This was a great Accommodation that I would recommend for guests traveling with dogs.
I thought this was a very clean Accommodation with a great selection of dog-friendly items, and I would recommend it to dog lovers. I’d like to stay here again the next time I visit Kyoto. Overall, I’m satisfied, but if I mention a few things that were missing: Most of what you need for cooking in the Room is provided, but if guests want to cook hot pot in the Room, it would be helpful to have a portable gas stove (or an IH portable cooktop if open flames are not allowed for safety reasons) and a clay pot. Also, there were no donburi bowls for eating udon, ramen, or soba, so I’d like you to add those as well. Also, among the amenities, I would like bath salts.

We had a wonderful trip!
The private rental provided a very comfortable and private experience. It reminded me of my grandmother's house, giving a nostalgic feeling, and the cypress bath was spacious and relaxing. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much!

I was very healed!
I stayed for two nights on weekdays in the first half of December. First, I went to the reception counter at Kyoto Station for the procedure. If you inform them that you parked your car in the Avanti underground parking lot, you can get a free ticket [for about 1 hour], so it's free just for the reception. Please be careful as the slope is narrow for larger cars. The staff at the reception counter were very kind and provided us with sightseeing spots and useful information! After visiting several places, we headed to the property. The affiliated parking lot was less than a 2-minute walk away. Since it was at a corner location, we could park our wagon with a width of 185 cm and a length of 5 meters. As it was a contracted parking lot, it was convenient not to have to go through procedures even if we took the car in and out multiple times. As for the property, it was very clean with thorough cleaning. There were plenty of toilet sheets and foot towels for one dog. There was also a large cage, and the room had air conditioning and floor heating, so it was safe for the dog. The building should have been cold, but the living space was very warm with floor heating, so we didn't mind it at all. The washroom had new facilities and there were no problems, and above all, the cypress bath was irresistibly good, so I took a bath many times. There is a convenient supermarket nearby, and since the kitchen is usable, if you want to spend time with your dog, you can shop there and cook. It's a short walk to Nishioji Sanjo Station, and less than 10 minutes to Saiin Station, so it's convenient to walk to dinner. It was a pity that I couldn't go to the public bath nearby. It was about 2400 yen by taxi from Kyoto Station, and it was quiet at night, so I think the location is excellent. I requested breakfast, and the catering service brought it to us, but they came earlier than usual at our convenience. I called the reception counter on the evening of the first night, and they responded very kindly. I am really sorry for that time. And as for the breakfast, I could feel the morning of Kyoto, and even though I am picky, everything was incredibly delicious. There were some dishes that I didn't know what they were, though. In any case, it was a property where I could relax to the fullest, and the staff's thoughtfulness really touched me. [I can't fully express how good it was due to the character limit] I want to work hard and save money so that I can stay again next time. Thank you very much!
