It was a wonderful stay.
I had been looking forward to my stay since making the Reservation, and it turned out to be even better than I imagined. From the winery tour and tasting to relaxing with a beer, and then enjoying wine with an excellent dinner, I truly had a wonderful time. Even though I drank quite a bit, I woke up refreshed the next day without a hangover and enjoyed a hearty breakfast. I also really enjoyed chatting with all the staff. I’ll be back again.

An accommodation offering a one-of-a-kind new experience
This Accommodation offered a truly unique experience unlike anything I’ve had before! Upon arrival, you can enjoy delicious wine while listening to the winemaker’s story. After that, at the brewery, you can sample a wide variety of beers while hearing from the brewmaker—all with stunning views of Mt. Fuji (I was already very satisfied at this point). Then came the main event: dinner. The soba kaiseki course paired each dish with a different wine, and the marriage of flavors was absolutely wonderful (both my heart and stomach were full). The Room had a calm, understated atmosphere—not flashy—and you could feel the owner’s attention to detail throughout, making it extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this Accommodation for anyone who loves alcohol and is interested in the stories and lifestyle behind it!

Even if the weather is bad…
It rained throughout our two-day stay... But the staff’s thoughtfulness and smiles truly lifted our spirits—they were incredibly warm and heartfelt. We thoroughly enjoyed not only the wine and beer, but also the meals, which were made with great care and were absolutely delicious. Kofu City was a place we had only ever passed by before and never stayed in, but it’s a city where you can really feel its rich history. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you very much!

Stunning Location
A stunning accommodation with breathtaking mountain views, where I enjoyed plenty of my favorite craft beers and savored delicious soba kaiseki cuisine. The pairing Japanese wine, a red wine aged for 2-3 years, was a delightful discovery with its remarkable flavor. The staff were incredibly kind and provided warm hospitality, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. Thank you so much. One suggestion: as a bath enthusiast, it would be wonderful if bath salts could be included as part of the amenities lineup.

"Exquisite Accommodation Where God Resides in the Details"
Everything is exceptional. The facility, equipment, and amenities are crafted with uncompromising attention to detail and aesthetic sense. Truly, "God is in the details." The soba-based cuisine is innovative and absolutely delicious. The specialty dish of grilled eel and black truffle wrapped in a soft galette was simply divine. The owner personally served us, making for delightful conversation. The breathtaking view of Mount Fuji is one-of-a-kind. Start your stay by enjoying wine from 98wines, one of the world's best wineries in 2023, before check-in. You can also savor craft beer from 98beers while listening to stories from the brewers until 6 PM—an incredibly generous offering. This accommodation guarantees an extraordinary experience. Despite being open for just a year, it already boasts a repeat guest rate of 40%, which speaks volumes about its quality. Needless to say, we made our next reservation on the spot!
