Wedding Anniversary
We stayed at the accommodation to celebrate our wedding anniversary and also took our 7-month-old beloved dog on their first trip, experiencing an all-inclusive stay for the first time. My husband's mother joined us, but due to a sudden rash, we had to visit a hospital unexpectedly, which delayed our dinner significantly. However, the staff responded promptly and even prepared a cake for our anniversary. We enjoyed the surprise cake leisurely in our room afterward. The private bath was spacious and clean, and every room in the accommodation provided a comfortable stay. The underfloor heating was warm and pleasant as well. Although it was expensive for us, it became a wonderful memory of our anniversary. We talked about coming back again in three years if possible. Next time, we plan to check-in at 3 PM to fully enjoy the all-inclusive experience at leisure.

With Your Dog
In September, I visited with my two dogs while on a trip to see my child living in Hiroshima. I already knew from the website that it was a wonderful accommodation, but it truly exceeded my expectations. The room, meals, service, and staff were all excellent. Since it's located in the mountains, there were many insects at the dog run due to the season, but plenty of countermeasure items were provided. I've stayed at several all-inclusive accommodations before, but this place had an impressive variety of drinks and even lots of nostalgic snacks—it was very satisfying. This time we arrived by bullet train and taxi; however, on our way back we were kindly dropped off at a nearby station which made it easy to visit Miyajima. There are also large rooms available for three generations to stay together—I’d love to come back again when I have grandchildren!

A series of surprises at the accommodation
A long-awaited family trip with a unique Japanese sake shabu-shabu plan. First, we were amazed by the variety of alcohol available—about 70 types of Japanese sake and an impressive selection of shochu, including sweet potato, barley, rice, chestnut, yam, brown sugar, and even onion varieties. We tried Dassai imported back from America for the first time and were surprised at how smooth it was to drink. The meal was delicious; we were especially impressed by the sweetness of the pork. The private bath with a sauna and cold bath was exceptional. We learned that there is an onsen (cold mineral spring) source within the property grounds. It seems that onsen in Hiroshima generally have low temperatures and need to be heated. It was a stay full of surprises at this accommodation! Next time, we’ll visit with our children!

It was excellent.
The Room's bath is an Onsen, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing soak while admiring the view. Meals are served in private rooms at the restaurant, featuring delicious grilled meats, oysters, and conger eel cooked over a charcoal hearth. Even our dog enjoyed steamed chicken breast with great delight! The owner and staff provided excellent service, making our stay truly enjoyable. We look forward to visiting again!

The most recent review was from a year ago, which made me uneasy, and as expected... It seems this used to be a good accommodation. The room is indeed spacious and has a luxurious feel, but overall it does not match the price. Especially regarding the meals, they were quite disappointing... Both the ingredients and taste did not suit our preferences at all. From my experience with other accommodations, there are many that offer better meals for less than half the price of this one. We always travel with our pet, so our options are limited when choosing accommodations. Recently, I’ve noticed an increase in wonderful and satisfying pet-friendly accommodations. However, we had two other candidates in mind but thought that choosing the most expensive option would ensure no mistakes... Unfortunately, we made an easy choice and ended up disappointed.

It was an exciting accommodation.
Excitement before arrival, Excitement upon arrival, Excitement when guided to the room and using the private bath. The variety of all-inclusive drinks was exciting. We were thrilled with the bamboo forest walking course, the well-maintained dog run in the lush courtyard, and the surrounding environment. The meals were luxurious, and we appreciated that even retort food for dogs was included in the all-inclusive package. Personally, I loved the high-quality amenities; even items like toothbrushes were well-made and impressive. The comfortable indoor wear and outdoor slippers showed great attention to detail—very thoughtful touches that made our stay extremely pleasant. Before making a reservation, we wondered if it might be too upscale for us. However, from check-in to check-out, everything felt relaxed and free-spirited. The staff at this accommodation were friendly and welcoming, making it easy to enjoy our time there. Our beloved dog also seemed very happy! We will definitely visit again!

Relaxing Stays
The room was a lovely maisonette with a great view from the window, new facilities, and cleanliness. Above all, the staff were very kind and provided the utmost care for our requests. Thank you very much!
