  Due to the typhoon, the Shinkansen was suspended, and I couldn't go to Kyoto.

  Due to the typhoon, the Shinkansen was suspended, and I couldn't travel from Tokyo to Kyoto, so I was unable to stay. Therefore, I cannot rate the accommodation itself, but I am giving this rating because the response to the cancellation was terrible. I had planned to go despite the typhoon, but once the Shinkansen stopped, there was nothing I could do. I informed them of this situation early on, but they insisted on the cancellation policy and charged 100% of the fee. I was frustrated by the lack of consideration and do not wish to use this service again.

We have a cancellation policy in place to maintain stable accommodation operations, but we apologize once again for the dissatisfaction it may have caused you in this instance. However, although you mentioned being unable to come due to transportation issues, when we checked the facilities on the night of your scheduled check-in, we found shoes at the entrance, and traces of a stay were confirmed the following day. Considering this situation, we regret to inform you that a refund is not possible in this case, and we hope for your understanding. In the future, we will strive to consider more flexible responses during such disasters and work on improving our services to ensure customer satisfaction. Once again, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience and trouble caused on this occasion.
