  We stayed with our dog. The Accommodation was very clean and spacious, and we were able to relax comfortably with our family. The only thing we noticed was that there was no partition wall for the shower, so water splashed out when using it, but everyone in our group, including our family members, was very satisfied. We would like to stay again. *Regarding hospitality and service, everything—including check-in and check-out—was handled remotely, so we had almost no direct interaction with staff.

  白馬で紅葉

  It was a lovely cottage.

  We stayed in a 3-bed room with 6 adults, consisting of 3 couples. There were 3 toilets and shower rooms, and we enjoyed a barbecue outside with the autumn foliage. Inside, the underfloor heating kept us warm, and everything was clean and very comfortable. Although the registration process before check-in was a bit cumbersome, we received many tasteful souvenirs. We would definitely like to stay at this property again when we visit Hakuba. Next time, for a multiple night stay. Thank you very much.
