  A Satisfying Journey

  It was a busy two-night stay with the festival and expo, but I had a comfortable time. The staff were very accommodating with luggage delivery, allowing me to fully enjoy my trip. I'm really glad I chose this Hotel. Thank you so much for everything. I rated the Facility and equipment 4 because of poor signal reception.

  It was a refreshing trip warmed by the thoughtful care of the staff.

  I stayed here with my sister as part of a refreshing trip. The location is excellent, just 5-10 minutes from Kyoto Station, and I was immediately impressed by the artistic and stunning exterior of the Hotel. Inside, the atmosphere was luxurious and calming, making it very comfortable. One particularly heartwarming experience stood out to me. Although we arrived earlier than our scheduled check-in time intending only to leave our luggage, the staff kindly suggested, "Since the weather is bad and your Room is ready, you’re welcome to check in now if you'd like." We gratefully accepted their offer. The Room had a wonderful ambiance that lifted our spirits; however, when we looked outside, it had started raining! While rechecking our plans and relaxing for a bit in the Room, luckily the rain stopped soon after—thanks to their thoughtful suggestion; otherwise, we might have been caught in it. As for the Room itself—it was fantastic! It included a kitchen and a large bath (there was even a washing machine which we didn’t use), with windows designed in an open semi-basement style that felt very cozy. We also visited a nearby restaurant called Gokokudo—it seemed quite popular for good reason as both its atmosphere and food were exceptional. I would love to stay at this Hotel again as well as revisit that restaurant! Thank you so much!

The day of your stay had unusually spring-like weather, which initially caused us some concern, but we are truly delighted to know that it added a special touch to your important trip.   I had a very pleasant stay.

  We stayed for two nights. We planned to cook in the room, so we consulted in advance about additional cooking utensils besides those permanently provided, and everything was perfectly prepared, allowing us to enjoy cooking. Also, during our stay, the staff responded promptly and courteously to our requests. This is a property we would definitely like to use again. Thank you very much.
