Highly recommended.
They kindly accommodated our last-minute changes to the Accommodation booking and provided attentive support, including the Shuttle Service, which made us feel truly cared for. My mother, who has stayed at many Hotels, was especially pleased—she said the Room was spotless, bright, spacious, and very comfortable, and that she would like to stay again. We also felt the hot spring water quality was better than at other Accommodations. Since it was available from early morning until late at night, we were able to bathe four times. We were also very happy that plenty of towels were provided. Due to our misunderstanding, we asked to confirm the charges, but everything was explained clearly and politely, which reassured us—thank you very much. One small request: when staying with multiple people, having only one Room key was a bit inconvenient. Next time, we would like to book a Plan that includes meals.

The bath and meals are amazing!!
The bath featured pleasantly soft water, and the changing room was well stocked with amenities. Tea after bathing was self-serve, and I appreciated the Hotel’s thoughtful touches. The meals were also well balanced and excellent. If I have the chance to stay in Ureshino Onsen again, I would definitely like to use this Hotel.

A soothing Japanese-style Accommodation with heartfelt hospitality
This was a wonderful long-established Onsen Ryokan where we could fully enjoy everything great about Ureshino Onsen! The Room had a nostalgic Japanese-style tatami-and-futon setting, with views of the river, bridge, and the Onsen town. We stayed with both dinner and breakfast included, and both meals featured delicious Saga ingredients; hot dishes were served promptly while still warm, and the quality and portions were excellent—our whole family was very satisfied. Each floor had a theme such as “flowers, birds, wind, and moon,” and even details like the artwork along the corridors conveyed heartfelt hospitality and felt truly relaxing. At the adjacent tea bar, a sommelier brews exceptionally delicious tea (one complimentary welcome drink), which made us fall in love with Ureshino tea. All staff were kind and attentive, and we also really appreciated the Shuttle Service from Ureshino-Onsen Station. We were extremely satisfied.

Unfortunately!!
From the moment of check-in at the Ryokan, the staff's service was not friendly at all, and there was no guidance to the guest room. The foreign staff who explained during the meal were relatively kind but gave a somewhat awkward impression. I ordered Saga Beef Special separately, but it only included two small pieces of fatty meat, which was very disappointing. I would like to visit Ureshino Onsen again, but I do not wish to stay at Warakuen anymore.

The service from che...
The service from check-in, the meals, and the room were all excellent. However, after checking out, I was hoping to take a photo with the accommodation in the background, but there was no one at the front desk and no send-off. I felt a little disappointed before leaving.

Highly Satisfied
It was a last-minute decision to book this accommodation, but the onsen had silky smooth water, and the open-air bath was very relaxing. Even though it was just a one-night stay, I enjoyed it three times. The meals were incredibly delicious and to my liking. The staff were very polite and pleasant, making me want to visit again.

For couples...
We travel across the whole country as a couple almost every month. This time, we visited Ureshino Onsen, a place we've always wanted to go, traveling from Fukuoka to Saga and Nagasaki! We were warmly welcomed, and the room was satisfying. We usually reserve rooms with an onsen attached, but here we had to fill the indoor bath and open-air bath with onsen water after arrival, so we couldn't use it immediately. It took over an hour to fill the large bathtub. Not having the onsen ready upon arrival reduced our excitement significantly. (Although some other ryokans also don't have it filled beforehand, most ryokans with flowing onsens do.) Additionally, while the room was modernized beautifully, both dinner and breakfast were disappointing. Despite being near Imari and Arita areas known for their ceramics, there was no enjoyment of dishes served in beautiful tableware. The female staff made noise while walking; though friendly in demeanor, they lacked elegance. The food itself felt poor in quality—like dining at a casual eatery rather than at a ryokan. While it's understandable that guests staying in suites are given separate dining venues for meals, I would appreciate an upgrade in presentation and meal quality for such rooms. The quality of the onsen water itself is excellent. Thank you for your hospitality!

It was my first onse...
It was my first onsen trip with my mother. She wanted to stay at Ureshino Onsen, so we decided on this accommodation after checking reviews on various travel sites. There were very few negative reviews and many high ratings. The building and room had a sense of history but were well-maintained, clean, and charming, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing time. The food was incredibly delicious, beautifully presented, and served in a dining area overlooking the courtyard. We enjoyed every dish with smiles on our faces. My mother loved the souvenir shop inside the accommodation. The staff there were kind and attentive, allowing us to take our time shopping while creating more memories of our trip. It was great that the shop opened at 7 AM so we could browse before breakfast. After check-out, one of the skilled staff members took a commemorative photo for us in front of the accommodation—a wonderful memory to cherish. We had an absolutely satisfying stay thanks to the warm hospitality from all staff members, delicious meals, and relaxing onsen experience!
