  Comfortable!

  We stayed as three families, and it was very convenient: we could secure separate bedrooms, and there were two bathrooms, two sinks, and two toilets. The kitchen is simple but easy to use, and we enjoyed relaxing meals while watching the kids play on the hammock in the next room. There was no explanation of the Diamond benefits, so we weren’t sure about the checkout time, but we ended up needing to leave early anyway—so it worked out fine! Highly recommended!

Also, hearing about your mealtime while watching your children enjoy the hammock truly warmed our hearts—it is exactly the kind of relaxed time in Uchiko that we hope our guests can experience. We sincerely apologize for not providing a sufficient explanation of the Diamond benefits and for causing you concern at checkout.
