    Simply the best.

    I stayed here with two friends. It was amazing. We went SUP, made burgers in the Room, drank beer, went to Isshiki Blue Moon, then came back and had more drinks. In the morning, we visited the Hayama Port morning market. It’s our annual tradition. We’ll be back next year.

    Stay with Your Dog

    My family and our two dogs stayed here. A staff member greeted us upon arrival. The room was clean. The amenities were minimal, but they were eco-friendly and had a pleasant scent, which we were happy with. Hayama Park is just a short walk away, and being able to stroll along the seaside was a wonderful way to relax.

    A beautiful open atrium, large glass windows, and nature.

    Compact yet an ideal resort stay. We usually use it for a workation, so the large desk and the big windows with views of nature are why we choose it. It was also a very convenient location—by feel (just my personal impression), about a 1-minute walk to the beach. It was windy with heavy rain, but my companion was impressed that it was quieter than another Accommodation we stayed at the night before. The windows in the Unkai Room are quite large, so you can clearly see trees swaying in big raindrops, and the terrace looks dramatic like a stage. Yet there wasn’t much sound—my companion found it strange. The moment they opened the window—whoosh!—rain and wind matching the visuals blew right in. They got soaked instantly and shouted in surprise. We had stocked up on deli foods at a nearby supermarket beforehand, so we enjoyed watching the rain while drinking plenty of sparkling wine from our Diamond Member benefit—it made for a great day off. It’s not completely silent, though. On days with near-gale winds, it seems well soundproofed enough to create a noticeable gap from outside—like watching a silent movie with just a little sound—and that was really nice. Despite being so close to the sea, we loved how secluded it felt from the outside world. (It might have felt extra quiet because I drank and fell asleep.) When walking along the beach, we could clearly hear lots of Japanese bush warblers calling from the mountain and cliffs behind us. Every visit brings new discoveries and is truly soothing. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

    Amazing!

    Amazing! An amazing Room. It was spotless and very comfortable! It’s close to the beach, so we enjoyed a relaxing walk and then unwound in the Room—it made us want to book a Multiple Night Stay!!

    Hayama

    Just a short turn off Route 134 and only a 3–4 minute walk to the beach—an excellent location. It was also very quiet and relaxing. Ideal for families of 4–5 including children. However, the bedroom is on the second floor and can only be reached via a steep spiral staircase, so it is not suitable for elderly guests or wheelchair users. In addition, there is only one toilet (either on the first or second floor), which makes going up and down the stairs each time quite inconvenient.

    A Lovely Detached House

    It was great to be able to enjoy YouTube on the projector in a detached house without worrying about the surroundings. There was no outside noise, and we had a quiet and comfortable stay. The Facility were well equipped, including a BALMUDA electric kettle, and the large bathtub was spacious and very relaxing. There was an indoor bouldering area, which our child really enjoyed. The net laid underneath also looked comfortable. The tableware being stored in boxes was convenient, but it would be even easier to use if labels on the outside showed what each box contains. We also really appreciated the map and information about nearby restaurants. It might be even clearer if the restaurant introduction page listed each shop’s map number next to its name. We had a very relaxing time. Thank you very much.

    At check-in, the staff provided a courteous and thorough introduction, and we had a very comfortable stay. There was a park just a short walk away, with beautiful ocean views—an excellent location. A 24-hour convenience store was also about a 5-minute walk away. Inside the Accommodation building, the space was stylish and thoughtfully furnished piece by piece. It was clean, and amenities such as shampoo were high quality. The kitchen had an easy-to-use two-burner gas stove, and we cooked dinner in the evening, which was very comfortable. We traveled with our dog, and it seemed to absolutely love the dog sofa that was provided—it stayed on it the whole time and looked very relaxed.

    There was nothing provided in the refrigerator or on the shelves. However, I was satisfied that the beach was within walking distance. After my stay, a tsunami advisory was issued in that area, so I think having access to a TV is essential for checking disaster information.

    Makes you want to live in Hayama.

    In the mornings and evenings, we went to the beach, and watching movies with a portable projector in the Room made us realize we didn’t need a TV. The soundproofing was excellent. The SodaStream was great. It was incredibly convenient to rinse off seawater with the outdoor shower attached to each building, dry off on the balcony, and then go straight into the Room. This setup truly felt like it belonged by the seaside. While walking around, all the dogs we encountered looked us in the eyes, making us smile as we greeted every dog with "Good boy!" or "Good girl!" Exploring tide pools revealed hermit crabs and other natural wonders—it’s such a beautiful place to visit! My companion, who had been tired from work, seemed genuinely happy here. Thanks to late check-out, we enjoyed our time as a secluded couple without encountering anyone else—this was perfect for us. On our way back along the coast all the way to Chigasaki, Hayama stood out as truly stunning. The beaches are clearly well-maintained by everyone; it’s such a precious place!

    Perfect in every way

    Perfect for families with children living in an apartment without a car. - Transfer to a bus from the terminal Zushi-Hayama Station, and it's just a short walk from the bus stop (parking available). - Located slightly off a busy road, it's not too close to the sea, making it quiet. Surrounded by beautiful homes, it's a calm setting. - The lovely entrance deck is well-lit at night. There's also a picture book space. - The entrance leads directly to a free space and a bathroom, convenient after returning from sea activities (there's also an outdoor shower). - The interior is picturesque everywhere you look. It's spacious, and the morning sun streaming through the windows is pleasant. - The deep-sea-themed space also has stylish picture books. Enjoy storytime on the rug. A calming space and time. - Climb the spiral staircase to the second floor, where there's a climbing wall, with a net below that allows you to see the first floor. It's thrilling at just the right level for children around 6 years old, and our 5 and 7-year-old sons loved it. - Dining out, takeout, and shopping are all within walking distance. - No complaints about the tableware and amenities. - The beach is close, allowing easy access both day and night. On a spring tide day in November, we went at 8 PM and found rocks that were not visible during the day, with crabs and shellfish visible here and there (low tide was close to midnight). The next morning, before checking out, we played in the sand on the beach. We enjoyed ourselves to the fullest even without bringing anything. - The buses run frequently enough, making the return trip easy. - The staff were very personable, and we would love to stay here again when visiting this area.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    From the warm welcome by the staff to the room's amenities and atmosphere, I was able to spend my time comfortably and leisurely. I am grateful for the breakfast that was prepared on short notice. Thank you for the guidebook provided in the room, which I made good use of.

    I want to visit again.

    It was my first time staying in Hayama, and the location was excellent, being so close to the sea that we could easily take multiple walks to the beach. The interior was very stylish, and I think it had all the necessary amenities. The plates and cups were also stylish, making me want to stay longer. Since we were with a baby, the spiral staircase made me a bit nervous, but other than that, I was very satisfied. The staff were also kind. I would definitely like to visit again.
