    A Wonderful Vacation

    Until we passed through the gate, we had no idea what to expect, but with the great weather it turned out to be a truly wonderful space. The outdoor bath was at the perfect temperature and the view was incredible. The indoor bath was especially relaxing during daylight hours. It was an ocean view unlike anything we’ve experienced before, and the interior design was stylish throughout. Although it was explained that the property isn’t new, it has been renovated so well that we didn’t feel its age at all, and we stayed very comfortably. The bedroom also had a fantastic view, and the bed was extremely comfortable with nothing to complain about. It became a wonderful trip where we could enjoy something truly out of the ordinary. Thank you to all of the staff. We would love to stay again.

    Exclusive Private Residence for One Group Per Day

    I stayed for one night at THE HOUSE Hayama, located on the Sanga-shita Beach in Hayama Town, Miura District. The first impression was undoubtedly the breathtaking view right in front of me! The walls facing the sea on both the first and second floors are entirely made of windows, allowing you to enjoy the scenery while listening to the sound of waves—whether taking a walk, reading a book, or enjoying a drink. It was truly an indulgent moment that engaged all my senses. Additionally, every corner of the Room is adorned with tasteful furnishings that create picture-perfect scenes. The use of bamboo toothbrushes also conveyed the owner's thoughtful intention to bring smiles not only to people but also to our planet. This is a place that makes time spent with loved ones feel even more valuable and fulfilling. Thank you very much!

    Even Better Than Before!!

    Stayed at THE HOUSE Hayama again. Loved it so much last time that I was already thinking about when to come back, and then heard the second-floor bedroom had been renovated—so I made a reservation right away. The room felt more spacious and open compared to my previous stay, which was fantastic. The bed has also been upgraded to a much more comfortable size—it almost feels like a big sofa! And the highlight: the bathroom walls are now glass, offering an incredible view of Isshiki Beach from the room. Next door, there’s an impressive high-end massage chair I’ve never seen before. It automatically reclines horizontally with just one button press and adjusts perfectly to your body for a customized massage experience when you select your desired mode. It’s not like those black massage chairs you find in ryokans; this one is stylishly white and chic—very fitting for THE HOUSE—and completely redefines what a massage chair can be. While enjoying coffee on the first-floor sofa with an ocean view is always great, relaxing upstairs has become equally appealing! Next to the massage chair is a selection of aroma candles you can choose from, filling the entire room with subtle fragrances. My partner especially loved this feature—she enjoyed picking different scents for evening and morning use! I’ve stayed at other facilities by THE HOUSE as well, but this location might be my top recommendation for couples. It’s not just about being right in front of the ocean—the luxurious space makes you want to stay inside all day long. The stunning views, tasteful yet unique interior design, and private moments overlooking the sea make it truly special. I’m already planning my next visit here regularly! See you again soon!

    Stunning view. Oceanfront location.

    Not near the sea, but right in front of it. The ultimate vacation. Having explored almost all the hotels and villas along the coastline from Shichirigahama to Hayama, there are very few places with large windows directly facing the ocean. Many reviews have been shared, but if you want to spend your time with an unobstructed view of the sea, this is the only place for you. If you're looking for exceptional service or dining experiences, there are plenty of other options available. Of course, this is not a hotel. However, as a Vacation Rental, it offers a unique and close level of hospitality that feels just right without being intrusive. You can also cook your own meals here if you'd like. The second floor has been renovated recently and now allows dogs to access it as well! While some areas may be slightly challenging for pets due to stone surfaces, having more accessible spaces is definitely a plus. Improvements such as setting up the projector on the second floor (which was previously just placed there) have been made recently—showing thoughtful updates that enhance your stay. The photos provided are from after these renovations were completed. For those who wish to spend their time gazing at the ocean while creating their own experience rather than relying on others—this is absolutely where you should be!

    Rare Property

    It was amazing! There are surprisingly few Hotels/Rentals where you can truly feel the ocean right in front of you (often there's a road in between, a garden or pool, or small windows), but this place genuinely has the ocean right there. The large windows allowed us to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves—an absolutely perfect spot. The bed was comfortable, and the bath/shower was very pleasant as well. We were lucky with great weather and enjoyed a lovely walk along Isshiki Beach. Even the officers at the Imperial Villa nearby were friendly. We stayed for two nights, shopped at a recommended supermarket, cooked our own meals, and had a relaxing time. The temperature adjustment on the hot plate and using an iPad for movies were slightly inconvenient (we ended up connecting it to our Mac), but these were minor issues overall—we were extremely satisfied. This is definitely a place we’d love to visit again!

    It is a Facility really close to the sea.

    We have stayed at several other facilities, but this is our first time at this Facility, and we chose it to relax with my wife and our college-aged daughter. First, when we opened the door, we were surprised by how close the sea was. You can gaze out through the glass wall and just zone out without thinking about anything. When we entered the Room, music was playing, and it lifted our spirits from that moment. I heard that they choose the music based on the age and name of the person who made the Reservation. For me, it was jazz! The interior features handmade and antique items, offering originality and a unique space that we thoroughly enjoyed. The accessories are stylish too. This is the first time we've stayed at a Facility so close to the sea. Sitting on the sofa or looking from the bed, it feels like you're on the sea. My wife and daughter were delighted with the Dyson hairdryer. We really loved it! We definitely want to come back in the summer next time. Thank you very much!

    A leisurely and luxurious moment for two couples

    Both the living room and bedroom offer a panoramic view of the ocean, providing an incredible sense of openness that makes you feel as if you are abroad! During sunset and sunrise, take a leisurely stroll along the beach right in front of you, enjoying the luxurious moments with the natural background music. Additionally, the furniture, lighting, and antique interior reflect the owner's attention to detail and excellent taste. Truly an ideal vacation home! It is the perfect space to unwind and spend time doing nothing, away from everyday life. The interior is thoroughly cleaned and has a sense of cleanliness, with ample amenities provided, so there is no inconvenience. I would love to return with the feeling of a second home!

    Everything was perfect!

    A blissful time watching the changing sunset sky from the jacuzzi. The seafood acqua pazza and BBQ prepared in the stew were delicious and filling! The sound from the Marshall speakers was pleasant, enhancing our conversation and making it the perfect holiday. Each piece of furniture showed a sense of attention to detail, and in this tasteful space, I was able to relax as if I were in my own villa. The staff were very pleasant and provided warm hospitality, allowing us to relax. Definitely a repeat visit!! Thank you for the wonderful time!
