    The odor was overwhelming.

    We stayed here on the last day of our trip to Okinawa. What surprised me first was that right after entering, there were two bedrooms, a shower room, a toilet, a bathroom, a laundry area, and a Japanese-style room. Beyond that was an inner courtyard with a pool. Further in were the living room and kitchen. Because there is no roof between these areas, we had to walk through the rain with an umbrella every time we went to the living room—and even just to use the toilet. I didn’t realize it was designed like this and hadn’t researched enough. That part is on me. However, the living room/kitchen smelled strongly of cooking oil and made me feel sick, so we gave up spending time there and instead stayed as a family of four in the Japanese-style room near the bedrooms after crossing by the poolside. There was also an intense odor coming from around the bathroom area; when I checked, it seemed like a sewage/vomit-like smell coming from the bathroom plumbing... In my opinion, older Hotels just don’t work for us. We ended up staying in the bedroom and going to sleep early.

    Family Trip

    I had an enjoyable stay. However, as mentioned in the reviews, the overall cleanliness was disappointing. It wasn’t dirty, but the air conditioner had weak airflow and smelled bad. Upon inspection, it was full of dust and dirt. After cleaning the filter in the bedroom, the airflow improved significantly. Other than that, it was great to have access to both the pool and BBQ facilities. Be cautious at night as there are many insects around.

    The long-awaited

    A Villa I had wanted to stay at for years. My husband finally got some time off, and we initially searched around Chiba, but since it was summer vacation, reservations were hard to secure. Expanding our search nationwide, we found availability in Okinawa and decided to stay at a Villa there while visiting family. Upon arrival, the unmanned check-in process was a bit confusing but completed successfully. After placing our luggage in the room and opening the fridge, we were amazed by the amount of welcome drinks! We prepared for a BBQ with items we brought along and headed straight to the pool—it was spacious and absolutely fantastic! The room itself was incredibly large; I found myself running every time I moved around. However, moving between rooms at night required passing through the courtyard, which was challenging for me as someone who dislikes insects. When it got dark, we planned to have a BBQ in the courtyard but ended up grilling outside and eating indoors due to my aversion to bugs. All cooking utensils were provided, which made everything so convenient. I would definitely love to stay here again during future visits home!

    From location to service, this is one of the top favorite Hotels in the northern area. The Facility and amenities are excellent, providing a perfect refreshment experience.

    The Room and Facilit...

    The Room and Facility were very satisfying! Having a washing machine and dryer was really convenient. Despite the rain, we enjoyed BBQ under the roof. The sauna with löyly made us excited with friends! We’ll come back on a sunny day for sure!

    Check-in was done sm...

    Check-in was done smoothly via tablet and took less than 5 minutes, allowing us to head to the Room right away, which was great. The Room was very clean, and choosing one with a pool and sauna turned out to be a perfect decision. The surrounding nature added charm, and even though there were some insects, it became a fun memory as we laughed with friends. Having both a bedroom and a Japanese-style room allowed us to choose our preference, which was nice. With two bathrooms available for our group of six friends, it was incredibly convenient. The washing machine and dryer were also helpful for quickly cleaning clothes after using the sauna!

    To reach the restroo...

    To reach the restroom from the living room, you need to cross an uncovered pool, which felt farther due to rain and wind. The hot water flow was poor, the dryer did not work, and communication with off-site staff was required, which was tiring.

    I was able to have a good vacation.

    I was very grateful for the prompt response to my concerns about arriving late due to changes or delays in my flight, as well as any uncertainties during check-in. The Facility was wonderful and convenient, allowing my family and me to have a great vacation. The breakfast was also delicious. I will definitely use your services again when I visit Okinawa. Thank you very much.

    Very satisfied!!

    We had a great time in the room with a sauna and pool! The room is spacious and very clean! There is also a BBQ grill and plenty of tableware! The surrounding area is peaceful, so we were able to see a very beautiful starry sky at night!
