    A refined, stylish space designed around the concept

    Because of the heavy rain, I was worried about getting to work the next day, so I stayed here overnight. At first I searched for a Hotel near Chiba Station, but in no time everything was fully booked… this place really saved me. I had heard in advance that a stylish Hotel had opened and I know the area well, so I arrived easily from my workplace. It’s also within walking distance from both Chiba Station and Chiba Park Station on the monorail. Both the Room and the shared areas are stylish, and almost everything you need is provided. Even without a TV, I was able to relax comfortably. The monorail runs right in front of the building, but thanks to the very thick glass door leading to the balcony, noise was hardly noticeable. The system where they cover parking fees up to 700 yen was also very helpful. (They were able to accommodate even a receipt-based prepayment type.) If I had to mention anything, it would be nice if there were a low-rebound cushion on the chair in the Room, and I’d also appreciate disposable body wash towels in the wash area. It was very comfortable, and I’d like to stay again.

    I would definitely like to stay here again.

    The wonderful view overlooking Chiba Park and the very stylish Room made for an extremely comfortable stay. I would have been even happier if the in-room selection of tea bags and drip coffee packs had been a bit more extensive. Also, I personally didn’t mind that there was no TV in the Room at all, but this may be a matter of preference depending on the guest. Overall, it was a refined and excellent Hotel.

    Although it’s a bit ...

    Although it’s a bit away from the station, you’ll be surrounded by greenery, making it a refreshing place to stay! A morning walk in the park right in front of the property is especially pleasant!

    A New Type of Hotel

    As the Hotel has only just opened, the exterior, lobby, and Rooms are all very clean. It was a refreshing experience to have a balcony even though there is no bathtub or TV. With the bar next to reception and the restaurant on the first floor, it almost feels like being abroad. It may be a good choice for couples who occasionally want to relax and talk at length.
