    The views, Facilities, amenities, and everything else are outstanding. This is my favorite Accommodation.

    Everything was perfect!

    It had been since my student days that I last visited Kyoto. About 30 years have passed, and it felt like my first trip there as an adult. Honestly, I didn’t know the area well, so we took a classic 2-night, 3-day trip around the main sights by rental car. That’s when we found this Accommodation, and five of us stayed here—my parents, my child, and me. To sum it up: we were extremely satisfied. First of all, it was very clean. Even with five people, having two separate bedrooms made the stay stress-free. The younger ones could stay up late without disturbing my parents, and everyone was comfortable. Because it’s designed for longer stays, the Facility is exceptionally well equipped. There was plenty of laundry detergent and lots of hangers, plus a small drying rack. There was also a massage chair, along with a great selection of coffee and welcome drinks. We were also happy to find lovely snacks and books such as guidebooks. We could watch subscription streaming services as well, and everything from plates and cooking utensils to umbrellas was provided. It made us wonder if there was anything missing at all—the attention to detail really stood out. The staff were very kind too, so we felt at ease throughout our stay. The view of the Kamo River right in front of us was wonderful, and the location couldn’t have been better. It was far more comfortable than an average Hotel stay, and our whole family made wonderful memories here. This is an Accommodation we would absolutely love to use again on our next trip to Kyoto.

    I'm a big fan.

    Excellent location, be soothed by the view of the Higashiyama ridgeline and the flow of the Kamo River from the Room. Feel the warmth in the owner's thoughtful hospitality.

    It was excellent!

    The room was new and clean, and the thoughtful amenities in various places made for a pleasant stay. The parking was flexible, allowing us to park from before check-in on the day of arrival until after check-out the next day. Parking service in Kyoto city is extremely appreciated. The location was also good, not too far from Shijo Street. I would definitely like to use it again. Thank you very much. It was a great trip.
