    It far exceeded my expectations.

    A very convenient Hotel in the city center. It also has parking, and we were able to park for free. It was affordable, and since there were three of us we chose a suite; it was larger than a certain famous Hotel, with a sparkling marble luxury living room, kitchen—everything was spacious and very comfortable. There was even a bath on the balcony!! If you try hard enough, you can even see the ocean lol So luxurious that you’ll wonder, “At this price?” Having a gas dryer in the Room was the best! Breakfast is a complimentary service breakfast so the portions are modest, but the warm, large rice balls were really delicious! The Accommodation staff were also kind and welcoming, and we made great memories. Thank you very much!

    This was my second stay, following last year’s visit. My flight was canceled due to the typhoon. Just when I thought I had managed to rebook, the Miyakojima flight was canceled as well. I truly appreciate your help with my repeated Reservation changes. Since my trip ended up being after the typhoon, I didn’t have trouble finding dinner, and it was convenient for snorkeling and getting around, so I enjoyed this year too. The Room is compact but clean and more than sufficient. The only disappointment was that I couldn’t have the juicy onigiri at breakfast again this year. I’ll be back next time for a rematch.

    Expensive

    Considering the high Accommodation Fee per night, I was dissatisfied with the following points. The front desk closes at 18:00, which is unacceptable for a Hotel—I almost couldn’t check in. Breakfast is only distributed as two options, taco rice and an onigiri sandwich, alternating each day. Although the bath and toilet are separate, the bathtub is small.

    Very good

    I was a bit worried about cleanliness since it’s a Hotel in the city center, but it was absolutely excellent. The Room size, layout, and overall usability were truly comfortable. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

    Satisfied

    The room was spacious and very clean, and having a free washing machine was a great bonus—overall, the facilities were more than satisfactory. The breakfast and thoughtful hospitality also made the trip enjoyable. It said I needed to receive a QR code by email, but I still don’t know how I was supposed to contact you in advance. In the end, everything was explained and processed at the front desk on the day. If I missed a step on my side, I apologize, but it felt a bit inconvenient. Other than that, I’m satisfied.

    Comfortable bedding

    Highly rated Hotel 385 The bed and pillows were excellent. The hair dryer also had a mist function, and it left my hair smooth and silky. If I had to ask for one thing, I would have appreciated a slightly larger bathtub. After a morning walk and breakfast, I returned to my Room and found that the front door I had closed was somehow open. I was very surprised and felt uneasy. It’s a good Hotel, so I hope this won’t happen again in the future.

    Clean and well located.

    In any case, the bathtub is far too small, and the breakfast is far too poor. The boiled chicken breast served every day is not tasty at all, so I think it would be better to replace it with other dishes. Other than that, I was very satisfied!

    Good value for the price

    A small, clean Hotel Overall, it offers good value for the price, except that the bath is too small to relax in and the breakfast is simple. The Hotel’s location is excellent, so you won’t have trouble finding places to eat nearby.

    A Comfortable Stay

    The staff were very kind, and I felt at ease throughout my stay. The Room was spacious, clean, and easy to use, with an exceptionally comfortable atmosphere. The jacuzzi on the balcony was truly amazing—on a clear night you can even enjoy a sky full of stars. There is parking available, and with restaurants and convenience stores nearby, it was very convenient. Since there is no trash bin in the kitchen area, you may need to plan a bit if you intend to cook. It was also slightly unclear which dishes were available for guest use. Even so, it’s still a very comfortable Room overall. If you plan to work on a PC during a workcation, note that you’ll be working from either a stool or the sofa. There were also plenty of beauty devices provided, which I really appreciated. Please note that front desk staff are only available until 6:00 PM, so checking in early is recommended for peace of mind.

    First time in Miyakojima: Two Suite Rooms for the family

    We stayed at this Hotel in the downtown area so we could visit a folk-music izakaya. It was our first time on Miyakojima and we didn’t know the area, but the izakaya we had reserved was right across the street. It was also a very convenient location, within walking distance of Miyako Shrine, Hirara de Ice (which we wanted to visit), souvenir shops, and convenience stores. The Room was spacious and clean, but with three people staying, the bedroom ends up filled with three beds, and you have to step over the beds to reach the dresser. For three women sharing, it may be a little inconvenient when doing makeup. I thought it would be nice to have a foldable mirror for makeup (it would also help when checking the back while curling hair). Having a washer and dryer (free of charge) in the Room was very helpful. The fabric softener smelled great too—our middle-school-aged son loved it. I also really liked the makeup remover and face wash; were they available for purchase? For breakfast, we could eat at the café or take it back to our Room. One family member said they didn’t need breakfast and kept sleeping, but thanks to your kind offer that we could take theirs back as well, we did—and it was so delicious they finished it right away. We had planned to snack our way through lunch later in the day, but breakfast was just the right amount with a great balance of flavors—truly delicious. We’d definitely stay again!

    Perfect location. A lovely Hotel.

    The location is excellent for dining out or going for drinks. The design is so cute I couldn’t help but exclaim. The Hotel staff kept the perfect distance—not too close, not too far—and responded very politely to any questions, which made me feel comfortable. Breakfast was included (it seems to alternate between taco rice and a pork-and-egg rice ball; I had the pork-and-egg rice ball). It was very filling. You can eat it there, but it seemed many guests chose takeout. There were also plain salted rice balls available for anyone who needed more. Overall, a very clean, cute, and kind Hotel—plus a great location. I was really satisfied, like I’d found a hidden gem. If I had to ask for one thing, it would be having a washing machine in each Room... but having even just a mini kitchen and microwave already feels like a luxury. There are washing machines in the Hotel.

    Conveniently located within walking distance to the downtown area.

    I stayed for 4 nights this time. The free parking and walking distance to the downtown area make it very convenient. The Room is clean, and the Facility is in excellent condition, ensuring a comfortable stay. The laundry room is equipped with a top-loading washing machine and a gas dryer, which is an ideal combination. Noise was not an issue at all, allowing for a peaceful stay. I would definitely like to use this place again!

    Highly recommended.

    This is my fifth stay, and the clean and delicious breakfast set was as great as always. The first-floor space was slightly renovated and felt a bit smaller, but the room was very clean, and this time it had a two-door refrigerator, which was very convenient. I will stay again.

    I stayed for one nig...

    I stayed for one night to enjoy the nightlife in the city area of Miyako Island. The Room was spacious, thoroughly cleaned, and very comfortable. The location was within walking distance of the downtown area, allowing easy access to meals, drinks, and desserts. However, it was unfortunate that the free washing machines and dryers were limited in number and always occupied, so I couldn't use them.

    Highly Satisfied

    For the first time in 10 years of visiting Miyako Island, we experienced heavy rain. Despite checking in during the downpour influenced by a typhoon, the staff's thoughtful care made our stay comfortable throughout. Breakfast was provided, and though we had no expectations, it turned out to be delicious. We thought we might get tired of it during our long stay, but ended up looking forward to breakfast every day. The location is excellent—dinner options are convenient due to the nearby downtown area (Reservation is essential). It’s also convenient for trips to the beach. We will definitely return next year! However, some parking lines have faded and are hard to see; repainting them would be greatly appreciated.

    First Trip to Miyako Island

    I stayed here for my first trip to Miyako Island! Everything was spotless, with coatings applied to areas like the water facilities. The mattress and pillows were of such high quality that it didn’t feel like a Hotel. The breakfast changed daily, so I never got bored and was very satisfied. Also, the Room key was an electronic key, which meant I didn’t need to carry it around—very convenient. Considering the location and price, this was such a great Hotel that I couldn’t find any flaws!

    Long-Awaited 385 Accommodation

    I’m a huge fan of Hikaru and after watching his videos, I decided to stay at 385 for my first trip to Miyako Island and a resort job challenge! The apartment-style accommodation was spacious and clean. The rumored mattress?! It was so comfortable that I didn’t want to get up! The quality of amenities like the hairdryer and mist shower was exceptional, something you don’t find elsewhere. It truly made me want to stay here again. The staff were amazing, kindly taking photos with me, providing directions, arranging taxis, and offering excellent service overall. It made for a pleasant stay—thank you so much!! Please make sure to share this with Hikaru as well!

    I was surprised!

    Smooth check-in Room atmosphere Takeaway breakfast and... It was a very satisfying hotel. Above all, I received a set of ReZARD (ReZARD) skincare products. I was surprised to find out that the price was much higher than the accommodation fee!! Thank you very much.

    Hotel for long-term stay with kitchen

    As a Business Hotel, it was satisfactory without excess or deficiency. Both the washing machine and dryer can be used for free, and breakfast includes mozuku soup, chicken with broccoli, and rice balls provided daily. The staff may not have the typical hotel demeanor, but they are all kind-hearted. There is also a mini kitchen available, making it suitable for long-term stays. Note that for a Multiple Night Stay, the bathtub is not cleaned daily, and room cleaning is done every four days instead of every three days. This differed slightly from the content listed in the IKYU Plan.

    It was comfortable.

    The room was clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast spam musubi was delicious. The location was good, and I was able to hop between izakayas. I want to visit again!

    Very good Hotel.

    I used the Property for a one-night stay in Miyakojima. I had high expectations because of the high Review ratings, and they met those expectations wonderfully. Starting with the very kind service at the front desk during check-in, the clean guest rooms, and the well-equipped Facilities, the cost performance was excellent. The bathroom featured state-of-the-art equipment like a microfine bubble showerhead and ample amenities, but I rated it four stars because there was no chair in the bathroom with a washing area. Also, since breakfast was included, I had it at the restaurant attached to the Hotel. The quality and quantity of items like spam rice balls, broccoli and chicken breast, mozuku soup, coffee, and orange juice were good, but I rated it four stars because the rice balls were cold, which was a bit disappointing. Considering the preparation circumstances, it might be unavoidable, but I wished for a bit more ingenuity.

    Everything is perfect.

    From the Room on the fifth floor, you can see the sunset, and in the morning, you can see the sunrise from the elevator hall. The Hotel is wonderful, the breakfast is delicious, and above all, the staff's hospitality is soothing. Additionally, I was delighted to receive an amazing gift during the campaign. As rumored, the bed was excellent, and I slept soundly. The beauty-related amenities were also excellent. I will use this Hotel again when I visit Miyakojima.

    I was looking forward to it, but

    I searched various travel sites to decide on the stay, but I might have expected too much. It might be reasonable for the price, but dissatisfaction remains. The bathroom was narrow, and I bumped my arms here and there. The bed creaked every time I turned over, making me worried about even sitting on it. Also, I couldn't adjust the air conditioner's airflow properly. The TV was so small that I wondered if this size is still used nowadays. Was it because the room was of a lower grade that it was like this? There was an announcement about future renovations, but I don't think I will stay again.
