    It was pretty good!

    I was surprised by the Hotel’s cute design upon arrival! The large public bath was crowded, so I couldn’t relax and enjoy a long soak in the tub.

    It was a cozy Room.

    I visited with three friends. The Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The food was also delicious, making it a wonderful memory. It was my first time visiting Wakasa, and I would love to come again.

    The heated seawater jacuzzi pool was great!

    The spacious pool and the adjoining heated seawater pool were excellent. Guests can use them free of charge. Breakfast was also high quality.

    We thoroughly enjoye...

    We thoroughly enjoyed the luxurious French cuisine for breakfast and dinner, along with unlimited soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. The Facility, including the 25 m pool, was excellent, and we also enjoyed cultural activities such as making lacquered chopsticks—making it a truly meaningful vacation.

    I stayed with my chi...

    I stayed with my child. The property was very clean, and the staff were courteous. In particular, the service at dinner was exceptionally attentive and considerate toward my child—I thought it was wonderful. Although they forgot to provide the admission tickets included with the Family Wing Plan, the overall service was so polite that we were able to relax without stress. The view from the Room was great, and we also enjoyed the adjacent spa, which has a pool. I hope you will continue offering swimsuit rentals, access even after checkout, and post-bath ice pops. My child said they definitely want to come again, so we will return. Since it isn’t inexpensive, I think it would be nice to add more value through IKYU Diamond benefits. It would also help if breakfast had a few more options suited for preschool children.

    It was really great.

    The meals were absolutely delicious. The staff were very kind and made us feel welcome. The heshiko ochazuke at night was so tasty that I’ll never forget it. If I had to mention one thing, it was that we couldn’t use the bath in the morning, but the bath in the Room was surprisingly comfortable. Overall, we were very satisfied with this clean Hotel. Thank you.
