  Private Jacuzzi Villa

  I was looking forward to the jacuzzi when I made the reservation. At 3 PM, I did a self-check-in, but to my shock, the room assigned was not the Jacuzzi Villa I had booked. I immediately called the emergency contact number. The phone response was smooth, but they said they needed to check availability for my desired room—another shock. In their follow-up call, they informed me it would take three hours for cleaning and that I could use the incorrect room in the meantime. So, I took a shower and rested while waiting. Finally, when we moved into the Jacuzzi Villa we had hoped for, it was just as great as described in reviews. We enjoyed BBQs and relaxed in the jacuzzi—it was a wonderful experience. My friend who came along loved it so much that they decided to book again for our August holiday right away! Please make sure there are no mix-ups with rooms next time. Thank you!
