    Excellent access to both coasts. An Accommodation that both adults and children will want to visit again.

    We visit Okinawa every year with our friends’ family, and now we can’t imagine staying anywhere other than Sunset Village. What stands out most is the breathtaking view from the hilltop. While you can fully enjoy Chatan’s beautiful scenery, the location is also very convenient—an excellent base for getting to areas on the east coast such as Okinawa City. It’s spacious enough that even two families can stay together comfortably, and we’ve discovered a new pleasure: gathering everyone around the dining table in the Room, not just eating out. The kids love this Room too and are already asking to come back next time. We’d like to adjust our schedule early so we can stay here again next year.

    Great value! Great Room!

    Stay for 10 people across 4 generations on the top floor. Each room is spacious enough with plenty of beds. The bathroom is also large, equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The accommodation is very clean and offers excellent value for money. However, the bed near the door in the room with a sauna creaks significantly even with slight movements or turning over, so it might be worth checking before it breaks. Thank you for your stay!

    Great location, clean, and equipped with a good dryer.

    Everything can be done remotely, and the prior arrangements are efficient. A clean Room that does not make you feel the high humidity of Okinawa.

    It was a lovely Room.

    The room was on the second floor, but we could see the ocean and had a clear view of the American Village fireworks at 8 PM on Saturday! While there was some concern about visibility from the road and hotel parking lot in front, it wasn’t an issue since we didn’t spend all our time on the balcony. It was enjoyable to relax with a drink while admiring the view. The room's facilities were excellent. In addition to plates, cups, and cooking utensils, even aluminum foil and plastic wrap were provided—there was nothing lacking for dining inside. Before our stay, we thought we might not use the washing machine much, but it turned out to be incredibly useful. With a dryer included, laundry could be completed without hanging clothes out to dry—making it stress-free. We also appreciated being able to wash the provided towels (which were already sufficient), allowing us to use fresh ones freely even with morning and evening baths. The bathroom featured a tub where you could stretch your legs for a relaxing soak. Cleaning supplies like detergent and sponges were also available—a thoughtful touch for those staying multiple nights. There was no cleaning or towel replacement during our multiple night stay; however, this actually made things feel more private and peaceful without any interruptions. One concern about the interior was regarding the Western-style bedroom next to the living room. When closed off, air circulation became poor with higher humidity levels. Additionally, at bedtime, we noticed noise from the always-on dehumidifier in the living room. Although there is an air conditioner in that bedroom which could have been used instead of leaving it off due to comfortable temperatures overall—it felt slightly damp during sleep at night. While understanding that turning off this dehumidifier isn’t possible as part of its function—a quieter mode would have been appreciated. The parking lot is somewhat narrow but manageable if you’re driving a compact car. Be cautious when exiting as there’s a curve in front of this road!

    It was comfortable.

    Stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of the year. The Room was very lovely, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with enough cooking utensils and tableware to prepare meals and enjoy a relaxing time. Even on winter nights, it was warm, and the spacious balcony offered beautiful views of the sea and the American Village's nightscape, which was a highlight. It provided a different kind of enjoyment compared to staying at a Hotel, leaving me very satisfied. However, I wish the parking lot were a bit larger; it was quite difficult to park when several cars were already there, which was unfortunate.
