    Very disappointing...

    We stayed here for a Multiple Night Stay with two families. Honestly, it was disappointing. There were too many issues... First, I had seen other reviews saying the check-in process is very troublesome, and I felt the same. After we entered the Room, it had two double beds, plus tatami and a sofa bed. We checked the bedding first, but there were only two mattress pads, one comforter, and one sheet—none of it made sense. We couldn’t even contact anyone about it. Since I made the Reservation this time, I felt really sorry to everyone. After that, we went out for dinner and tried to enjoy ourselves. We returned to the Hotel and stayed up late chatting in the Room. Because it was a Multiple Night Stay, we had planned to sleep in and take it easy in the morning—but the blind curtain was broken, and strong morning sunlight poured in through the window. We couldn’t sleep anymore. The problems just kept coming, and it was truly unpleasant. Also, despite being a Multiple Night Stay, there was no towel replacement at all. There were very few amenities such as toothbrushes—it was honestly terrible. I will never stay here again and would never recommend it to anyone I know. The trip itself was great, which makes it even more frustrating that only this Hotel experience was so disappointing. I hope others will use this as a reference!

    Check-in is difficult.

    As this was my first stay, I was confused by the unmanned reception. It felt too difficult for an elderly person.\nHowever, I was relieved that support was available by phone. The Room was clean and we were satisfied with the Facility. Five of us were able to relax comfortably.

    Great for large groups!

    Honestly, it was disappointing. The Room had visible dust despite being cleaned, and the round table seemed to be left as if used by previous guests. Although it is a large room, I felt that a Ryokan might offer better cleanliness. Additionally, there is no entrance area, so luggage cannot be stored.

    It was terrible.

    It was terrible. We made a reservation for 5 people, but there were not enough futons for everyone. The futons were also stained and unpleasant, so we ended up staying at another hotel instead. The phone support was unclear as well. We will never go back again.

    There are various problems...

    Since it is an unmanned property, the service is rated as 1. It might be inevitable because there is a kitchen, but immediately after entering the room, there was an exotic smell that transferred to my clothes, and I had to do laundry right away. The sofa and table were dirty and unsanitary, making them unusable. Are the walls of the room thin? Especially at night, the sound of passing cars and the voices of pedestrians can be heard directly, so earplugs are a must. I couldn't sleep. Is the price the only advantage? Even so, I felt it was expensive.
