  Recommended

  The accommodation was more than sufficient for sightseeing purposes. The responses to inquiries before our stay were polite, and the customer service, amenities, and check-in experience exceeded expectations for the price. One concern was that the washing machine seemed old, making loud noises and not drying well. Additionally, there were limited places to hang laundry and not enough hangers. However, it was such a wonderful place that I would love to stay here again if I visit Kyoto.

  The service was good.

  The front desk staff were always prompt in their responses, which was very helpful. The service from all the staff was very courteous and appreciated. However, the cleaning did not seem thorough. The stairs are narrow and seem dangerous. They felt particularly inconvenient for the elderly and children. The location is also not very good.

  It was very good.

  I used a whole building rental for the first time, and it was cost-effective with courteous service at check-in. I will use it again.
