    Relax in a lovely space

    This was our first time staying here as three generations, and we truly enjoyed it. We were impressed by the building, the location, and the furnishings inside. Everything was provided—kitchen equipment, amenities, and more—and we were amazed at how well-equipped the Facility was. Each Room was spacious and had its own toilet and shower, and even with a group of 10 people, we were able to relax comfortably in the kitchen and living area. The children also loved having a kids’ Room on the second floor, running around in the garden, catching insects, and playing by the shore. The BBQ ingredients you prepared for us were fresh, plentiful, and delicious. Breakfast was also well-balanced and very tasty. We stayed for only one night this time, but our whole family is already talking about coming back for a Multiple Night Stay next time. Thank you very much for your kindness!

    Second Visit

    We first stayed here last year, and this was our second visit. The Facility is as comfortable as ever—an outstanding cottage. The BBQ terrace is also clean and more than spacious enough even for two families. This time we weren’t lucky with the weather, so we couldn’t see the sunset (lol). The private beach was just as amazing! The stairs down to it had been nicely repaired, so we could use them with peace of mind. We all agreed we’d like to make this an annual stay (lol). We’d love to come back again!

    Relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

    Eight of us stayed here with friends. The villa had a spacious layout and lovely interior design, and we were able to relax. At first we wondered if the BBQ portions might be small, but there was plenty of meat and it turned out to be more than enough as we ate. Spending time chatting with everyone while enjoying the BBQ was the best. We’d love to come again. Note: Please be aware that there are insects, and possibly stray cats as well. Do not feed the cats.

    Everyone had a satisfying stay.

    We stayed for a 2-night, 3-day training camp. The projector and whiteboard were very helpful for running our sessions. Not only were the Facility features well equipped, but the Room was also spacious and clean, making it comfortable for everyone. The ocean view was refreshing as well, giving us moments to unwind between sessions. The meals were generous, and all participants were satisfied. We felt this was an excellent Accommodation both as a place to learn and a place to stay. Thank you very much.

    Highly recommended!

    We stayed here for the first night of our summer trip. The facility with a jacuzzi was excellent in every way. Not only was it clean, but the quality of the equipment was outstanding. There were many items we’d love to have at home as well. We ordered the standard barbecue set and brought additional food we wanted, but the portion was sufficient, so it's better to check before bringing extras. Next time, we plan to upgrade our set and only bring drinks with us. The beach below the facility is also an amazing spot, so we'll visit again in a different season!

    It became the best memory.

    We stayed here as accommodation for three families. The building was clean and spacious, and the children were very happy. We were able to enjoy barbecue and fireworks, creating wonderful memories. We would love to stay here again.

    We stayed for one ni...

    We stayed for one night during the Obon period in August with two families (a total of 8 people). Everything was absolutely satisfying. The location was particularly amazing, offering a stunning view of the ocean and even Mount Fuji in the distance. Blessed with great weather, we had an unforgettable experience enjoying a barbecue while watching the sunset, ocean, and Mount Fuji. The beach was only about a 5-minute walk away, making it perfect for swimming and also ideal for a morning stroll along the coast. The staff maintained just the right level of attentiveness, providing detailed services such as accepting luggage in advance and guiding us through the Facility while allowing us to enjoy a private atmosphere that felt like home. This time we brought our own ingredients for the barbecue, but next time we’d love to try using catering options or other services to enhance our stay!

    The sunset is beautiful.

    A comfortable accommodation with high ceilings, but the best time here is during sunset. On a slightly cloudy day, I watched the sunlight from the setting sun over the sea illuminate the family cooking in the kitchen like a spotlight, and I understood why this house has large west-facing windows. Guests can quietly enjoy sunsets over the sea exclusively. During our multiple night stay, we spent time cooking and found that the kitchen was well-equipped with various utensils and facilities. The spacious area allowed for enjoyable cooking experiences with multiple people. I would love to stay here again if given the chance.

    Next time, stay for 2 nights!

    We stayed for a family barbecue spanning four generations. It was fantastic to enjoy fireworks while barbecuing. Thanks to the great weather, we were also able to see Mount Fuji. Each bedroom had its own toilet, bathroom, and shower room, making it very convenient even for a large group. It was a comfortable stay without any overlap in using the facilities. Next time, we would love to visit for two nights. The breakfast morning box was delicious, and the bread in particular was outstanding!

    Spacious and clean facility

    We stayed with our relatives and family. The facility was very clean and extremely comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. The BBQ deck offered a luxurious view where we could enjoy meals while watching the sunset, making it a perfect experience. The highlight was definitely the private beach accessible directly from the room. Descending a small path led to an exclusive area where no one else could enter—a true private beach! Since it’s in Tokyo Bay's inner sea, the waves were calm, making it an ideal location for playing with children. We would love to stay again! Thank you so much!

    Relax with friends while enjoying the blue sea and a stunning view of Mount Fuji right in front of you.

    The space felt much larger than it appeared in the photos. There was a building with a living room, a separate bedroom area, and another structure next to the BBQ space (apparently called a gazebo). We were lucky to catch a view of Mt. Fuji, which isn't always visible depending on the season or weather, and enjoyed BBQing together. I often visit villas like this, but it was my first time experiencing such attentive service from the staff. (The entrance was separate, but) I believe the neighboring property is part of the same group of facilities, so I’d love to try staying there as well. Thank you very much!

    Had a comfortable stay!

    We stayed here for a three-generation family trip. The Room was very spacious, impeccably clean, and we were extremely satisfied!! We had two small children with us, and the staff kindly provided baby chairs and were very friendly, making our stay comfortable. If I had to mention something, it would be that having hand soap in the kitchen would have been nice, and the stairs leading to the beach could use some maintenance (the wood seemed slightly decayed, which felt a bit unsafe for sandals or children). However, since we were informed about this in advance as a precautionary note, we managed without any issues. We would love to stay here again if given the chance. Thank you so much!

    The perfect trip with stunning views of Mount Fuji and the sea

    A spacious villa where you can enjoy such a beautiful sea view and Mount Fuji in just about 1.5 hours from Tokyo was beyond my expectations. The staff were very kind, and we are already planning to visit again this summer with another group of friends (laughs). We missed noticing the BBQ ingredients this time, so we’re looking forward to enjoying that next time! Thank you very much.

    First-time Cottage Rental: Highly Satisfied

    I used it for a reunion with five friends after a long time. The exterior, interior, and facilities were all wonderful. We prepared our own ingredients for the meal, but the kitchen utensils were almost fully equipped, so it was not inconvenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bath with a blower was excellent. We gave up on having a barbecue on the balcony due to heavy rain in the evening, but we enjoyed a meal on a hot plate in the separate indoor space. I definitely want to use it on a sunny day next time.
