    A wonderful Accommodation where both dogs and their owners can relax and enjoy themselves.

    Each Room comes with a private open-air bath, and meals can be served in the Room as well, so we were able to relax without worrying about others. What made us happiest was how well the Accommodation is set up for dogs! In addition to a private dog run just for our Room, there is an indoor dog run on-site, and outside the Accommodation there are two more dog runs—one with wood chips and one with grass—making four in total. We could choose where to play depending on our mood and the weather. The meals were also delicious, making great use of Izu’s fish, meat, and vegetables. There was an excellent selection of menu items for our dog as well, and they finished everything in no time. All of the staff were very dog-friendly, and it really showed how much they care about dogs. It became a wonderful memory where we could truly relax together with our dog. Thank you very much.

    It was a great accommodation.

    The Room, amenities, and meals were all excellent. The staff service was great, and we were satisfied with the pet-friendly accommodations. It would be even better if there were a large open-air bath.

    An Accommodation That Delights Both Dogs and Their Owners

    This was my second stay. As expected, among accommodations where you can stay with your beloved dog, the meals here are outstanding! The abalone in sauce served at breakfast was absolutely delicious! Also, this time I particularly enjoyed the flan topped with foie gras. The staff's hospitality was excellent, and I had a clean and comfortable stay. It’s such a joy to soak in the open-air bath while watching my dog play in the dog run! If I may make a suggestion, it would be great to have chairs for dogs during meals and reading lights by the bedside. I look forward to visiting again. Thank you once again for this wonderful experience!

    First visit!

    It was a hotel that exceeded all our expectations. Among the pet-friendly accommodations we have stayed at, this is by far the best. Here are some points we particularly liked: - Onsen - Each room has its own onsen, allowing us to enjoy it anytime and as many times as we wanted. The area around the bath was also very clean. - Meals - The variety of dishes was abundant and delicious, leaving us completely satisfied. Having meals served in the room was very convenient. The staff were attentive to our preferences regarding serving times for each dish, which showed great consideration. Since breakfast time was later in the morning, they provided jelly after dinner which we enjoyed the next morning—this was very thoughtful! (Note: There is no shop within the hotel or convenience store nearby, so it's better to prepare in advance. However, there are vending machines available and complimentary 1L mineral water bottles provided in each room.) - Dog Run - There were two types: grass and wood chips. We only used the grassy area, but it had a gentle slope that allowed our dog to run around excitedly with joy! Every staff member who passed by greeted our dog warmly—it left a great impression on us. - Facilities & Amenities - Personally loved having Refa hair dryers and Nespresso machines available! - Room - The high ceiling gave a sense of spaciousness with just the right amount of space for comfort. Humidifiers and air purifiers were provided along with various amenities for dogs—very helpful! All of the hotel staff were incredibly kind and friendly. We now understand why there are so many repeat guests. We would love to visit again!

    Not suitable for children.

    I visited with a 5th-grade girl and a dog. It would have been great if there was a children's dinner option, but the adult meals were too sophisticated for my picky eater, so she could barely eat anything. She only ate the bread, which was very delicious! For breakfast as well, there were no child-specific options available. I asked directly if we could pay extra to get an egg (for rice with raw egg), but my request was declined over the phone. On the day of our stay, we were informed that children's meals were not possible and they would be served the same as adults. As a result, I had to go out to a convenience store both at night and in the morning to buy cup noodles for her. We paid 200,000 yen for this stay but will not return again. When leaving, other guests received farewells from all staff members present; however, due to timing issues like restroom breaks on our part (which is partly our fault), only one or two staff members saw us off. Additionally, even though we arrived just 20 minutes before check-in time at 3 PM for early check-in service—we were still charged fully for it—this felt slightly disappointing. Having traveled extensively across accommodations throughout The whole country (Japan), this experience does not rank highly among them overall evaluations-wise either! Instead-of post-stay thank-you messages better pre-arrival communication regarding children’s needs should’ve been prioritized instead

    Everything is excellent.

    As expected, this is an excellent Hotel. Every dish was absolutely delicious. The staff were very polite and kind. Having stayed at several Hotels that accommodate dogs, this is undoubtedly No.1.

    It was a dog-first Hotel!

    We stayed here for a family trip! Since we have a large dog, our hotel options are usually limited, but La Dog Resort was perfect as they allow large dogs and multiple pets. The room had an open-air bath, and we could enjoy meals privately as a family without worrying about others, allowing us to relax and spend quality time together. The food was delicious, the bath was refreshing, the room was clean and comfortable—it was ideal for us who wanted to unwind at the hotel. The staff were wonderful; they interacted with our dogs warmly, took photos for us willingly, and even saw us off as a group at the end of our stay—it felt so special. Our dogs seemed very happy to be on this trip after such a long time too. Thank you so much! We would love to stay here again!

    We chose this as the destination for our first trip with our miniature dachshund. Since everything could be done in the Room, we were able to relax completely.     A Resort Hotel That Satisfies in Every Way

    Previously, we stayed at a nearby affiliated hotel and were impressed by the excellent meals and Onsen, so we decided to try this newly opened accommodation. Upon arrival at the parking lot, we were greeted warmly, and the bell staff assisted with our luggage. The building is new, the room is spacious, and even the slippers (on 2F) are fluffy—an exciting start to our stay. From our room's open-air bath (Onsen), we could see the ocean in the distance—an incredible ocean view! This alone was satisfying enough, but with delicious meals and exceptional service, it might just be one of the best accommodations we've ever experienced. Meals are served in-room but without any sense of clutter or lack of privacy often associated with in-room dining. A roll screen separates the bedroom area from where meals are served—a thoughtful touch that enhances comfort. The amenities were also impressive: a ReFa hairdryer (my favorite), a shower equipped with an overhead rainfall option, two bath towels per person for multiple Onsen visits, and even a towel dryer! The TV includes YouTube apps for entertainment—everything you could ask for. The dog run features both grass and wood chips; even the grass has great elasticity underfoot and is well-maintained—perfect! Our dog loves "holidays" like this too but seemed especially happy this time around. He was cheerful throughout our stay. Even as we checked out and drove away from the hotel, staff waved us off until we were out of sight. Absolutely flawless. I’ve visited many hotels with my dog before but rarely encounter such perfection. We will definitely return again someday. Thank you very much!

    I made the reservation based on reviews, and the accommodation was very clean, the meals were delicious, and above all, the staff provided excellent hospitality. Since we had a large group, we appreciated your consideration in arranging our dining space and your attentive service during dinner. Although it rained on the second day and we could only use the private dog run on the first day, our dog had a wonderful time. Having an open-air bath in our room allowed us to relax at our own pace. Both check-in and check-out were pleasant experiences, and we enjoyed a comfortable stay from start to finish.

    For a Refreshing Obon Holiday

    We stayed for one night with our 9-month-old puppy. A staff member who loves dogs was assigned to us and provided exceptional support from the moment we arrived, during meals, and until our departure, making our stay very pleasant. The dog run was spacious and well-maintained, which made our puppy extremely happy. The portions of the meals for both breakfast and dinner exceeded expectations—so much that we couldn’t finish everything! The abalone dish was especially delightful with its generous serving. Having meals in the room without needing to move around was very convenient. From the open-air bath on the balcony, we enjoyed the soothing sounds of flowing water, birds chirping during the day, insects at night, and a refreshing scent of greenery—all providing a truly relaxing experience for all senses. The cleanliness of this area was also impeccable and much appreciated. The in-room facilities and furniture were highly satisfactory as well. By chance, we could see a nearby fireworks display from our balcony at night—it was absolutely perfect! This accommodation is truly wonderful. Thank you so much!

    The perfect accommodation for both you and your beloved dog

    After welcoming a puppy in May, we hadn't been able to travel for three months, though we used to go on trips every month. My husband was reaching his stress limit, and since all the vaccinations were completed, we searched for a place where we could bring our dog on IKYU.com and found this accommodation. Several acquaintances had told us, "Most accommodations that allow dogs require you to compromise on the food quality, but that place has great meals!" And it was absolutely true! The facility was very clean with high-quality air purifiers that eliminated any odors. The towels were luxurious, and there was even a towel warmer. Above all else, the meals were exceptional. Dinner was a fusion of Japanese and Western styles—being able to enjoy both bread and rice at the same meal was a first for us! At our age, having rice makes us feel more satisfied somehow; this service made us very happy. Breakfast was Japanese-style and better than any other accommodation we've visited recently! While the menu seemed standard at first glance, every dish exceeded expectations with no disappointments. Everything tasted amazing! The abalone ankake served hot during breakfast stood out—it’s poured over rice for an extraordinary experience. Such an exquisite dish at breakfast is rare! It truly tasted incredible. There’s also a private dog run available. The staff members are kind not only to guests but also to dogs—our pup had so much fun running around joyfully! The facility is spotless! The service is excellent! The food is delicious! And the Onsen is wonderful! Everything you could ask for is here. Thanks to this stay, I finally got to relax in an open-air bath after so long, and both my husband and I felt rejuvenated from our daily fatigue. Thank you so much for taking care of us. We’re planning another visit soon. Looking forward to it again!

    It was very relaxing.

    Thank you for your hospitality the other day. I was pleasantly surprised that while the meals are primarily French, the Japanese dishes like sashimi were also authentic. For those who enjoy French cuisine but want to savor fresh seafood when visiting Izu, this accommodation is highly recommended. Additionally, there was almost no typical pet hotel smell, and it was clean and satisfying. However, the lack of a playpen was a slight downside for us, so we rated the guest room 4 out of 5 points.

    The Best Accommodation

    This was our first time using this accommodation, guided by the reviews, and it was simply outstanding. The moment we stepped in, we thought, "This place is great." We hadn't researched much about the accommodation beforehand, but the calm atmosphere and excellent staff service made us feel confident even before seeing the room. The size of the property felt just right—not too big or too small. The room was more spacious than expected, simple yet clean. Meals were served in-room, which is rare for accommodations that allow pets—and they were delicious! The cuisine had a French base with touches like sashimi; it felt so refined that I wondered if a female chef had prepared it. The thoughtful service—like choosing meal timings—was impressive. Additionally, leftover rice cooked in an earthen pot could be made into rice balls for a late-night snack—a delightful touch! While portions might feel small for big eaters, they were perfect for us as a couple. We learned from one of the staff serving our meals that this accommodation is operated by the same company as "Oyado Uchiyama," which has been on our list to visit someday. Perhaps because of this connection, breakfast included luxurious dishes like abalone with sauce—it was exquisite and indulgent. Although the dog run was smaller than expected, our pet enjoyed exploring every corner enthusiastically; its size wasn’t an issue at all. With only a few rooms available and an intimate atmosphere overall, we enjoyed a relaxing stay. As for the chef—we actually met him during checkout when he came to see us off along with other staff members—a charming man with a wonderful smile! We look forward to visiting again soon!

    Thank you for the pleasant time.

    This was our second visit. Although it has been a little over two years since our last stay (with two senior Chihuahuas), we were very satisfied back then, so this time we visited with our new 4-year-old and 7-year-old dogs. Just like last time, we were very satisfied and felt truly welcomed. The environment was quiet and relaxing, the cleaning was thorough, there was no dog-specific smell, and the space was clean and comfortable. The dog meals seemed delicious as they ate them up quickly. Both the private dog run attached to the Room, the outdoor dog run, and even the limited-time indoor dog run were enjoyed as they wandered around happily. The hospitality towards people was also wonderful—the open-air bath felt great, and the food was delicious! The rice had a beautiful shine to it, and even the bread tasted amazing. It truly felt like a delightful stay for both us humans and our dogs. As we were putting our dogs into the car upon departure, it started raining heavily; one of your staff kindly held an umbrella for us from behind without making a fuss—thank you so much for that thoughtful gesture! To all of your warm-hearted staff members: thank you sincerely for everything!

    It was comfortable.

    Dining in the Room and having an Onsen in the Room allowed us to stay with our beloved dog without any separation, which we greatly appreciated and were extremely satisfied with. We hardly encountered other dogs, so our dog was calm and relaxed. Both dinner and breakfast were exceptional in content and quality, and we thoroughly enjoyed them. We would love to visit again!

    We were warmly welcomed by the staff upon arrival. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we experienced exceptional hospitality that prioritized our dog, making it a truly satisfying stay. We are deeply grateful to all the staff. The room was comfortable and relaxing, with thoughtful touches that delighted us, especially appealing to women. I would love to recommend this accommodation to my friends and hope to visit again in the future. The front desk staff addressed us by name over the phone and even remembered our dog's name on multiple occasions, treating them as part of the family, which we greatly appreciated.     Onsen is the best!

    The open-air bath was amazing. I used it several times and felt it might have helped with my neuralgia. The meals were also excellent. I was impressed by the chef's dishes—they were delicious, plentiful, and something a homemaker like me could never achieve, which made me feel truly happy. The Room service dining was wonderful, and I deeply appreciated the thoughtfulness and attentiveness of the staff.     It was the best accommodation I have ever stayed at. The email correspondence before the stay was polite, and all the staff were courteous and attentive during my stay.     This was my first trip with my beloved dog, and I had been looking forward to it for a long time. Although I arrived much earlier than the check-in time, the staff welcomed me with a smile, which I truly appreciated. It was clear that they were genuinely warm and attentive. The room was very spacious, and both the facilities and amenities were excellent. The onsen was also incredibly relaxing. Unfortunately, in the evening, I started feeling unwell and had to cancel dinner plans and return home unexpectedly. It was really disappointing for me. Despite being busy preparing meals at that time, the staff kindly saw me off without any hesitation or unpleasantness. Although my excitement about this trip may have caused my health to falter, even just stepping into this hotel allowed me to experience its wonderful atmosphere and the warmth of its staff firsthand—it truly lived up to all its glowing reviews as an exceptional accommodation.     Feels like a hotel f...

    Feels like a hotel for dogs! It's cute, clean, and everyone is so kind. The food is delicious. I thought I’d love to stay for two nights. In the morning, we woke up to the sound of birds singing, both my dog and I felt so relaxed. It’s a hotel I want to visit again! Thank you very much.

    The service is excellent.

    Stay with your 3-year-old rescue dog MARK from Miyakojima. The Room on the first floor comes with an artificial turf dog run, providing access to a shared dog run. The guest Room features an open-air bath, where the temperature is perfectly adjusted between the cool outside air and the Onsen water, allowing you to soak without feeling overheated. For in-Room dining, considering your dog's presence, you can choose how meals are served—either all at once or one or two dishes at a time—based on your dog's personality. You can also confirm the best timing for meal service during dinner; we were very satisfied when they served it alongside sashimi from local fish as part of a Japanese-Western fusion course. The food was extremely delicious; not only was the local fish for dinner exquisite but also even the pickles had a refined taste, and of course, so did the main Western dish and breakfast's abalone ankake along with fluffy grilled fish that left us very satisfied. Any leftover food for our beloved pet was wrapped up for breakfast use by kind staff members who lowered their gaze to speak gently to our dog—a gesture we greatly appreciated. We hardly noticed any barking from other Rooms and enjoyed a quiet and relaxing stay.

    This is the second time.

    I visited during the summer before and had such an amazing experience that I decided to come back again. I was able to spend a blissful time soaking in the open-air bath while watching my beloved dogs inside the Room. It was truly relaxing and helped me recover from daily fatigue! My dogs also loved the grassy dog run, running around a lot, and then stretching out and sleeping on the sofa back in the Room. Seeing them so satisfied made me happy as well. The meals were as delicious as ever, and my partner and I kept saying, "We want to come back again." So, I am determined to visit again. Thank you so much!!

    The Room and dog run are satisfactory.

    I visited for my wife's birthday. The Room was clean and had an open-air bath, so there was no hassle of taking turns going to the large public bath, and I was very happy to be able to let our dog play in the Room's private dog run while we bathed. Our dog has a strong territorial instinct, and I apologize for barking at the staff in the Room. We requested venison for the dog at night and lamb in the morning, and both were completely eaten except for the vegetables. The taste of the meal was quite ordinary until the main course. The rice cooked in a traditional pot was delicious, but the grilled abalone on a ceramic plate, which I had been looking forward to, seemed small for the price. The main Shizuoka beef steak was a bit fatty for me but delicious, although my wife found it too fatty and couldn't finish it. I had called in advance to request a surprise birthday cake during dessert, and they said they could provide one if it was okay to purchase it, so I ordered it. After finishing all the desserts that came with the meal, I wondered if it was coming, and then they brought it with the candles still in the plastic, a lighter, and the box. By that time, we were already full, so we couldn't finish it. It would have been nice if they had asked about the timing and presentation. I wouldn't have ordered it if I had known. It's my fault for requesting a service not on the menu, but it's a shame that the overall impression was lowered.

    I had a very relaxing stay.

    Thank you for everything. I was surprised to see an automatic door in the hallway to prevent dogs from escaping. I appreciate such thoughtfulness. All the staff were kind.

    Overwhelmed with emotion

    The wonderful Stays and attentive service were very satisfying. The meals were also very delicious. The bath was pleasant, and I used it many times. It can't be helped, but I guess we'll just have to endure the congestion on the way back.
