    Excellent location

    We truly enjoyed our stay as a family thanks to the excellent location—close to town and with a private beach. Thank you very much. Cats may come into the garden, which we found soothing, but guests who are not comfortable with cats may want to be aware of this in advance.

    Excellent Facility, please watch your step on the stairs to the private beach.

    Four women in our 60s stayed in Building F. The environment was outstanding—beautiful and spacious—and the Facility was very well equipped, with plenty of tableware, pots and other cooking utensils, plus three types of hair dryers and hair irons. Beauty amenities such as bath salts and face masks were also plentiful. Check-in and check-out are unmanned, but communication by email was smooth, and the emergency phone contact at night was clearly provided, which made us feel safe. Because we were having so much fun, one member of our group got overly excited and fell down the steep stairs to the private beach, suffering a serious injury. Since this is such a wonderful Accommodation, we sincerely hope you will install handrails on the steep stairs leading to the private beach. Many of us senior women travel frequently, so we would greatly appreciate handrails on the outdoor stairs as well.

    Love, Miyakojima!

    This was my third stay at Crystal Sunayama. I already knew it was a wonderful villa, as I have stayed twice before. This time, the self check-in made everything easy. I wanted to tell your friendly staff how amazing this place is… I believe the view from the entrance all the way to the sea is something you can only experience at Crystal Sunayama’s villa. It’s truly outstanding. The cleanliness inside is also excellent—everything is perfect. This was my 12th trip to Miyakojima, and I plan to stay again next year. Thank you in advance. The No. 1 villa in Miyakojima!

    A Wonderful Villa That Has It All

    I’ve visited Miyakojima several times, but this may be the only Facility in this price range that offers so much. With a jacuzzi bath, pool, sauna, and a private beach—more than you could ask for—and this time the weather was great and we even got to see the sunset, so we were very satisfied. As for the sauna, there’s no lighting fixture so it’s pitch-dark at night, but since it has a window, it didn’t bother us.

    A stay you’ll want to repeat.

    The ocean view from both the jacuzzi and the Room was wonderful. After snorkeling at the private beach right in front, we could take a bath right away and do laundry, which made for a very comfortable stay. We have already made another Reservation. One concern: the nonstick (Teflon) frying pan was scratched and peeling, and we hesitated to use it because we were worried about potentially harmful substances. Since the spatula and ladle are stainless steel, that may have caused the damage. It’s at a level where we would replace it immediately at home. We would be happy if a scratch-free frying pan is provided by our next visit, and if the spatula and ladle could also be changed to nonstick-safe utensils.

    Very beautiful

    We stayed in Building A with three people this time. The Room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Even with three suitcases open, there was plenty of space. The beds included two semi-doubles and one daybed, and extra blankets were promptly brought to us upon request by phone. A full snorkeling set was available for rent during our stay at an additional cost. The private beach had plenty of fish, the sea was beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

    Sauna and Cold Bath

    I have been staying in Building H every year for the past 4-5 years. This year, I was satisfied as the sauna was added, which wasn’t available until last year. However, it was disappointing that there was no cold bath! I used the jacuzzi as a substitute for a cold bath, but since it’s summer and lukewarm, I think having a temperature-adjustable cold bath would make it even better! Looking forward to the cold bath! :)

    Family's First Trip to Miyako Island

    Thank you for the wonderful 4-day stay. The Facility was well-equipped, and the private beach right in front allowed us to encounter many fascinating creatures. The sea was, of course, incredibly beautiful. The staff's hospitality was excellent, and we were very satisfied. We will definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Miyako Island.     I Love Miyako Island!

    This was my 8th visit to Miyako Island since last year. Last year, I stayed at Sunayama and Bayside, and this year at Imgya. This is my second time staying at Sunayama since last summer. Everything about the villa was exceptional. The view of the horizon straight from the entrance was breathtaking. The bath was spacious, and having the beach right in front of us made it perfect. I have been staying in suites consistently, and this villa ranks No.1 overall for me. It is undoubtedly a highly recommended villa! I am already planning to stay again next year.     Highly Satisfied

    I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. It felt like spending time at my own private villa, and every day was fulfilling. I went snorkeling at the private beach right in front, where the water was impressively clear, and I saw many beautiful fish. On the way across Irabu Bridge and at a certain fishing port, I even spotted sea turtles—absolutely satisfying! I would definitely love to stay here again.

    I was soothed by the beautiful space overlooking the ocean.

    We stayed at the accommodation as a family during spring break. The moment we entered, the ocean view spread out before us, and we enjoyed a bright, spacious, and lovely room where we could relax. Although the sea was too cold to swim in, it was great that it was easily accessible from the room. The bathtub was large, allowing us to unwind while enjoying the ocean view. Of course, we also used the jacuzzi. We didn’t expect to prepare our own breakfast but followed suit and enjoyed a leisurely meal in the garden. Thank you for providing such an elegant time at your villa. We would love to visit again!

    Not bad, but it didn't feel worth the price.

    The pool was too cold to use. It felt more like renting an ordinary house rather than staying in a villa. The furniture in the room lacked consistency, the bed quality was poor, and the noise from appliances and ventilation was very noticeable, making it hard to sleep in such a quiet environment. The pool is spacious but gives off the impression of just being filled with water. The slippers were thin and only one pair was provided even for a Multiple Night Stay. While hair products by ReFa seemed promising, the shampoo and conditioner were similar to those found at budget hotels like APA Hotel. The kitchen makes it suitable for those who want to stay as if living in a house with a large group of people, but it doesn’t quite meet expectations for a romantic resort or villa experience—it feels underwhelming overall. However, access is convenient as it's about 10 minutes by car to town. For breakfast, you have to make your own hot sandwiches; they deliver a box containing bread, cheese, and bacon around noon the day before. While making them can be fun and isn’t bad per se, considering that we paid 240,000 yen for two people over two nights including everything else mentioned above—it didn’t feel worth the price. Additionally, there were no clear instructions on where to find the sandwich maker which made us search unnecessarily—such lack of attention to detail in service was disappointing.

    Family Trip

    The weather was rainy and chilly, which was unfortunate, but we had an enjoyable spring break. We stayed in Building H, and the Room was spacious, allowing us to cook and have a lively time together. While it was advertised as a room with upgraded Facilities, it was disappointing that the provided glassware and dishes were plastic. We would have loved to enjoy wine and beer more with proper glassware.

    This was my first time using this service.

    This was my first time staying here. Overall, the Facility felt old, and there was a slightly musty smell upon entering the room, which was a bit disappointing. There were some minor issues like the bathroom's roller curtain not closing properly, but the Facility staff promptly fixed it, and their service was excellent. I did panic when I saw a centipede in the bathroom though... However, what stood out most was the breathtaking ocean view from inside the room—it was absolutely stunning! We also ordered a barbecue and were very satisfied thanks to both the meal and the incredible view. Despite some hiccups, it turned out to be a good experience overall.

    I have stayed at many villas in Okinawa. It was a 6-night stay, but for the first time, it was a villa I would not want to visit again.

    The view from the Room is excellent.

    Stayed for the first time on my fifth visit to Miyakojima. I usually come in the summer, so this was my first New Year's visit. Enjoyed all the weather: cloudy on the first day, rainy on the second, and sunny on the third. The moment I opened the room door, the view was indescribable. It's an amazing view. The amenities are well-stocked, with plenty of towels. Equipped with Balmuda appliances, ReFa hair care products, a refrigerator, washing machine, rice cooker, and tableware, it was a stress-free stay. The building is a bit old, but the view from the window and the beach within walking distance are high points. We also had a BBQ on the terrace, and since everything was prepared, we just had to grill, making it a delicious and enjoyable BBQ. It was a pity we couldn't see the starry sky, but unanimously, it became a property we want to stay at again. Check-in can be done in the room, which is convenient, and the staff responded smoothly. It's a property I can recommend.

    Relax and unwind

    We stayed as a family of four at the end of December. Although it was cloudy for most of our stay, we were able to enjoy a perfect sunset on the last day. We ordered BBQ on the first day, but the charcoal fire was weak and it took a while to cook. On the last day, we ordered sukiyaki, and both the pork and beef were very delicious. The amenities, including ReFa, had a luxurious feel and were very satisfying. Overall, it was a Hotel with an excellent sense of privacy.

    There was also a pool, and being able to go straight to the beach from the Room was fantastic. The breakfast ingredients were properly delivered, and I think the kitchen was well-equipped. It was great to have a washing machine and a larger drying rack. I was concerned about some parts of the building being slightly damaged.

    The ultimate private space

    We stayed in Building A for 3 nights and 4 days at the end of September with our family. The weather was a mix of rain and sunshine, but we were able to enjoy the private beach for two days, making for an overall wonderful experience. The view of the sea from the room and the beach is extremely beautiful, as long as the weather is calm. On the second day, we had a perfect day for swimming, but on the third day, although the weather was nice, the sea was rough the night before, and coral was washed up on the shore. The beach and the sea were full of coral, making it painful to swim, so we quickly got out. The weather is beyond our control, but that was a bit disappointing. The beach is so beautiful when calm that we wanted to enjoy it every day. Well, being able to have it all to ourselves as guests is just the best. The sea at places like Yonaha Maehama (Yonaha Maehama) is also beautiful, but considering the shower and toilet situation after playing, with such a beautiful beach, you can rinse off the sand with an outdoor shower, warm up in the jacuzzi, and then relax in the bath... this convenience is hard to beat, and it makes you feel like there's no need to swim elsewhere. We also went snorkeling and saw quite a few fish swimming around. At night, as per the reviews, insects gather. Frogs, geckos, big spiders, beetles, grasshoppers—if you don't like insects, it might be tough, but my child and I enjoyed it a lot. If you try not to turn on the outdoor lights as much as possible, they might not come as much. We only ordered breakfast, which is a self-catering setup, but we enjoyed delicious sandwiches made with a hot sandwich maker while looking at the sea. By the way, there are a few cafes nearby, but reservations are essential. The only disappointing point was that the bathroom curtain was broken. Since it's a delicate area, it would be perfect if it were fixed. Anyway, it was a short stay, but thank you for the wonderful time. We would like to use this hotel again next time! Next time, I want to rent fins and swim endlessly.
