I happened to be in ...

I happened to be in the area again for work and decided to stay because I was curious. Overall, I was very satisfied with it as a glamping Accommodation. There is an Onsen, but it feels more like a small public bath, so I’d avoid staying just for that; if you want to fully enjoy an Onsen, it’s better to use a day-use hot spring instead. Depending on the tent location, there may be a large window facing the walkway, so that’s something to keep in mind.

I had a relaxing stay this time as well.

I stay here twice a year for 2 nights and 3 days. Every time, I have a relaxing and comfortable experience. Thank you to the staff as always!

    Trailer House

In June, we chose a trailer house instead of a dome tent due to concerns about the heat and because we were traveling with our dog. The interior was very stylish. The Onsen was excellent, the food was delicious, and we enjoyed an easy barbecue. However, the gas grill ignition was a bit confusing, and there was a small explosion with a "boom," which startled us. At night, we slept on the upper loft bed but experienced some bug bites that might have come from our dog. We skipped the outdoor cinema as it featured older films but had a wonderful time chatting with family by the campfire. The Facility is new and clean overall, making us want to visit again!

    Glamping with Your Dog

The dog run was well-maintained with lush grass, and the dogs seemed to enjoy running around. The grounds were clean and easy to walk on, with greenery and pathways beautifully arranged. Large trees covered in ivy added a natural atmosphere. There were plenty of photo spots, which was great. The bath facilities were clean; we used the public bath but also had the option of a private bath for an additional fee. The campfire and night movie events were stylish and enjoyable for adults, while activities like marshmallow roasting and a designated space for kids to play with fireworks made the evenings fun as well. Swings and slides made it an ideal spot for families. The beds featured Simmons mattresses, providing excellent comfort. Please note that bedding is not provided, so be sure to bring your own. It was our first BBQ experience, but everything from using the grill to cooking instructions was clearly explained in a guide file, making it hassle-free. The BBQ area had a roof for rainy days as well as screens to keep insects away—very convenient! May offered perfect weather conditions that made our stay even more enjoyable.

There was food waste on the terrace.

We stayed for one night and two days with our family and beloved dog. The inside of the tent, the large public bath, and the toilets were well-cleaned and very tidy. However, on the terrace space next to the tent, there were chicken bones and fish skin that seemed to be trash left by previous guests. Our dog almost ate the chicken bones, and unfortunately, we didn’t notice the fish skin in time, so our dog ended up eating it. Since it was unclear how long this raw garbage had been there, we are worried about whether it might upset our dog's stomach. Additionally, during check-in, we felt that the staff member assisting us provided minimal explanations; a more thorough explanation would have been appreciated. When asking questions, their responses were brief and somewhat curt. However, some staff members were very polite and accommodating.

It was a relaxing two-day stay.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days from April 7th to 9th. This time, we spent these three days with our family and another family from the dog run group we are close with. The cherry blossoms were in full bloom, the weather was great, and we had a relaxing time. This was our second stay, and as always, we appreciated the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the Facility, and the delicious meals. Thank you very much!

    Also recommended in winter

This accommodation was perfect for children wanting to stay in a trailer house, parents wishing to enjoy an onsen, and even guests with pets. Since it was the year-end season, we expected it to be crowded and reserved a private bath. However, by slightly adjusting our timing, the large public bath was almost like having it all to ourselves. The meals exceeded our expectations; the French toast at breakfast was so delicious that I couldn't help but exclaim how tasty it was despite already having high hopes for it! After check-in, I worried about whether there would be enough activities to do, but time flew by so quickly that we felt there wasn't enough of it. We look forward to visiting again during another season. The tenyo fish caught through the grab-and-catch experience was also incredibly delicious! If I may add a suggestion: providing baskets for towels when heading to the baths and humidifiers during winter would make things absolutely perfect!

    I enjoyed it.

I was worried because there was a harsh Review, but the staff were polite, the toilet was clean, and I thought I would like to come again. This time I was with my dog, and he was overjoyed playing in the dog run. The air conditioner was not working well, so there was an oil heater instead, and there was also a kotatsu and a ceramic heater, so it was sufficient even on a cold night. (It might be tough in summer) The dome tent doesn't have a TV, so I think it's a luxurious action to spend money to experience inconvenience. The night sky was beautiful, and everyone has their own way of enjoying it; we enjoyed it.

It was too cold to sleep.

Stayed with children. The room's air conditioning was almost useless on cold days, and it was so freezing cold all night that we could hardly sleep. We received extra blankets, but it didn't change the fact that it was extremely cold. It's best to avoid staying during the winter season. It was terrible.

    I wanted a humidifier.

It was midwinter and dry. It would have been nice to have a humidifier. I was happy to receive a free ticket for Tokyo Rusk gelato. The stars were beautiful. The campfire was surprisingly small, and I couldn't figure out how to roast marshmallows, which was disappointing. The Onsen was nice, but it was right in front of the parking lot, without a key, and it felt like anyone could enter. I would have liked some safety measures, such as a number lock. Dinner was just the right amount for women, and the ajillo was delicious. I thought they would teach us how to light the fire and grill, but there was no follow-up at all. Breakfast was large, and I couldn't finish the bacon and French bread. I expected local products like Tanna milk for yogurt and milk, but was disappointed to find Meiji and Morinaga products. Coffee beans and a coffee mill were provided, and I was able to make delicious coffee. There were no other drinks available.
