    There aren’t many drinks available, and the refrigerator is small. It’s also a shame that some amenities are missing.

    Beyond expectations

    A trip to Itoshima with three high school friends! We were unexpectedly upgraded to a corner suite!! Ocean views from the window, the bath, and even the bed. All the staff were kind and welcoming. Next time, I’d like to stay here with my family.

    I expected more flexibility.

    I booked the most expensive room with the highest course plan, but since the dinner was not as expected, I asked if I could cancel the next day's meal. They said it wasn't possible, but if I insisted, they could accept a cancellation with full payment and no refund. Since I'm not wealthy enough to do that, I decided to eat it. They mentioned they would try to change the course content as much as possible, but only about 1.5 appetizers were different; both the grilled fish and meat mains remained unchanged. I chose this hotel based on good reviews and traveled all the way to Fukuoka, but having to eat ordinary Western food for two days was disappointing. The nearby seafood restaurant where we went for lunch was much better. When I requested ice cream, they told me to pick it up on the first floor. On my way there, someone brought it halfway through meeting me in transit. Towels were exchange-only; also, there was scum floating in the jacuzzi... For a hotel costing over 120,000 yen for two nights' stay—this was disappointing. Other facilities were clean and spacious; those aspects were good. The location was convenient with beautiful ocean views too—but had there been a half-price plan without meals available instead—I might have considered becoming a repeat guest in future visits yet felt let down overall hence unlikely returning again myself anymore. While acknowledging choosing wrong plans falls under personal responsibility mistakes admittedly here still comparing experiences elsewhere like Ryokans offering entirely different dishes across multiple-night stays contrastingly flexible BBQ options cheaper alternatives existing within same property itself assumed easier switchable adjustments beforehand disappointingly strict refusals persisted despite prior-day requests reiterated morning-of attempts ultimately frustrating seeing empty BBQ areas alongside sparsely occupied restaurants during low-season periods reflecting poorly discouraging potential repeat customers growth long-term perspective-wise accordingly observed overall impression left unsatisfactory end result conclusion reached personally speaking thus far clarified summarily stated above contextually explained comprehensively detailed feedback shared transparently expressed observations noted inclusively summarized succinctly articulated final remarks conveyed conclusively outlined perspectives finalized viewpoints presented concisely encapsulated thoughts communicated effectively summarized opinions delivered straightforwardly articulated sentiments relayed directly phrased comments provided accurately described impressions documented truthfully recorded reflections shared honestly expressed feelings conveyed genuinely stated reactions offered candidly

    Rewarding Holiday

    I stayed here for a girls' trip. Rather than being a perfectly polished and formal hotel, it was warm, friendly, and had just the right level of attentiveness, which made it very enjoyable. The staff at the shop had a wonderful smile. Their explanations were thorough and full of love for the products without being pushy, making shopping an enjoyable experience. The person who brought our drinks during dinner added a thoughtful comment after placing them and provided attentive assistance when we asked for help with taking photos. When we were looking for the facility's pool, an employee kindly approached us after overhearing our conversation with friends. The front desk staff who helped us log out of the projector in our room also provided excellent service. Even though it was just a one-night stay, I can still recall many faces of the employees who made an impression on me. Each hotel staff member seemed genuinely dedicated to ensuring guests could enjoy their stay comfortably and pleasantly. Personally, as someone who loves tableware, I appreciated dining with such cute dishes! As for the dinner course at night—while it was simply good—the presentation of dishes and beautiful scenery enhanced my overall enjoyment (laughs). You can enjoy free facilities like an indoor pool, table tennis area, simulation golf course, and more within the hotel. The relaxed yet attentive hospitality reminded me of overseas resort hotels. Personally speaking, this balance allowed me to unwind completely and have a wonderful holiday experience. At breakfast time in the dining area: I noticed that my table hadn’t been cleaned from previous use; I wiped it myself using a wet towel. When leaving my seat later on during breakfast hours—I ensured everything looked tidy before departing too! Some plates showed slight oil stains left behind which caught attention briefly but wasn’t overly bothersome either... Regarding room amenities: The hairdryer couldn’t be moved since connected directly nearby outlets lacked mirrors close-by hence felt inconvenient slightly while drying hair properly... However minor inconveniences aside—it remains such lovely accommodation where these small issues didn’t detract much overall charm whatsoever! Addressing those aspects would elevate guest experiences further undoubtedly!

    Enjoy the Resort Hotel experience

    Since it was a trip where I couldn't spend much time on travel, I chose a Hotel that seemed to offer an extraordinary experience so that I could enjoy my time within the Hotel. The dome-shaped Room on the rooftop was just as new and beautiful as in the photos, with a wonderfully arranged space to view the sea, making it comfortable and enjoyable. The service from the staff was consistently warm; there were many foreign staff members, but everyone was proficient in Japanese and attentive to our needs, which we appreciated. The cuisine also deserved applause for its deliciousness and enjoyment due to the chef's dedication... I would love to visit again!

    I had a very comfortable stay.

    This time I used it for a trip. After looking at the photos on the website, I thought the scenery and the Room were beautiful, so I decided to stay here. When I checked in on the day, I was upgraded to a Room and was able to stay in a corner suite for two nights. I could also see fireworks from the Room. It was the first time I saw fireworks so close. I had a very enjoyable time, so I would like to use it again when I travel.

    Unfortunately, it was raining, but the hotel staff upgraded us to a suite at the price we had originally booked, making it an amazing day! I would love to visit again.
