    A bit disappointing.

    Since the Room is Japanese-style, it can’t really be helped, but there was nowhere to relax until the futons were prepared. I wish I had asked in advance. Even though I was asked and answered questions about dinner time, breakfast time, and allergies before check-in, I was asked the same questions again at check-in. It didn’t seem to be shared internally and felt like wasted time. The bath in the Room was spacious and great, and you can adjust the temperature. However, Todai-ji Temple is almost not visible because of the thick trees. The food was delicious, but the violin performance was too close—so close that I couldn’t hear the explanation of the dishes. It might be better if it could be heard from a bit farther away. Because the Reviews were so good, my expectations may have been too high, but it ended up feeling more disappointing than expected.

    Staying in Nara is a great choice.

    The view from the Room at dusk was incredible, and the greenery and scenery of Todai-ji Temple and Mount Wakakusa—visible from the open-air bath, the daybed, and the Room—were truly soothing. Spending time at this Accommodation with my friend was relaxing and refreshing. The staff’s warm hospitality and smiles, the food and drinks that let us savor Nara, and the cozy atmosphere of the Room and interior spaces—there are too many things to recommend about this Accommodation. We also appreciated your attitude of working together to promote not only this Hotel but Nara itself, including guidance around the city, which was helpful for planning our sightseeing. Thank you so much. Next time, I’m planning to visit in April!

    Perfect for Families with Children

    We had been looking forward to our stay even before arriving. We stayed in a Room with a slide, and the kids were thrilled (an early elementary schooler and a 3-year-old). The Facility offerings were also excellent, so we had no trouble at all even with children (including a space where kids can play). They also organized a festival event inside the Hotel during our visit, and we joined that as well. All the staff were kind, and we felt their hospitality everywhere. The view from the rooftop terrace was wonderful (morning is recommended). During dinner, there was live music, and they included songs that children would enjoy, so it never got boring. Highly recommended for families with children. Of course, I think it would be a very satisfying stay for adults only as well. We will definitely return. Thank you very much for everything.

    We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

    We stayed in a Room with a sauna. It also had an open-air bath, and we had a very relaxing time. The Room was clean, and we could feel thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The food was delicious, and we especially enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. The staff were also very kind—everything was wonderful. We will definitely return.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Nara.

    The Room was clean, and since I went to the large public bath early, it was almost private and very comfortable. The meals were delicious, and the explanations of each dish were polite and easy to understand. Although I was traveling solo, I had a wonderful trip. Later that night, I regretted not requesting a humidifier—I realized they might have been able to provide one if I had asked in advance. Overall, I was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

    It was great.

    I would have liked soap and a sink in the toilet. The distance from the toilet to the washbasin is quite far. The children in the neighboring Room were noisy, so it didn’t feel very pleasant, but I’m satisfied with the service.

    I stayed for one nig...

    I stayed for one night and two days with a friend. From check-in throughout the entire stay, I was completely satisfied. Both dinner and breakfast were generous portions and very delicious. They made the rice into rice balls, so it was great to have them as a late-night snack! The staff’s thoughtfulness was wonderful, and if I visit again, this is an Accommodation I would definitely like to stay at. For additional charges, it would be nice if payment could be made not only in cash but also by card or other methods! Thank you very much.
