  Rather than spending...

  Rather than spending the trip staying inside a Hotel or Ryokan, I was able to fulfill every wish: enjoying delicious food in the great outdoors, taking in the mountains and starry skies, soaking in the Onsen, and truly refreshing both body and mind. The entire Facility was impeccably clean and comfortable, and above all, I was delighted by the staff’s warm hospitality. Many of them are young, but it was clear through every interaction how well trained and knowledgeable they are. Their thoughtful attention to detail made the stay enjoyable from start to finish—I’m so glad we came. With the wine pairing at dinner, we were able to enjoy a variety of wines, and the kinki (rockfish) acqua pazza was especially outstanding. The Shuttle Service from Nagano Station also made getting there worry-free, resulting in two very satisfying days. Thank you very much. I feel the Accommodation rate is well worth it. Next time, I’d love to visit with my son as well.

  You can enjoy a full...

  You can enjoy a full-course dinner even while glamping. The brightness of Italian cuisine combined with the delicacy reminiscent of Japanese cuisine is exceptional. I would love to stay again.

  Fully equipped and accommodating

  The staff provided attentive care from early morning until late at night. It was an unparalleled accommodation experience. Considering the extra effort put into everything, the higher pricing is understandable.
