A space that feels like a trip back in time.
Thank you very much for everything. From the outside, it may be hard to imagine the wonderful space inside this historic building. The Facility has been newly updated, so we were able to stay comfortable even in the heat. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer, which made things much easier after returning home. Thank you as well for treating us to delicious sweets. We also enjoyed the matcha and Kaga roasted green tea—thank you very much. It was close to the station, making shopping and dining very convenient. The sushi restaurant you recommended was also excellent. Thank you for the sightseeing information too. And thank you for the fun quiz time and the surprise gift for my niece. We would love to stay again if we have another opportunity. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts.

A charming Accommodation where you can spend your time surrounded by Kanazawa’s history and beauty.
us warmly while being wonderfully attentive। The birthday plate we requested wasn’t just beautiful & tasty—it was arranged so easy share among group，which truly impressed us۔ Because stayed during cold season，I worried that due age building bathroom or bedroom might get chilly—but there no problem at all؛ everything comfortable。 A calligrapher friend stayed up late after others slept、enjoying rare books about art & culture from bookshelf while tucked away in small side room۔ They provided not only toothbrushes、yukata robes、and towels but even bath salts；there’s washing machine in wash area too。 You can also enjoy matcha green tea (in tea caddy) & roasted hojicha。 Thanks entirely to owner & staff，we had far more fun than expected—a wonderful time filled with great food & memorable experiences۔ From bottom our hearts،thank you very much۔ (Next door is horse-meat specialty restaurant open from evening until late night; their basashi horse sashimi & fried rice are excellent。 For breakfast၊ I recommend enjoying morning sets either market or nearby café.)

We were truly delighted to read that you enjoyed sensing the wisdom, ingenuity, and living history woven into the machiya space in such detail. By actually touching and experiencing the gold folding screen, decorative nail covers, helmet, spear, and other furnishings, we hope you felt Japanese culture even more closely. We can just picture everyone taking the quiz seriously—it made us smile. We’re also glad you enjoyed the wagashi sweets and tableware, as well as the sake and Beaver. We’re happy you were able to find the sake you were looking for and that your friends enjoyed it too—this is a great joy for us as well. Completely satisfied!
The owner provided a very thorough and clear explanation, making everything easy to understand! The property was clean, spacious, and comfortably accommodated six adult men. With a checkout time of 10:30 AM, we were able to enjoy a relaxed morning. We would love to stay here again when visiting Kanazawa! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

Discover the New by Learning from the Old
We stayed here for a family trip. The entrance was beautifully decorated with flowers arranged by the owner's wife, and the thoughtfully designed Facility made our stay very comfortable. We enjoyed a unique experience that allowed us to immerse ourselves in a bit of historical exploration, something you can't feel at a Hotel. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
