    I felt right at home during my stay.

    The Room was very clean and spacious. The view from the balcony was great, and I was impressed by how spotless it was—clean enough to lie down on. The staff were cheerful and kind. I would definitely stay here again!

    Probably a former apartment building. Old but just a few minutes' walk to American Village, with a slight view of it from the balcony. Clean. Convenient for late-night flight arrivals and accommodation.

    【Good Points】 ① Great Location - Staying on higher floors offers views of the beach, fireworks, and sunsets. - The beach is right in front, perfect for a stroll. - Conveniently located near American Village, a convenience store, and AEON for dining and shopping. ② Spacious Room - Despite having two semi-double beds, there’s still enough space to place an indoor drying rack without feeling cramped. - There’s room for suitcases; medium-sized ones can even be opened horizontally. - The sofa is spacious as well. - Separate bath and toilet with a large bathroom area. ③ Well-equipped Amenities & Rentals - The room includes dishwashing tools, cleaning cloths, hand soap & facial cleanser. - Full cleaning sets are provided: wet sheets for floor wipers and even squeegees for bathroom cleaning. ④ Entrance Area - You can take off your shoes and use slippers; the absence of carpets keeps the floor clean. 【Concerns】 ① Bed - The comforter is not duvet-style; this might feel less hygienic for those who toss or hug their blankets while sleeping. ② Slippers - Thin white slippers like those in business hotels tend to flatten over time; guests staying more than three days may want to bring their own slippers. - Without anti-slip features and with non-carpeted floors in the room, they can be slippery. ③ Washroom/Dressing Area - Hairdryer emits an unpleasant smell. - No designated spot to place clothes when changing after bathing (used towel racks from the closet instead). - No door or curtain in the dressing area; reflections from mirrors in the living room make it visible (purchased tension rods & curtains at Daiso nearby). While unnecessary for couples, families with teenagers or friends might appreciate more privacy—offering rentals would be very helpful! 【Impression】 I had a relaxing stay throughout my visit! Considering its location, cleanliness, cost-performance ratio—it’s definitely worth revisiting when staying around Chatan!

    This is my second visit.

    The Room is spacious, with separate toilet and bath, allowing for a relaxing bath. Being able to smoke on the balcony is also convenient. The proximity to American Village is fantastic. The staff were kind, making the stay comfortable and worry-free.

    Necessary and sufficient

    Stayed for 4 nights during a kids' summer camp. Since it’s a condominium-style Hotel, the services were minimal, but they provided most of the essentials needed for daily life, so we didn’t have to go to AEON as often. In fact, being able to use a quick floor wiper anytime made it feel cleaner than staying at a regular Hotel! If there are areas for improvement, I’d say the refrigerator was too small to store food, the sink area was narrow, and emptying the dehumidifier water was a bit of a hassle. However, if you’re looking for an affordable stay, I highly recommend it!

    The Okinawa trip was...

    The Okinawa trip was blessed with great weather. The Room faced the beach, offering a wonderful view. The bath towels were replaced each time, which was very helpful. If I may say, it would have been better if the refrigerator was larger. Having two IH stoves would also make cooking easier. I look forward to staying again!

    The explanation at the front desk was very thorough. Being located within Amemura, it was great to easily go out for a stroll. When I forgot my umbrella in the Room and was considering going back to get it, they kindly offered me a loaner umbrella. Thank you very much!

    This is my regular accommodation for summer vacation.

    This is my fourth stay. The ocean view and American Village view from the balcony never get old, providing relaxation every morning and evening. With a kitchen available, I enjoy cooking with ingredients from local supermarkets or roadside stations, and when I feel like it, I take a stroll around American Village. Sunset Beach is just about a 1-minute walk away, perfect for a quick visit to float in the sea and return to the Room when I'm done. This Hotel is ideal for such a leisurely stay. Among the Hotels in American Village, I believe this one offers the best views and location. I also appreciate being able to replace towels as many times as needed. It's conveniently located for stress-free travel to northern sightseeing spots or Naha city areas. If there's one thing I'd wish for, it would be a slightly larger refrigerator—but overall, I'm very satisfied! Looking forward to visiting again next year!

    For a 2-night, 3-day stay

    Good Points: ① The accommodation is conveniently located in American Village, just a 2-3 minute walk to entertainment spots. ② Great value for money with spacious rooms. Even with two suitcases open, there is plenty of space. It's also nice that the bathroom and toilet are separate. ③ Free parking available. Points of Concern: ① We stayed on the 6th floor and had a sea view, but lower floors may not have a sea view due to the hotel in front. Only one room key is provided per room. ② Although the room is spacious, there’s no door or changing area near the sink, making it inconvenient to change clothes after bathing. There are only two coin laundry machines on the 5th floor, which feels insufficient considering the number of rooms. ③ While parking is free, there aren’t enough spaces for all rooms; overflow vehicles need to use nearby free parking lots. During holiday periods, arriving around check-in time at 3 PM might help secure a spot. Summary: Considering its value for money, spaciousness, and location, this was a satisfying stay overall. I would consider staying here again if given another opportunity!

    I had high expectations.

    The reviews were very good, so I had high expectations, but there were many surprising aspects upon arrival. First, the property is much older than it looks in the photos. Although it says parking is free, there are limited spaces available, so it's better not to rely on it too much. It also mentioned that toothbrushes are provided, but they weren't available. Pajamas can be borrowed at the front desk. However, since most hotels in American Village seem old, I thought I shouldn't complain too much about it. That said, the room was spacious and clean despite being old—perfectly fine if you're just looking for a place to sleep.

    The room was spacious with a great view, making my stay very comfortable. I appreciated the recommendation to use the dehumidifier. It was clear that the staff genuinely cared about the guests. I would love to stay here again.

    No negative points

    I read the reviews in advance and learned that there are rooms with a view of the fireworks. The location and price were also great, so I decided to make a reservation at this hotel. Since it is very close to American Village, I thought I could just step outside if the room didn’t have a view of the fireworks, but I still informed the hotel of my preference. Thank you for accommodating my request and providing a room with a view of the fireworks. It was such a joy to relax in the room while watching them. The room not only had an excellent view but was also very spacious, including a large and clean bathroom. We were also provided with amenities for children (toothbrushes and slippers). The staff's service was excellent; their responses before our stay were quick, and every staff member we encountered at reception or during cleaning was pleasant. We chose to stay near American Village so our child could see fireworks, but we ended up loving ZHYVAGO Coffee there as well! When we visit Okinawa again, we’ll definitely stop by your accommodation once more. Thank you again for everything this time!

    3 nights for guests in their 60s

    The condominium was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We enjoyed a refreshing vacation with a view of the blue sea. The bathroom was also large and clean, which was great. American Village seemed more suited for younger people; one day there was enough for us. Traveling from the airport to the condominium in the evening took about 2 hours due to traffic congestion, making us realize how vast Okinawa is. We would love to visit again to see the beautiful blue sea. Our return flight was at 11 AM, and only local buses matched that schedule, so planning transportation in advance might have been better. Thank you to everyone in Okinawa for your hospitality!

    Prime location.

    Stayed for 6 days in March, following my stay in January. The view from the 9th floor was amazing; during the day, I enjoyed the ocean scenery, and after sunset, the vibrant lights of American Village. The shower had strong water pressure, and the spacious bathtub was very comfortable. The refrigerator worked well—rock ice received on the 5th floor stayed frozen for all 6 days. The washer-dryer also performed excellently. By presenting your room key, you can enjoy discounts and other services at nearby restaurants. With AEON nearby, I could enjoy a seaside vacation as if living there. I look forward to staying again for a week next month and the month after!

    The location and service are both excellent!

    Stayed for 5 nights on the 9th floor. As it is a condominium hotel, you need to take your towels to the front desk for exchange, and room cleaning is only done once during the 5-night stay, so there are no typical hotel services. However, if you go to the front desk, you will receive adequate service. For those who do not require excessive services like daily cleaning and want to enjoy the sea of Okinawa and the gourmet within walking distance of Chatan while keeping accommodation costs low, this is an ideal property.

    The hotel staff are very friendly, always giving us a big smile. The rooms are spacious and clean, with excellent soundproofing. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are also spotless and well-equipped. I really enjoyed a beautiful sea view right from the bedside. It was so comfortable.
