A Hotel full of attention to detail.
A small Hotel located in Karuizawa Lake New Town, where the owner couple and staff warmly welcomed us. The Hotel features a charming medieval castle-like exterior, with carefully selected interiors, furniture, and tableware that create a delightful atmosphere. The owner couple also runs popular curry restaurants in Tokyo and Karuizawa, and you can enjoy their curry as an optional meal at the Hotel. Both the curry and breakfast were incredibly delicious. Nearby the Hotel, you can find Lake Garden, stylish cafes, grocery shops, and more—perfect for enjoyable strolls. I would love to visit again!

A journey to escape reality and reclaim your own time
This was my first time using this Hotel. I had pleasant conversations with the staff, and in the Room, I was surrounded by the Hotel's original scent, music, and books. Even without using a car, you can visit and enjoy the scenery of Karuizawa Town by using the town's circular bus. You can enjoy a different atmosphere from the Old Karuizawa area and the Naka-Karuizawa area. Dinner is not included, but if you order the optional curry service (which was very delicious and paired well with Indian wine!), you can fully enjoy the Hotel at night. I would love to revisit in a different season. The 4 points for Facility are due to the lack of Wi-Fi in the Room.
