    It was excellent.

    Everything was truly wonderful from start to finish. The space was spacious, clean, stylish, and perfectly balanced with nature. The meals were luxurious and delicious, and we really appreciated the BBQ style where everything was taken care of for us. The Hotel staff’s smiles were deeply touching. They were kind, gentle with our children, and provided plenty of toys and play equipment. Even though they were looking after us, they had an impressive way of being present without being intrusive—something I’d love to learn. Everything felt just right, and even after returning home we still feel it deeply. We’re grateful this place exists. For a large group stay, I don’t think there’s anywhere better than this Hotel. I want to come back here again—it was like a dream. Thank you very much.

    The extraordinary, otherworldly space is amazing!

    You’d never guess from the outside… but once inside, I was blown away by the unique atmosphere. I was amazed at how wonderful the service for children was! For the barbecue, since it was cold, they cooked everything and brought it to our Room—honestly, it didn’t fall short of an upscale restaurant at all! Right after we arrived… I ended up getting injured… so I couldn’t fully enjoy all the benefits myself… but it’s an Accommodation that makes me want to come back once I’m healed!

    We were all looking forward to this stay as a family! The meals were absolutely delicious, and we had a wonderful time. Despite the rainy weather, you kindly provided a microphone for karaoke and gifted Christmas baked treats to the children—your hospitality was truly exceptional. Thank you so much! As always, your excellent service made the stay feel warm and welcoming, without any of the solitude often associated with renting an entire property. It was incredibly comfortable. Our children are growing up, making it harder to coordinate schedules, but we are determined to visit again soon. We’re all looking forward to it! Thank you so much for taking care of us this time as well!

    It was a relaxing experience.

    We stayed as a group of eight women for an overnight year-end party and had an absolutely wonderful time. The stylish and beautiful space left everyone enchanted and completely satisfied. For dinner, we chose shabu-shabu, which was incredibly delicious, luxurious, and exceeded our expectations. The bite-sized ramen and maitake rice were unique flavors we couldn’t find elsewhere. Although it rained this time so we couldn’t use the garden, next time we’d love to try a BBQ! Enjoying delicious meat in nature with the option of a campfire sounds amazing—surely it will surpass our imagination! The staff were all friendly with lovely smiles and great conversation skills. They kindly accommodated all our requests, making our stay truly enjoyable. The carefully selected bedding was also fantastic—we slept soundly in total comfort. Everyone felt refreshed and recharged after this experience. We had such a wonderful time—thank you so much!

    The Ultimate Hospitality

    We stayed at the accommodation on the last day of our trip with my wife and two children. At first, we were overwhelmed by the elegance and grandeur of the room and facility, but what truly impressed our family throughout was the kindness and exceptional hospitality of the staff. They were always attentive, anticipating our needs through conversations (such as providing fireworks, identifying insects caught by our children, or offering insect jelly). Even without adults around, they interacted kindly with our kids, which made them feel comfortable enough to approach the staff themselves. Having stayed at many accommodations before, I can confidently say that such heartfelt service is rare; the staff here are truly outstanding. Additionally, for dinner we enjoyed a BBQ entirely prepared by the staff—a perfect choice! It felt like dining on a gourmet grill course at a high-end restaurant. Despite being a family with small appetites, we almost finished everything because it was so delicious. Next time, I would love to bring my grandparents along for another stay here. We are so glad to have ended our trip at this accommodation. Thank you for providing such wonderful service!

    Absolutely wonderful!!!

    Thank you so much for taking care of my sister and her husband as well. Every time we visit, we are truly healed and deeply satisfied by the exceptional hospitality and amazing cuisine. The staff's outstanding hospitality always leaves a strong impression on us. The attention to detail in everything, from pajamas to amenities, makes this accommodation truly special—it's rare to find such a wonderful place. My sister and her husband were also deeply impressed by the incredible barbecue experience. They mentioned that after returning home, they couldn't forget the BBQ at il&Co and ended up having BBQs at home every day for a while! This time again, the grilling was perfect! Thank you so much for the fruits, wine, and sweets as well—they were greatly appreciated! The sauna (even including swimsuits!!!) was absolutely fantastic! It was perfect! Due to our children's schedule, we could only stay for one night this time; however, we hope to plan a multiple night stay next time when timing allows m(_ _)m We look forward to seeing you again soon. Thank you once again for providing us with an amazing healing experience through your excellent meals and exceptional hospitality.

    Amazing!

    This time, we stayed with my son's family and my daughter's family, a total of 7 people. The moment we entered, everyone was amazed and said how wonderful the Room was. Both in the Room and in the garden, our grandchildren ran around and played a lot. The meals were luxurious, featuring ingredients we don't usually get to eat—everything was absolutely delicious. It was such a unique experience that one night wasn't enough to fully enjoy it. Thank you to all the staff!

    A place you can return to again

    After a long time We had another wonderful time and healing with our friends at yl&Co.Hotel in Mt.Fuji. Above all, it is thanks to the heartfelt hospitality of the butler. We are grateful. We will definitely return.

    It was absolutely the best.

    This was my fourth stay. Since staying during my second daughter's exam period last summer, we entered my eldest daughter's exam period, so it was a revisit after a year and a half. Once again, I was reminded of the staff's hospitality and the excellence of the meals. Our family consists of five people, so it's hard to find a hotel where we can stay. Usually, when renting an entire property that can accommodate five people, we have to do most of the meals and cleaning ourselves, which we don't really like. However, this place feels like it takes the best of both a hotel and a whole property rental. The staff's service is simply amazing, and the meals are truly wonderful. They are heartfelt, truly delicious, and of high quality. Since we stayed during Christmas, they were considerate with the desserts, and we are grateful for that. Although our family stayed in the room the whole time, we were able to relax very comfortably. It was the best. Thanks to the staff, it was truly a wonderful stay.     The best hospitality and luxurious time

    We stayed at this hotel for his birthday, and it was such a luxurious experience to stay in such a spacious hotel for just the two of us. First, the moment we entered, there was a very nice incense scent that raised our expectations, and when we entered the room, we were amazed by how stylish it was, and we excitedly explored the room together! Before dinner, we spent a pleasant time watching the fireplace, and then it was time for dinner. We chose barbecue and initially ate outside, but the staff moved us inside because it was cold, and we enjoyed a leisurely meal indoors. The ingredients themselves were delicious, of course, and the staff's grilling was perfect, making everything truly delicious! After the meal, three staff members brought a birthday cake, which warmed our hearts. Afterwards, we roasted marshmallows and enjoyed a wonderful time, and before we knew it, we had spent over an hour by the outdoor bonfire as a little snow fell. The next morning, we were surprised when we woke up. The entire landscape had turned into a silver world, and we were captivated by the completely different scenery from the day before. However, since snow was not forecasted, we were discussing with him what to do about returning without snow tires, when a staff member kindly offered to buy snow removal spray for us, which was incredibly thoughtful and touching. They even cleared the snow from our car while we waited, and we were truly grateful. The service was attentive yet unobtrusive, and we felt a sense of responsibility from each staff member, which made us feel very secure and moved by the heartwarming hospitality. It was a wonderful hotel that is definitely worth visiting, even if it's expensive. Thank you very much.
