion, not for each day of stay; other amenities were provided for each day). * Mosquito coils and insect repellents are available in the room as insect countermeasures. Concerns: * While there is a good selection of tableware, some pans had leftover dirt or food waste from previous guests. The cleaning quality may not match that of a hotel. * At check-in, one of the larger windows in the room was not fully locked. If left unchecked before going out, it could pose security concerns. * The facility description mentions that nearby beaches are suitable for swimming; however, it’s recommended to confirm this by phone before completing your reservation if this matters to you. In reality, these beaches seem more suited for enjoying views rather than swimming activities. * The showerhead has an interesting design but might be difficult to use due to its water-saving feature—it may be quicker to fill a basin with hot water and wash manually instead. Overall Impression: Despite some minor issues mentioned above, I had an excellent experience! Its proximity to downtown areas made it convenient—buying fresh sashimi at supermarkets along with soy sauce and vegetables allowed me to enjoy unique experiences different from staying at hotels. Regarding insects: It’s inevitable they appear both indoors (in container rooms) or outdoors near pools (insects even dive into pools; nets are provided so you can scoop them out). (Also worth noting—the beds might feel slightly slim.)

    I had a comfortable stay.

    The room was a 2-bedroom, with a table and chairs in the center where we enjoyed BBQ while feeling the breeze of Miyako Island. Check-in is done at a separate location beforehand, and details will be sent via email before departure. The check-in reception and the staff at the accommodation provided excellent service; it was wonderful. The facility was great, but this aspect stood out as particularly exceptional. I would love to use it again and recommend it to my friends. Thank you very much!

    Quite disappointing.

    The single duvet was disappointing and made it hard to sleep well. The shower drainage was very poor, which was inconvenient since there is no bathtub, only a shower. There is no designated place to leave used towels, even though towels for the number of days are provided. There were no sandals for moving between the living room and bedroom through the semi-outdoor terrace. Outdoor sandals would be more practical than indoor slippers in this case.
