    Both adults and children had a fun summer vacation.

    The space was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well equipped with everything we needed, making our stay thoroughly comfortable. Our elementary school and kindergarten-aged children also had a great time and could relax and enjoy themselves freely. Having an on-site management office gave us peace of mind. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    The Best Summer Vacation

    It was an absolutely amazing stay. I was truly impressed by the outstanding, well-equipped Facility that anticipated every need. The staff were very considerate with the luggage we sent in advance, prepared a pool for the children, and even when an accident happened, their first words were to check on us. Talking with friends around the barbecue, setting off fireworks with the kids under the sunset sky, and looking up at the stars late at night—every moment became a wonderful memory. My only regret is that because it was so hot, we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor facilities outside the cottage, such as basketball and the trampoline. We will definitely visit again next year. Thank you very much.

    It was excellent.

    Although it is designed for 6 guests, it can accommodate up to 8, so our family of eight stayed here. The moment we stepped inside, we felt it was a wonderful place. Opening the door from the spacious entryway revealed a huge living/dining/kitchen area! Every piece of interior decor was thoughtfully chosen, and we could feel the attention to detail in everything—from the speakers and coffee machine to even the water dispenser. We have stayed at other vacation rentals several times before, but this was the first Accommodation that had such a complete range of amenities and supplies. Everything was extremely well maintained, and it was very comfortable. The management company’s service was excellent from start to finish, and we truly appreciated their thoughtful attention. We chose the upgraded BBQ Plan, and the ingredients were fantastic. There is also Nagisa no Eki nearby where you can buy groceries as well. There’s a convenience store about five minutes away too, so you can easily pick up drinks and ice there. The only minor issues were that the jet bath on the first floor was out of order and the water pressure was a bit weak, but overall it felt like everything had been taken care of. We will definitely come again!!

    Everything is perfect.

    We previously stayed at Little Deer, another property in the same group, and it was wonderful, so this time we chose Cairns House ANNEX. When we arrived and gave our name in front of the management building, the staff member in charge of explanations guided us straight to the parking area. After that, we went inside and received an overview of the Facility. Everything was explained very carefully and in detail, so we were able to enjoy our stay without any confusion. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and very comfortable. It rained that day, but since the BBQ area had a roof, our family was able to enjoy a fun BBQ together. All BBQ equipment is provided, so you only need to bring your own ingredients. What made us especially happy was that there was a campaign where we could choose either wine or juice. We chose wine, but because we had stayed at another Accommodation in the group before, they kindly provided both wine and juice for us. Everyone was truly satisfied, and at check-out the kids said they definitely want to come again. If we have another chance, we would also like to stay at the main building or Monterey House.

    A wonderful layout, interior design, and facilities

    Six of us—family and friends—stayed at the Annex over the weekend. Right after arriving, we enjoyed the trampoline, basketball, and tennis, and it was the perfect setting for our active group. The Room was very spacious, with tasteful interiors and pleasant natural light from large windows. We were able to spend a wonderful time that truly felt like a special getaway. In particular, enjoying drinks while having a BBQ in the garden during May’s refreshing weather is an unforgettable memory. We also had two extra rollaway beds set up in one bedroom. We thought it might feel a bit tight, but since the Room was originally quite large, we were able to use it comfortably without feeling cramped. They responded quickly and politely to our questions before our stay, so we could look forward to arrival with peace of mind. We also appreciate their thoughtful attention to detail. We all said, “Next time we’d love to stay in the main building,” and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

    We had a wonderful stay.

    We stayed for one night with three families, all traveling with children. [Room] There were exactly three bedrooms, so we could each keep our privacy while still gathering together in the living/dining area to enjoy meals and conversation. Since it was a cold season, we really appreciated having underfloor heating in the living room. However, as it was also a dry time of year, it would have been nice to have humidifiers in each Room. [Service] The staff’s courteous service left a strong impression, and we had a very comfortable stay. Since there were many children, they prepared enough chairs and baby beds for us. We also forgot something at check-out; they contacted us about it and even sent the item to us afterward, which we truly appreciated. [Facility & Amenities] It was great that we could borrow a BBQ set and grill outside. The kitchen was also well equipped. When cooking, there is no cooking oil provided and the only seasonings are salt and pepper, so be sure to bring anything else you may need. We enjoyed our time indoors as well, but by chance it was very windy and rainy on the day we stayed, so we couldn’t fully make use of everything the Accommodation offers outdoors. Next time, we would love to stay again during a warmer season and enjoy both the indoor and outdoor areas.

    Exceptional Hospitality

    I stayed in the main building. "Impeccable" is the word that sums it up. Having experience in the accommodation industry myself, I can confidently say that the level of hospitality here is exceptional even from a professional perspective.     Highly satisfied

    Extremely satisfied. The interactions with the staff, including the phone call prior to arrival, check-in, and check-out, were handled by different individuals, but all of them were exceptionally kind and attentive. The Facility was very clean, and the room, deck, and barbecue area were spacious—beyond expectations. Although there were other guests in the main building, there was no noise disturbance, allowing for a comfortable stay. Overall, extremely satisfied. I would love to stay here again if given the opportunity. Thank you very much!

    Clean and Comfortable: A Luxurious Private Stay

    We stayed as a family, and it was truly a wonderful experience! From the moment we checked in, the staff provided attentive service, allowing us to feel at ease throughout our stay. The room exceeded our expectations with its spaciousness, and the 7-meter high ceiling in the living area offered an incredible sense of openness. The children were thrilled, and the entire family could relax comfortably. Having an entire accommodation to ourselves was also a major highlight as we didn’t have to worry about others around us. The BBQ garden was very user-friendly with all necessary equipment provided, making it easy to enjoy even without bringing anything along. The atmosphere at night was exceptional and created unforgettable memories for us. The facilities were impeccably clean, with thoughtful touches like a water dispenser and coffee beans available for use—details that truly impressed us. The space and amenities were perfect for accommodating our family of five comfortably. The location is convenient yet peaceful, surrounded by nature that allowed us to refresh both body and mind.     End of Summer Vacation Special Event!!

    We stayed here with six people, including my daughters, nieces and nephews aged 9 to 16, my sister, and myself. We chose this place because it offers fun activities for kids of all ages. Tennis, basketball, and trampolines were amazing! Even us in our 40s had a blast playing to our hearts' content! You only need to bring your own food for the BBQ as all the equipment is provided! We enjoyed an outdoor BBQ followed by fireworks—there was even a bucket prepared for the fireworks! So thoughtful! We truly had an incredible time... The kids started their day early with tennis and then came back to use one of the three baths or shower rooms before we all gathered for breakfast. The shampoo and conditioner smelled amazing (please sell them!). One night wasn’t enough—it’s too short! Next time we’ll stay two nights!! Not only did the kids have a great time, but we also made unforgettable memories during this last part of summer vacation. Thank you so much!!!

    Our family of four was completely satisfied.

    The accommodation was equipped with excellent amenities and facilities. For example, the kitchen featured a Kitchen House setup, a Miele dishwasher, Grohe faucets, a De'Longhi espresso machine, and Bose speakers. Surrounded by such high-quality items made the stay exceptionally pleasant. There was also a barbecue facility in the garden where we enjoyed an evening barbecue after purchasing ingredients from the supermarket. The location is close to Hazama Beach, making it convenient to move back after enjoying swimming in the sea. There were several buildings on-site and affiliated accommodations nearby as well. It was mentioned that this place is also suitable for corporate off-site meetings, so I would love to return both for personal and business purposes.

    Stayed here during a summer trip with friends. The accommodation was stylish, clean, and showed great attention to detail. The natural light from the windows and the calming interior made our stay very relaxing.     The BBQ area in the main building was excellent.

    We stayed in the main building for two nights with two families. Everything we needed was provided, including tennis rackets, basketballs, and even a children's pool—truly exceptional service. There was also a professional trampoline and tennis court, allowing the kids to play to their hearts' content and have a great time. The spacious living room with high ceilings was impressive, the kitchen was large, and the bathroom even had a jet bath for added comfort. Above all, the BBQ space in the garden was fantastic—we enjoyed BBQs for two consecutive nights. It became a wonderful summer vacation memory!

    It was a Facility I would like to use again.

    We stayed here for a family vacation. The staff's guidance was courteous, and the Facility's amenities and interior were excellent. We would love to come back with friends and their families next time. A Multiple Night Stay is highly recommended.

    A spacious private villa on a large property, with meticulous attention to detail throughout, made for a perfect accommodation. We fully enjoyed an extraordinary experience. The room was filled with the scent of white tea, creating a dreamlike atmosphere.

    It was very comfortable.

    We stayed at ANENX for 2 nights as a family of four. The interior was more spacious than expected, and we enjoyed spending time with the kids in the garden and on the tennis court. Under a sky full of stars, we created wonderful memories with handheld fireworks. The room was clean, and the kitchen facilities and supplies were well-equipped. Although there were no child-sized pajamas, we appreciated that they were two-piece sets. As mentioned beforehand, the shower water pressure was low, and Wi-Fi connectivity felt weak at times; however, these did not affect our overall comfort during our stay. Since there didn’t seem to be any nearby stores for groceries or food shopping, we brought everything in advance. Fortunately, there were vending machines on-site which came in handy!

    It was excellent.

    I stayed in the Annex building. It was a spacious single-story accommodation with easy access to the garden, making my stay very comfortable. Thank you so much! If I had to mention something, the shower water pressure was slightly weak, and the dishwasher was a bit small, but everything else was absolutely perfect.

    The property was incredibly spacious, making it the perfect vacation rental.

    The property is much larger than it appears in the photos, featuring a tennis court, basketball hoop, and trampoline. Having stayed at various rental villas and cottages before, this one exceeded expectations like no other. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were very kind. I would definitely love to visit again!

    It was an exciting stay.

    With only two buildings, the facility offers warm and attentive hospitality. They even stopped by a store to help us purchase BBQ ingredients on the way to the property, which was very helpful. The facility is well-equipped not only with recreational items and kitchenware but also with a first-aid kit, baby and children's beds, and other thoughtful amenities that truly impressed us. We had an incredibly comfortable stay filled with excitement throughout. If I were to make one suggestion, since there is no room service, having photos of the BBQ ingredients would have been helpful in knowing what to bring. That’s just a minor point though. We definitely look forward to visiting again!

    Perfect for families!

    We stayed with two families. There is a trampoline and tennis court outside, and the garden is spacious, allowing children to play continuously. The indoor furniture is also clean, satisfying the adults as well. The service and explanations were easy to understand, and we have no complaints!

    It was very good!

    We stayed as a family of four. First of all, it's spacious! Clean! Wonderful! Although it was for four people, it is a 200 square meter single-story house, so you can indulge in a very luxurious feeling. The children said they felt like they were rich. This time, we stayed for a BBQ because the children wanted to eat grilled seafood to their heart's content. There is a splendid BBQ table set up in the garden, which is very convenient, and above all, they provide everything like charcoal, fire starters, and tongs, so you can easily have a BBQ as long as you purchase the ingredients. (There seems to be a plan with ingredients included.) We enjoyed a pleasant and delicious BBQ while watching the sunset and feeling the breeze! The house also has a large kitchen, making cooking enjoyable. Additionally, there is a tennis court on the premises, and we played with the children, sweating for the first time in a while. This is a place that makes you want to stay for a long time. There are a couple of things I would be happy to see improved, so I will write them down. 1. I would like a handrail to be installed to make it easier to get in and out of the bathtub (my husband, who has bad legs, found it quite difficult to get in and out of the bath). 2. The lid of the trash can under the kitchen sink is difficult to open and close. Other than that, it was simply wonderful. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

    I would definitely like to visit again.

    The building, facilities, and customer service were all excellent. In particular, the appliances were "dream appliances," which was a great delight for a girls' trip. The explanation at check-in was indeed not short, but the content was something like "I would definitely make a mistake if they didn't tell me" (like how the De'Longhi initially dispenses water), so it was very helpful. Even so, the explanations were concise, with the hairdryer drawer open and manuals filed, showing careful consideration to avoid any inconvenience. We requested a BBQ, and the ingredients were prepared to the point where we only needed to grill them, and the BBQ equipment was prepared in an easy-to-understand manner, with instructions included. The car navigation system ended the guidance with "You are around your destination" before reaching the property, but at that exact moment, we saw the sign, so we arrived without getting lost. We had a very enjoyable time. My companions also said, "We want to come again." There are only two points that are not problematic as they are, but if possible, I think it would be nice to improve them. It would have been better if the hard vegetables for the BBQ were pre-cooked. Pumpkins and carrots take time and become dry when heated over direct fire. The confirmation call on the day happened to be at a time when I was at a PA, so I could answer it, but what would have happened if I couldn't? Some people might not arrive as per the reservation due to traffic jams, and since it was during a meal, it made me a little nervous. However, both are just suggestions, and it is still a satisfying facility as it is.
