    Young people have fun.

    It feels like a Business Hotel upgraded with an all-inclusive vibe—better meals, drinks, and bathing facilities. The price is low, so I recommend it. That said, leaving the self-service löyly entirely up to guests made me wonder if it could lead to equipment issues or problems operating it, and there seem to be a few areas where management could improve.

    Wonderful again.

    The beer was delicious right after we arrived! We enjoyed beer and wine while waiting to check in. The panoramic sauna was amazing. Dinner was also great—the roast beef was truly delicious. The bath on the first floor was nice too, with a sauna and a cold plunge. For breakfast, it was disappointing that there was no yogurt or boiled eggs. Anyway, it was a wonderful stay at the Accommodation! We’re looking forward to visiting again.

    Relaxing Onsen Getaway

    We arrived more than an hour early and were able to relax while waiting in front of the front desk. Check-in was at 3:00 PM, but our Room was ready by 2:30 PM, which we really appreciated. In the lounge, we enjoyed plenty of complimentary beer and wine, and there was a great variety of snacks. The dinner and breakfast buffets were also very satisfying—we ate until we were full. The large Onsen bath included a sauna, and with several baths at different temperatures, it was fun to try them all. There were Rooms for various activities as well, but we skipped them this time. The garden must be beautiful during the autumn leaves season—I’d love to see it.

    simple pleasures

    The Most Fulfilling Time

    We arrived a little earlier than the check-in time, and many guests were already relaxing in the lounge. Our family also enjoyed highballs and beer with snacks right away. There was a good variety of light bites, plus ice cream, which made the kids very happy! The lounge decorations were cute as well, and the pleasant atmosphere raised our expectations. Our Room was a Deluxe Room on the third floor. Since the window faced the shaded side, it felt a bit dark, but we were hardly in the Room so it didn’t bother us. (There was an additional space with a sofa and TV next to the bedroom, but I didn’t use it at all.) Everything—including the bathroom area—was clean, and the bed was comfortable. One thing we noticed was that the air conditioning could only be adjusted in three levels; even on low it made the Room quite cold. We ended up running low cooling only in the room next to the bedroom and slept with blankets (my husband said he felt a bit warm). Before going to bed we boiled water to drink, but there were no tea bags or similar items in the Room (we brought them from the lounge), so we thought it would be nice if green tea etc. were provided. Perhaps because we didn’t use it much, there was some sediment when we poured from the kettle into a mug, which concerned us. For the sauna we borrowed sauna wear, but for women’s sizes, I felt that elastic around the chest was quite tight (only one size available). There weren’t many users, so I could enjoy löyly exactly how I like it and was very satisfied (it’s great that replacement face towels are available in the changing area). We were able to use one of highest-located private family baths. The view was wonderful; you can see residential areas in the distance so it felt slightly embarrassing at times, but overall it was incredibly open and refreshing. It seems very popular though, and unfortunately we couldn’t use it again on our second morning. The large public bath doesn’t have an open-air bath, but it had a nice atmosphere. Personally I preferred this hinoki bath—the water quality seemed great and my skin felt better翌日. We saw many Reviews that made us a little worried about dining beforehand, but our family was very satisfied! The seafood was delicious as well—you can really feel their attention to detail in each dish. Because dining times are divided into three slots، it never felt overly crowded، allowing us to enjoy both food and drinks at leisure. The darts، karaoke، and soccer game were incredibly fun، และ since they weren’t crowded، we got to enjoy them again و again! Thanks to an excellent Plan， we stayed at great value—and honestly felt this Accommodation exceeded its price۔ Thank you for taking care of us۔

    Not as good as I expected.

    This was my first stay here. The Facility was new and clean, but the meals did not meet my expectations. The taste was average, and I was disappointed that there were no fruits or desserts at breakfast. There were many foreign staff members, and during breakfast they started clearing the food before the restaurant closed at 9:00. They told us to hurry because it was closing, even though it was still before 9:00. It felt very uncomfortable.

    Satisfied overall, but there’s room for improvement.

    We stayed here for a family trip. Since it was all-inclusive, we were able to relax without worrying about extra charges. The Room was a bit small, but it was clean and nicely kept. The bedding was also comfortable. The bath was an Onsen, which was great, though it is completely indoors and it would have been even better if we could have gotten some fresh air. One disappointment was the number of buffet items we had been looking forward to. Each dish was very good, but there weren’t many options, and the menu was exactly the same on both the first and second days. That was very disappointing. Even if we return, it would probably be for one night only.

    Excellent!

    This was my first time staying at an all-inclusive Hotel. We didn’t add dinner, but alcohol was all-you-can-drink until midnight, and snacks were all-you-can-eat until 10:00 p.m. The lounge has stylish sofas and chairs, so you can relax and enjoy a comfortable atmosphere. Many guests were unwinding there, but no one was noisy, and I was able to spend a calm, enjoyable time with my husband. We arrived late and couldn’t try the spa… but the bathhouse had a sauna! And you can even do löyly. I planned to just rinse off quickly and have a drink, but I ended up taking my time and really enjoying the baths. The facilities switch between men and women; one side has reclining baths, pot baths, and a jacuzzi. The other side has a high-temperature bath and an electric bath. Both were excellent. There were various alcohol flavors available as well, so you can mix and customize as much as you like. I love wine, so I enjoyed both red and white with different combinations. My husband had beer and highballs. Since we booked a Plan with breakfast included, we went to the dining area in the morning—and again there was an amazing variety of options. I couldn’t decide what to eat. I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but this was one of the most satisfying experiences by far. I’d love to visit again if I get the chance.

    We really enjoyed our stay.

    We visited as a couple this time. It was great to have all-you-can-drink beer as soon as we arrived at the Accommodation. There were also karaoke, darts, and a table tennis table, so we could enjoy them after our bath. The private bath was also free, and we could relax and enjoy it. Last time we stayed here, there was all-you-can-eat fresh shrimp, but this time it had been replaced with sashimi. It was still delicious in its own way.

    We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

    From check-in, the staff gave us a warm welcome, and the Facility was very comfortable. The food was delicious, and there were many types of Onsen and spa baths. There were also plenty of activities such as karaoke and games, so we could relax and have fun inside the Hotel and truly enjoy our stay. The staff were always friendly and smiling, my family was very satisfied, and this is a Hotel we would definitely like to visit again.

    The Onsen was excellent.

    I stayed for two nights and was able to fully enjoy two large public baths and a private family bath. The large public baths also had a jet bath and a sauna, and the private family bath offered great views and an open, relaxing atmosphere—I was very satisfied. However, I was a little disappointed that the restaurant menus felt quite similar at both breakfast and dinner.

    Packed with fun! All-inclusive.

    This was my second all-inclusive stay. The service staff were from overseas, but they were extremely courteous, and the Shuttle Service staff also created a great atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we enjoyed drinks, snacks, and donuts right away. After that, we had fun with activities like fitness testing and darts, then relaxed during some downtime in our Room. Above all, the baths here are excellent—being able to enjoy private family baths and the Manyo Spa as a couple was truly wonderful. I was especially happy to be able to relax and chat together in the sauna with my wife, who usually doesn’t like saunas. Dinner and breakfast were neither particularly good nor bad, but we could eat until we were full, so it was satisfying overall. If you’re looking for a Hotel that’s more about activities than food, it offers great value for money and is highly recommended.

    I may have expected too much.

    I stayed here after reading other guests’ Reviews, but honestly I didn’t feel this Hotel offered value for the price. The Room had two single beds and a sofa, but the “sofa” was essentially just an extra bed with cushions placed on it. There was no comfortable space to relax and no place to put luggage; it felt like a Business Hotel in both layout and size. There was only one thin blackout curtain, and there was no closet—this was my first time staying at a Hotel where hangers were hung directly on the wall. The sink also seemed to prioritize design over practicality and was inconvenient to use. The large public bath alternates between men and women in the morning and evening, but neither side has any windows, so it felt closed-in and stifling rather than open and relaxing. The buffet meals also had limited variety. Preferences vary, but personally I didn’t find either breakfast or dinner tasty. What I thought was simmered alfonsino turned out to be redfish, and the salt-grilled shrimp seemed to be red shrimp that became dry and crumbly when heated—this made me feel that ingredient costs were being kept quite low. I did enjoy the beer available in the lounge, but compared with other Accommodations in a similar price range where I’ve stayed before, overall satisfaction was low, and this is not a Hotel I would return to.

    Delicious meals, alcoholic drinks, and a sauna

    This was my first visit, and I had a wonderful time. The mixed-gender sauna was great—thanks to the loaned wear, I could fully enjoy it. The view sauna was amazing. The large public bath on the first floor also had a sauna and cold plunge, which I really enjoyed. Right after arriving, I could have beer and wine, so even the check-in process felt like part of the experience. Dinner’s roast beef and chicken were delicious and paired perfectly with wine. In the morning, I enjoyed the tofu, salad, and yogurt as well. I will definitely come again.

    Everything is just right.

    We checked in on a weekday, Friday. We arrived at 5:00, so I quickly took a bath, and my husband fully enjoyed the sauna. The sauna was divided into small sections, and he was happy that he could do löyly himself. The bath wasn’t overly large and was simple, but the water was great and warmed us up well. The meal didn’t have too many dishes, and everything was very delicious. It’s all-inclusive, and the alcohol selection was just right—there were no low-quality drinks. The lounge after dinner was also calm and comfortable, which we really liked. Recommended for those who want to relax quietly and take it easy.

    An Accommodation You Can Enjoy

    We visited as a couple for our anniversary. Since it was all-inclusive, we took it easy and spent most of our time at the Accommodation rather than sightseeing. With a room featuring an open-air bath, one night wasn’t enough to enjoy all the activities, but the mixed-gender sauna area was especially great! The food selection felt a little limited, but since we weren’t focused on meals and mainly enjoyed some evening drinks, having all alcohol included and unlimited was a big plus. If we have the chance to visit Yugawara again, we’d definitely love to come back.

    Thank you very much for accommodating us on our original stay dates without any conditions, even though we had mistakenly made the Reservation for the wrong dates and you were still able to prepare a Room. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The Facility was very clean, and since it has been about a year since opening, everything was excellent. Offering an all-inclusive plan at such a reasonable price must take tremendous effort. The Room was also very clean. There were two types of baths and saunas, plus a mixed-gender spa sauna where guests wear bathing attire, so there was almost too much to enjoy in just one day. The buffet did not have an overwhelming number of options, but that actually made it easy—everything we wanted to eat was there. As a couple who enjoys drinking, we truly appreciated that alcohol at dinner and in the lounge was included rather than charged separately. Even when we left in the rain, you kindly saw us off while getting wet without using an umbrella, which made our stay very satisfying. This has become an Accommodation we would definitely like to visit again. One final note: barrier-free access inside the building felt somewhat limited, as there seemed to be quite a few steps throughout. Thank you very much for two wonderful days.

    This was my first stay, and as a sauna enthusiast, I was completely satisfied with this Accommodation! There is also an Onsen, and the buffet-style meals were very delicious. I will definitely stay again.

    All the drinks in the lounge were delicious, and I was happy that they were available until 10:00 PM. The Room and the bath were very clean, so I could relax and take it easy. All of the meals were also very delicious! One disappointing thing was that the karaoke room didn’t have air conditioning, so it was hot.

    Have fun and eat your fill.

    Less than 10 minutes from Yugawara Station by Shuttle Service, we arrived at the Hotel. Before check-in, we enjoyed the lounge right away—alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, and a great selection of snacks such as nuts, warabi mochi, and cookies—perfect for an early treat. About three hours later it was time for the dinner buffet, so after check-in we worked up an appetite in the playroom on the 3rd floor while enjoying darts and table tennis. Dinner included items like ajillo, and we thoroughly enjoyed it along with roast beef and sashimi. The menu selection wasn’t very large, but with such satisfying snacks earlier in the day, dinner felt more than enough. The only thing I wished for was a wider variety of desserts. The large public bath isn’t as spacious as I imagined, but it’s still a relaxing place to unwind. Breakfast was also plenty and delicious—I was very satisfied. The only drawback was that the smoothie instructions were hard to understand.

    Came back again in less than six months!

    1. What I liked The property is very clean throughout. Onsen Facilities often have areas around the water where things like hair can be an issue for people who are sensitive to cleanliness, but here each heated Room has a handy vacuum cleaner, and the floors are not carpeted—they use a dry, tatami-style material instead. The Rooms are also beautifully maintained and well finished. Another reason I called to book again even after it disappeared from the site in less than six months: many staff members are from overseas, and everyone works very hard and is consistently polite. Their attentiveness is far more detailed than that of a young male staff member who once turned me down over the phone, or a Japanese male staff member at the buffet who was rather curt when I asked a question!! (Of course, there were also reliable middle-aged Japanese male and female staff members as well.) I’ll definitely return again for the hospitality alone. I also really appreciated the lounge and play areas that both children and adults can enjoy together, plus loaner sauna wear and a spa area where children are allowed. It’s wonderful to have such a calm atmosphere even with families staying. 2. Points to note I visited again from November, but the roast beef at dinner—something I had been looking forward to—had changed to small individual portions, so I had to go back multiple times. At breakfast, the incredibly delicious fried eggs that felt like “the main dish” were gone as well. It made me feel how much food costs have risen lately… As mentioned above, there are many families here. There is plenty of consideration such as kids’ yukata robes and amenities, but in the open-air bath or spa you may see children who aren’t fully out of diapers yet having accidents; because it’s such a calm place, kids running around or shouting can stand out more than usual. Since the lounge is open until 24:00, it can feel a bit awkward when elementary school kids are eating ice cream right in front of couples getting tipsy on sofas and being overly affectionate (lol). That’s more about guest manners than anything the Hotel is doing wrong. Overall: highly recommended for those who want to relax in peace and for families!!

    All-inclusive Accommodation

    I was very satisfied, and the hot spring water was excellent with free-flowing natural spring water. Alcohol is also available 24 hours a day. I appreciated being shown to my Room early. The downside is that arriving by car can be difficult. The hill is steep, and passing oncoming vehicles is almost impossible. Unless you are confident driving, I recommend using the public parking lot at the bottom (1,000 yen for 24 hours). The Accommodation staff were truly kind.

    It was a great accommodation.

    We stayed as a family. It was our first all-inclusive Hotel as a couple, and from the moment we arrived we enjoyed beer and snacks—it felt truly special. We relaxed in the Onsen and soothed our everyday fatigue, and also fully enjoyed the various activities. The buffet didn’t have a huge selection, but the many homemade-style dishes left both our stomachs and hearts satisfied. Every dish was carefully prepared and absolutely delicious. Most impressive of all was the warm service from the staff, always with welcoming smiles. Their thoughtful attention put us at ease, making this an unforgettable trip for our family. We’ve added one more Accommodation to our list that we’d love to visit again.

    When booking a Multiple Night Stay for a staycation,

    We spent the New Year holidays here and had an enjoyable stay with our family. However, for those planning a multiple night stay with the purpose of enjoying the hotel itself, there are some points to note. From 10:00 AM at checkout time until 3:00 PM when check-in begins, the main lounge with amenities such as onsen, private baths, saunas, and beverages is not accessible. This might be disappointing for guests who wish to relax and enjoy the onsen during their multiple night stay. It would be great if some facilities could remain available for such guests during this time. Other than that, as many have mentioned, there are various thoughtful touches to enjoy at this wonderful accommodation.

    With our all-inclusive package, we enjoyed complimentary drinks, including alcohol, and snacks while waiting to check in. After dinner, we relaxed as a family in the lobby. We had unlimited access to activities like darts, table tennis, and karaoke. Despite initial concerns about crowds, there was hardly any waiting time, allowing us to fully enjoy these amenities. The children had a wonderful time playing with new friends they met on-site. Even on the day of checkout, we could use the facilities from the morning and made the most of our time after breakfast. The meals were delightful with unlimited alcoholic beverages; highlights included delicious roast beef and fresh shrimp sashimi that made us feel truly happy. Although many staff members were from overseas, their heartfelt hospitality put us at ease. We were especially touched by a female restaurant staff member who kindly interacted with our children and assisted other families with babies while maintaining her warm smile. We would love to visit again as a family!

    Overall, it was good.

    There were some mistakes in the buffet, such as incorrect labels for dishes or sauces and vegetables being swapped. The miso soup was labeled as shijimi clam miso soup, but it was actually asari clam miso soup. The bath, Room, and Hotel staff were excellent, which made these small issues a bit disappointing.

    I chose this all-inclusive Hotel after searching for options. The lounge offered free access to drinks and snacks, and the Hotel had entertainment facilities like karaoke and darts, making my stay enjoyable from check-in to check-out without any boredom. However, there were a few minor points that caught my attention. The public bath had excellent water quality, but the temperature was on the higher side, making it difficult to soak for an extended period. Personally, I would have preferred slightly lower temperatures. Meals included an abundance of seafood for both dinner and breakfast, which felt luxurious; however, popular dishes ran out quickly at the buffet table without timely replenishment, which was disappointing. Overall impression: "Not bad but perhaps my expectations were a bit too high." Families with children might find it entertaining throughout their stay; however, those seeking classic Hotel comfort or meticulous quality in every detail may feel slightly underwhelmed.

    Enjoy all-inclusive services at great value.

    We stayed in a room for four people for one night and two days. The meals were of high quality, served within a limited time, so it was not overly crowded and we enjoyed them thoroughly. The bath operates on an alternating schedule every other day, allowing guests to enjoy it without getting bored. Although there was no open-air bath, there was a compact yet clean sauna that was more than sufficient. The room was well-cleaned and very tidy. One suggestion would be regarding air conditioning management; while the strength can be adjusted individually in each room, the overall system is centrally controlled throughout the accommodation, making it impossible to switch between cooling and heating modes as needed. It was a lovely accommodation that I would love to stay at again if given the chance!

    It is a good accommodation.

    The building has a modern atmosphere, and the lounge and each room were very clean. There are various facilities to enjoy within the property, such as a sauna, Onsen, soccer games, darts, and karaoke, ensuring you won't get bored. While the meal selection is not extensive, each dish was delicious. The sea bream carpaccio, red shrimp sashimi, and roast beef were so good that I went back for seconds multiple times.
