    A wonderful Hotel where you can relax

    It was a very nice Hotel. The Room had plenty of natural light and a pool view right in front, and the air conditioning and lighting were excellent. Since it’s an area with many restaurants, it was easy to go out at night. There was also a dedicated counter for booking marine sports activities, so we could easily sign up for a Hatenohama tour. There is a 24-hour shop inside the Hotel, which was very convenient. If I had one request, I would have liked the lounge to turn into a bar at night. I hope you will consider offering bar service.

    My ears are broken.

    The in-room hair dryer had very weak airflow but was extremely loud, and it hurt my ears. Please replace the hair dryer. I was not informed at check-in that loungewear and toothbrushes were available next to the front desk, and I only found out at check-out. Around 8:00 PM, I asked if someone could cut some fruit for me, but I was told that all restaurant staff had already left, so they could not help. I understand you cannot lend out knives. However, I think there are guests who buy mangoes or pineapples and want to eat them in their Room. It felt lacking in hospitality. I stayed last year and had a great experience, so I stayed again this year, but it also felt like the breakfast quality had declined. I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of three nights and did not request Room cleaning even once, but towel replacement was done properly. However, what should I do if I only want the bathroom cleaned? Is it really acceptable to fill a bathtub with hot water when it has not been cleaned? At the very least, please provide bathroom cleaner and a sponge in the Room.

    It was free.

    It was great. Restaurants were within walking distance, and Eef Beach was very close. I saw some foreign guests using the pool, but not many Japanese guests. Perhaps they preferred the beautiful ocean nearby. The breakfast had a variety of options, with some dishes changing daily for a nice touch. Overall, the Hotel had a charming Kume Island vibe. Thank you!

    I had a relaxing time.

    I stayed here during a fishing trip. The Room has a slightly old feel but is spacious and comfortable. The lobby is also large and relaxing. There are many restaurants within walking distance, making it very convenient.
