  It’s a wonderful Ryokan, and I’m very satisfied.

  Both the Facility and our Room were quiet and very clean. The cafe’s breakfast—especially the cafe latte and toast—was delicious. The Japanese paintings displayed in the cafe were wonderful, and overall it was a stylish, beautiful building. I only have one request: I would have liked a small fan in the changing area of the bath. With the Onsen and warm temperatures, it’s easy to work up a sweat after bathing, so having a fan would have been helpful. Overall, it was a very nice Ryokan that we really liked, and we would love to visit again.

  Thank you very much for staying at Tsuchiya Ryokan. We truly appreciate your kind words about the cleanliness of our Ryokan and Room, as well as breakfast at UTSUROI. Our breakfast bread is selected by the owner, who is a certified bread sommelier, and we hope you enjoy it together with our carefully chosen coffee. We are delighted to hear that you liked the café latte and toast. The Japanese paintings displayed in the Ryokan were created by the owner’s uncle, who is also an alumnus of our Ryokan, and his works are currently exhibited at the Prime Minister’s Official Residence as well. We are honored that you took notice of the artwork along with the atmosphere of the building. Thank you for your valuable feedback regarding a fan in the changing area. We will use it as a reference for future Facility improvements so that guests can feel more comfortable after bathing during warmer seasons. Encouraged by your comment that you would like to visit again, we will continue striving to provide a stay unique to Tsuchiya Ryokan and UTSUROI. We would be delighted to welcome you back to Kinosaki Onsen in another season. All of us look forward to seeing you again.
