    Great value for money! Perfect for large groups.

    It’s a bit far from the nearest station and there isn’t much around, but there are basic shopping options within walking distance. The building is somewhat hard to find and the entrance is narrow, so you may miss it unless you look carefully. The layout is such that when you get off the elevator, you’re immediately at the entryway; through that door is the guest Room. I stayed in a top-floor Room, and it was very spacious and everything was spotless. We were told to bring our own cookware (frying pan, pot) as well as small plates and cutlery (chopsticks, fork, spoon), but the drawers had the essentials provided, so we didn’t need to bring anything extra. As for soundproofing, since it’s one Room per floor there was no concern about noise from other Rooms or inside/outside traffic; however, perhaps due to its former commercial use, some outside ambient noise can be heard even with it closed through a small high window in the wall, which may bother sensitive guests. The only drawback was that—as many Reviews mention—at the very back of the Room near the area leading to an emergency exit there is an exposed frosted-glass door, which felt quite unsettling.

    Overall, I was satisfied.

    Amenities are limited to towels, toothbrushes, etc. There are no pajamas, toner, lotion, facial cleanser, razors, hairbrushes, or similar items provided. The window by the bed can be opened, but it is small and right next to a building, so it does not let in sunlight at all. The Room is generally clean overall, but I was surprised to find a lot of trash when I moved the sofa. There were a few minor concerns, but I was satisfied because I was able to stay at a very low price this time.

    It takes about 5 to 10 minutes for the bathwater to heat up.

    The accommodation was spacious overall, with a large refrigerator, microwave, kettle, system kitchen, and a big TV, which were all great. There were six beds available, so it was comfortable for our group of six as each person had their own bed. However, the atmosphere felt a bit unsettling as it seemed like an office building converted into accommodation. There were almost no partitions in the room. Additionally, the emergency staircase and the room were separated by just one frosted glass and aluminum door? This made us feel uneasy at night as if someone could enter unexpectedly. The table was slightly dirty, which raised concerns about whether proper cleaning is being done. Lastly—and this was our biggest dissatisfaction—the bathwater took an extremely long time to heat up. It took ages before we could take a shower; waiting while running cold water in such conditions was very uncomfortable. It was especially hard on children despite following the instructions written near the faucet carefully. The issue persisted regardless of that effort; this aspect definitely needs improvement.
