I’d love to stay here again.
I heard you were visiting to celebrate your friend’s birthday. Since it was our first time there, we chose a plan with breakfast and dinner included. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and we were very satisfied. The bath was clean, and the carbonated bath was a nice touch. The wine and other drinks were also excellent. The view from the room was beautiful. We would definitely like to visit again.

We had a relaxing stay.
Thank you very much for your hospitality. I had been interested in this hotel for some time, and when I heard it had become all-inclusive, we decided to visit. Since my husband fractured a bone, he can no longer go to the large public bath on his own, but we thought we could enjoy the pool together. We went to the pool before check-in, and by chance there were few guests. My husband was able to take his time doing water walking and even tried swimming. Dinner also progressed at a relaxed pace, and we had a wonderful time—including having photos taken for us. Breakfast was very filling. We usually only have bread and coffee in the morning, so roast beef at breakfast?! We somehow managed to finish everything without leaving any. I felt dinner could have offered a few more dishes, but I was happy to have an American-style breakfast in the morning. Making chopsticks became a great memory. Even though we arrived a little late, thank you for welcoming us so kindly. At checkout, although we were waiting, there was no greeting while someone continued talking with what seemed like a vendor or regular guest; another staff member noticed us and assisted instead. We received coupons that could be used at the nearby roadside station next door, but ended up going home without using them—so it might make guests happy if you could say just one word at checkout like “Please stop by the roadside station.” We will visit again on a weekday when it is likely less crowded. My husband said he now understands how things work here as well—so next time I’d like to relax in the bath and enjoy the sauna too. Thank you again.

It was pretty good!
I was surprised by the Hotel’s cute design upon arrival! The large public bath was crowded, so I couldn’t relax and enjoy a long soak in the tub.

It was a cozy Room.
I visited with three friends. The Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The food was also delicious, making it a wonderful memory. It was my first time visiting Wakasa, and I would love to come again.

The heated seawater jacuzzi pool was great!
The spacious pool and the adjoining heated seawater pool were excellent. Guests can use them free of charge. Breakfast was also high quality.

We thoroughly enjoye...
We thoroughly enjoyed the luxurious French cuisine for breakfast and dinner, along with unlimited soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. The Facility, including the 25 m pool, was excellent, and we also enjoyed cultural activities such as making lacquered chopsticks—making it a truly meaningful vacation.

I stayed with my chi...
I stayed with my child. The property was very clean, and the staff were courteous. In particular, the service at dinner was exceptionally attentive and considerate toward my child—I thought it was wonderful. Although they forgot to provide the admission tickets included with the Family Wing Plan, the overall service was so polite that we were able to relax without stress. The view from the Room was great, and we also enjoyed the adjacent spa, which has a pool. I hope you will continue offering swimsuit rentals, access even after checkout, and post-bath ice pops. My child said they definitely want to come again, so we will return. Since it isn’t inexpensive, I think it would be nice to add more value through IKYU Diamond benefits. It would also help if breakfast had a few more options suited for preschool children.

It was really great.
The meals were absolutely delicious. The staff were very kind and made us feel welcome. The heshiko ochazuke at night was so tasty that I’ll never forget it. If I had to mention one thing, it was that we couldn’t use the bath in the morning, but the bath in the Room was surprisingly comfortable. Overall, we were very satisfied with this clean Hotel. Thank you.
