    It was excellent.

    Everything about the service was outstanding! The complimentary items in the refrigerator were amazing too, and we didn’t have a single problem during our stay!

    It's addictive...!

    This was my second stay, and just like the first time, I had a very relaxing and comfortable experience. The layout of the Room (a spacious living room, dining area, kitchen separate from the bedroom), the completeness of Facilities and amenities, and the excellent service from all staff were absolutely top-notch. The kitchen is so well-equipped that it feels even more convenient than at home! It has everything from cooking utensils to dishes, cutlery, detergent, sponges, and dishcloths. The rental items are also extensive; this time we borrowed a BRUNO hot plate to cook delicious bacon from Okinawa's Oki Ham and enjoyed making yakisoba as well. We also borrowed a barbecue grill to enjoy grilling Okinawan meat on the terrace. The weather was perfect for barbecuing—very comfortable! It might be too hot for this in midsummer though... November might be considered off-season; however, for those coming from mainland Japan like us, Miyako Island’s mild winter climate is very appealing. Staying at a villa like this during such times is ideal. The heated pool was enjoyable as well! With a jacuzzi available too, it was great to warm up quickly after feeling slightly chilly coming out of the pool. From check-in to check-out, all staff provided prompt and courteous service that made our stay worry-free and pleasant. I look forward to planning my next visit here again soon!

    We had a wonderful stay.

    I made the Reservation because of the heated pool in December. As a result, both days were sunny, and I enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi. I prepared breakfast myself, but the kitchen was very user-friendly with almost all basic tools and seasonings available, making it feel like home. The Room was comfortable to use, the bed was cozy to sleep on, and there were plenty of drinks provided. I had a wonderful vacation. During my stay, when work came up and I needed to use my computer, they even lent me a monitor for free, which was incredibly helpful. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much!

    First Trip to Miyako Island

    It was our first trip to Miyako Island with our one-year-old child. Considering factors like the child's noise and restless sleeping, we chose this accommodation with tatami mats, which seemed like the best option. The hospitality was pleasant, and the attentive services exceeded our expectations. We were very satisfied. Our child enjoyed walking around in the spacious area and playing excitedly in the pool. Although it rained throughout all four nights of our stay, we were able to relax thanks to this wonderful accommodation. Thank you for providing us with such lovely days :-) We had a very satisfying stay, but if I may point out a few things: - Adjusting the bath temperature was a bit difficult. - The door separating the bathroom and washroom was slightly broken and misaligned. - The variety of complimentary alcohol was limited (mini bottles of Awamori would be greatly appreciated). We would love to visit again! Looking forward to staying here next time as well!

    It was a great villa.

    Although the Facility showed slight wear due to its age, the staff promptly addressed any issues when contacted, which was very helpful. The oceanfront location with a pool and unlimited drinks upon request made for an exceptional experience. One note of caution: occasionally, wild insects from the nearby forest may appear near your Room, which might surprise those unaccustomed. However, this also offers opportunities to encounter natural wildlife like young coconut crabs and geckos—a trade-off worth considering (this is not an issue caused by the Hotel). For your reference.

    Consistent Quality

    We stayed for two nights as a family of four. It was our first visit in a year and a half, and we’ve been here several times before. While some parts of the facility show their age over time, the comforting atmosphere that feels like returning to a vacation home and the reassurance of having everything you need are truly irreplaceable. You can relax in the spacious room, enjoy beach activities with an outdoor shower available before entering indoors, and park your car right next to your room for quick access—everything about this hotel is convenient. This time, we mentioned it was a trip to celebrate a family member's birthday, and they beautifully decorated the bedroom for us. The hospitality from the hotel staff is evident in every detail, making us want to return again each time we stay here.

    Miyakojima Winter Trip

    This is our third time. We have stayed with three generations, and if it were a hotel, we would have to be in separate rooms, but here we can sleep and eat together, which is very helpful. The little children play in the pool, and we have a barbecue outside. Drinks are included, so we can drink as much as we like. There are also dining halls and onsen facilities within walking distance, which we really like. If we stay in Miyakojima, we always choose Felice Villa.

    We stayed in January...

    We stayed in January with a family of four (two preschool children). There were floats available for rent to play in the pool, and we were very satisfied. This was our first time visiting Miyakojima as a family, so we stayed at several villa-type hotels, but the children said this was the best. The room was equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which was a family-friendly facility. Check-in is available from 2 PM, which is a bit earlier, so we recommend buying ingredients and arriving early.

    It was excellent!

    It may sound cliché, but it was absolutely wonderful. I finally managed to secure a reservation this time after several attempts, and it was my first stay. I stayed in a 1BR type room. Felice Villa has two other properties on Miyako Island, but I often stay at Shigira Resort, so I am familiar with the surroundings, which is why I chose this one (Ueno). In terms of location, it's close to a beach where you can meet sea turtles, and it's situated in an area that feels like part of the Shigira Resort, with Shigira-affiliated restaurants and cafes, souvenir shops, and popular local diners all within walking distance, making it convenient for those who prefer dining out. Since it was a workation (a combination of work and vacation) stay for my husband and me, I thought a private villa would be more comfortable than a hotel where we would have to leave the room for housekeeping. It turned out to be more comfortable than I imagined, and I might get hooked! The facilities are well-equipped, the amenities are complete, and the friendly and attentive service from the staff is very appealing. There's a spacious full kitchen, dining and living area, and a large bedroom with a daybed for napping. The terrace has a dining table, a heated pool and jacuzzi, a hammock, and pool loungers, and the path in the garden at the back of the pool leads to the sea (beach). This year, it has been unusually hot, so we enjoyed both the pool and the sea with a summer vibe. Even without housekeeping (cleaning, etc.), towel exchanges and drink refills are just a phone call away, so there is no inconvenience. With a washing machine and dryer available, you can bring minimal changes of clothes. The refrigerator in the kitchen is more than adequately stocked with not only beer and other alcoholic beverages but also Sanpin tea, Okinawan juices, milk, and more. Cooking utensils, tableware, basic seasonings, sponges, detergents, and dishcloths are all provided, so there's no "Oh, that's missing!" moment typical of villas or vacation rentals. There are also many items available for rent, and when I requested to use the BBQ grill, they came to set it up for us. After the BBQ, we enjoyed sparklers as a gift. For those who prefer a stay-in experience rather than sightseeing on Miyako Island, this is the perfect place to stay. I'm already looking forward to planning my next reservation!

    No mistake for a large group.

    We stayed with six family members (all adults). It was great that we could go directly to Waiwai Beach from the hotel room. Also, they provided snorkeling gear and life jackets for free. Since we had many opportunities to go to the sea and pool, we were worried about washing towels, but the service of bringing new towels as many times as needed with just one phone call was excellent. With a large group, buying drinks can be a hassle, but I was impressed by the service of delivering all drinks for free as many times as needed. I met about five staff members who delivered the items, and all of them provided excellent customer service. I often stay at other expensive hotels, but many have mediocre staff. However, the staff here were more reliable than any other hotel, and I truly felt the quality of their hospitality. When traveling, I will first look for hotels in this chain. Thank you to all the staff.
