    It’s difficult to evaluate.

    We stayed here for a family trip during summer vacation. It was in a great location close to the beach. The second-floor bedroom was very clean, but it had a strong pet odor (a strong ammonia smell). Also, since it’s near the sea and quite humid, it may be unavoidable, but it smelled musty like mold. It’s such a wonderful Facility, so that was disappointing. Another disappointment was the pool hours. Check-in is late at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, but the pool only opens from 10:00 AM, so there is hardly any time to enjoy it. I wish it could at least be available from 9:00 AM. Given the price, overall I don’t think we will return.

    We were really looki...

    We were really looking forward to our first villa with a private pool, and it met our expectations. Our dog enjoyed their first swim, we had a BBQ at night, and breakfast on the terrace in the morning! The dog run was spacious, the pool was clean, and the Room was spotless and well maintained—overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The owners were also very kind and kindly extended our checkout until 1:00 PM the next day (for an additional fee), so we could relax and take our time. We’d love to visit again. Thank you very much.

    I had a great time.

    We stayed here recently. Both the indoor and outdoor areas were clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. The pool was great—the depth was perfect for adults, and we could use it together with our dog, so we had a truly fulfilling holiday. The lawn was also beautifully maintained, and since we have a small dog, there was more than enough space—so much that our dog could run around to their heart’s content. The towels were white, fluffy, and very pleasant to use. There are convenience stores and excellent seafood restaurants within walking distance, and you can also walk to the beach, which was very convenient. We received an email in advance with information about ingredients (seafood) for BBQs, which really helped with shopping. On arrival, everything—including tableware and other Facility items—was explained very carefully. The surroundings are very quiet, and you can clearly hear birds singing. We went for a walk after dark; there aren’t many streetlights and traffic isn’t heavy, but cars do pass occasionally, and some parts of the sidewalk are difficult to walk on—so a flashlight is essential. If you go out at night, I think it’s best to be extra careful. Regarding check-in time: places we’ve used before were usually 2:00 or 3:00 p.m., but this time it was 4:00 p.m., which felt a bit late and was disappointing. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m., which was good. This time the weather was nice so we could spend most of our time outside; however, the living room sofa is slightly small, so if the weather is bad and there are many adults staying together, it may feel cramped.

    A superb, top-class resort villa

    We stayed here two years ago and returned this time with two dogs and three family members, and once again everything was outstanding. The Room, garden, and pool were as spotless as if they were brand new—just as beautifully maintained as before. We were allowed to enter before check-in time, and the owner welcomed us warmly with a smile, saying “Welcome back.” Our dogs were thrilled from the moment we arrived—running around the garden in excitement and jumping into the pool right away. Last time we requested a barbecue, which came with plenty of local vegetables and premium steak, and breakfast was a generous menu featuring delicious eggs. This time we chose not to order meals because we wanted to try different restaurants nearby, so we walked to a place close by for fresh oysters and seafood rice bowls. The rock oysters were especially delicious, and my husband and daughter loved them. We also visited dog-friendly cafés and a seafood grill restaurant. There are supermarkets and many dining options nearby, which is very convenient. In the mornings and evenings we walked with our dogs to Kujukuri Beach; the wide sky and shoreline felt incredibly refreshing. We have stayed at other villas and Hotels, but this place is still the best. Pools where you can swim together with your dogs are rare, so we truly appreciate it—and we’re very grateful to the owner. The amenities are well stocked (including a washing machine and cooking utensils), cleanliness is exceptional, and everything is well managed—so even guests without dogs should be able to enjoy a wonderful holiday here. While relaxing by the illuminated pool at night, we decided to have some wine from the wine cellar—it was excellent. We had such a comfortable stay with our dogs during these two fulfilling nights that left us feeling refreshed. Thank you very much.

    Dog-Friendly First

    This was our first stay with our dog, and we truly enjoyed it. It’s a convenient distance from central Tokyo, close to the sea, and there were plenty of nearby dining options. Even with an evening check-in, we still had enough time to enjoy the pool. The Room, pool, and lawn were all thoroughly cleaned and well maintained—our dog’s very first overnight stay was clearly the most enjoyable for him! Due to an unexpected commitment, we had to check out early the next day, but next time we’d love to come back for a Multiple Night Stay and relax longer.

    A dog-friendly pool

    We stayed here around the middle of last month. We made this Reservation because we were drawn to the rare feature of a pool where dogs are welcome. They contacted us before reception hours and kindly checked us in earlier than scheduled. From the moment we arrived, they explained the check-in process and important notes about using the Facility. The amenities were extremely well equipped—honestly more than what we have at home—and it felt wonderfully abundant. Even though they were in the middle of reception, they generously forgave my sister and our dog for jumping into the pool, which I truly appreciated. They also told us they do in-person check-in because there was a past case where guests caused so much damage that it prevented them from handing over to the next guests. Personally, I was happy with in-person reception because their kindness really came through. I know it must be a lot of work, but I hope you will continue if possible. During our stay, we fully enjoyed ourselves—swimming in the pool with our dog and eating meals at the outdoor table. I work two jobs and rarely get to rest like this, but I was able to relax completely. The Accommodation can host up to six people, with plenty of beds provided, and each bed is spacious enough to sleep comfortably. The upper bunk bed design seemed like something kids would love. It’s also very close to the beach, so it would be easy to go back and forth between the sea and here. The garden pool lighting isn’t overly bright either, so you can enjoy a night-pool atmosphere as well—though since it was June and still a bit cool, we didn’t get to do that this time. We had such a great time that we definitely want to stay again! We’re glad we could stay at an Accommodation run by such a kind couple—they even saw us off until we were out of sight.

    A Villa Your Beloved Dog Will Love

    This was our second stay, following last year, and we stayed for two nights. Our dog, who loves playing in the water, was thrilled again this year—she played to her heart’s content on the beautifully maintained lawn garden and in the lukewarm outdoor pool. She had so much fun that she wouldn’t come back from the garden to the Room, which made it hard for us! The excellent upkeep wasn’t limited to the garden—everywhere, both indoors and outdoors, was kept impeccably clean and well maintained. Thanks to that, our two-night stay flew by, and we were able to spend a truly comfortable time here. Last year we enjoyed a barbecue with fresh ingredients, but this year we took our dog for a walk to a popular nearby fishermen’s cuisine restaurant. The kitchen is spacious and easy to use, with all the necessary tools provided—great for anyone who enjoys cooking. Thank you very much for your kind hospitality throughout our stay. We would love to return again.

    They were very respo...

    They were very responsive from our initial contact and were extremely kind during our phone calls. The Facility was clean, and they even provided dog pee pads and a trash bin, so we had no inconvenience during our stay. We added additional adults (additional fee applies), but there were no extra beds or futons.

    Very satisfied with the beautiful pool!

    During our stay, the weather was perfect, and our dog and elementary school-aged child had a great time playing on the beautiful lawn and in the pool. (We have stayed at another Accommodation with a dog-friendly pool before, but there was quite a bit of dog hair floating in the water. Here, perhaps thanks to excellent filtration, we didn’t notice anything like that at all, and it felt completely comfortable for people and dogs to use together.) The fresh air in Kujukuri was also wonderful, and we enjoyed a truly luxurious time on the terrace. We would love to stay again.

    Relax even in winter... Your furry friend will be thrilled!

    During the New Year holidays, we were busy with family events, so we decided to stay for one night to relax with our beloved dog. The room had a lovely international holiday atmosphere instead of traditional Japanese New Year decorations, creating a beautiful and soothing space. The entrance was adorned with fresh floral arrangements in a New Year style, which was very welcoming. Watching our dog happily run around the dog park brought us so much joy and relaxation. The facility was impeccably clean and allowed us to enjoy a comfortable stay. We felt the warmth of the owner's thoughtful hospitality. As planned, we were able to unwind and relax completely. Thank you very much! We wish we could have stayed longer but look forward to visiting again!

    It was a heartwarming and wonderful accommodation.

    It was a wonderful accommodation that truly considered the best for our beloved dog. The meals were fresh and plentiful, and the entire facility was impeccably clean. The owner was kind and gentle even over the phone, and in person, they were incredibly helpful and attentive. Thank you so much for everything. Our dog was absolutely thrilled!

    Everything was perfect!

    The lawn garden and the clean pool were more than big enough, and our beloved dog was overjoyed. As soon as we were allowed into the garden, he headed straight for the pool. After that, he explored the garden. The hibiscus flowers in the garden were beautiful. The owner was kind and accommodating, just as they were on the phone. The interior was comfortable with a wonderfully tasteful design. We took out dinner and had a fun and lively time with everyone. The stars at night were also beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kids enjoyed themselves in the bedroom with a loft. The next morning, we took a walk along the beach just after sunrise and played in the pool again. We had a relaxing and enjoyable time until check-out. Thank you very much. We will definitely visit again.

    Very nice villa

    We stayed for two nights with two dogs and three adults. As soon as we arrived, the dogs joyfully ran around the grassy garden. It was a bit disappointing that they didn't want to go into the pool much, but it's very appreciated since there aren't many pools that allow dogs. The pool is constantly purified and was spotless with not a single piece of trash the next day. The room was lovely, and the bath was great too. The BBQ steak was hearty and delicious with plenty of local vegetables, but there was no BBQ sauce, so we realized just before eating and rushed to the convenience store (I asked my husband, who was relaxing after a bath, but he was a bit disappointed, haha). I thought it was included with the BBQ set. There was soy sauce and ponzu. It wasn't listed in the amenities guide, but I assumed it would be there, so I didn't bring it, and there was no toothbrush set, so I purchased one. There were dog supplies and an espresso maker as well. Both the dogs and humans were able to enjoy a wonderful holiday. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.
