    A wonderful Hotel you'll want to visit again

    The room, with its white-based design and high ceiling, felt clean and relaxing with heated wooden flooring. The semi-open-air bath in the room was spacious, filled with plenty of silky smooth water. Having a water dispenser was also very convenient. Both dinner and breakfast were not only delicious but also beautifully presented, making the experience truly delightful. The staff showed great care and attention to my elderly mother, allowing us to enjoy our stay with peace of mind. Thank you very much!

    Highly satisfied

    This was my first stay with my 88-year-old mother. We received excellent hospitality and were very satisfied. The room's bath was clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious, especially the rice—I had three bowls for breakfast! I would love to come back with friends next time.

    Stylish space

    This was our first time staying here. The staff kindly accommodated the sudden change in shuttle service timing upon arrival, and we appreciated their courteousness. We enjoyed the stylish space with the latest facilities, indulging in the flowing Onsen while gazing at the sky multiple times. The Japanese Kaiseki meals were all delicious, and we also enjoyed the beautiful local tableware. Everything necessary was provided, but there was one issue: the denim-like two-piece "room wear." It lacked insulation, and since the pants were short in length, it was very cold when moving to another building for meals despite wearing a down vest. Conversely, indoors it did not absorb sweat after bathing and became too hot. The rough texture made it uncomfortable against our skin and difficult to regulate body temperature. It is likely to be hot during summer as well. While it may look fashionable, I believe it lacks practicality and comfortability. Since this is something worn for long periods during a stay for relaxation purposes, both my spouse and I hope for improvements to this room wear. Other than that issue, everything else was perfect for us. We would love to visit again in the future; please consider our request favorably.

    A tranquil and mature Stays

    You can relax without meeting other guests. The room had an open-air bath made of granite, but the water was more hot than warm. It requires quite a bit of water to adjust. In winter, adjust it before entering. The meals were served one dish at a time, and we enjoyed them. The room is spacious and very clean. The staff were kind, and we had a pleasant time.

    Villa Style

    Consistently simple. There is a free drink corner in the lobby. After checking in, I hardly encountered other guests. Very quiet. This time, I used a room with a cypress bath, and although I couldn't really smell the cypress, I enjoyed the gentle feel on my skin as I rarely have the chance to bathe in a wooden tub. Also, the open-air bath has a roof that can be opened and closed freely, providing a great sense of openness. The dining area was partitioned like a private room. I chose the standard meal, which was a creative fusion of Japanese and Western styles, and it was delicious. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Hoshino Hana is slightly different from a typical ryokan or hotel... It felt like borrowing someone's villa and enjoying a relaxing space freely. If I may make a request: I would like the wind power of the P company's hairdryer to be improved, as all three settings are the same strong wind, and it would be nice to have deck chairs in the open-air bath space.
