    We stayed here to celebrate a birthday trip. They delivered an externally ordered cake from their partner Kazeka to our Room exactly as requested, and everything—the Room, the open-air bath, the meals, and the hospitality of the staff—was truly wonderful. It was a very satisfying stay, and we would love to visit again if we have the chance. Thank you very much.

    Attentiveness and Thoughtfulness, Focus and Choice

    I had been interested in this Hotel for some time, and this was my first stay on August 31. The location is outstanding—a quiet, standalone Hotel nestled in the forest. The building felt a bit old, but I expect the exterior will be renovated in time. From check-in onward, the service was extremely courteous, and we were even upgraded to a wonderful Room. All staff were polished and professional; there was nothing to fault. Meal service was also attentive, and the person who seemed to be the chief kept a close eye on everything. We could sense a high level of skill and individuality that went beyond a manual. Each dish was served at just the right timing, and everything was delicious. Some elements are self-service, but considering costs, it felt like the right approach. We welcome keeping prices reasonable through focus and smart choices. It was also very appreciated that all drinks were free of charge. The large public bath had just the right temperature, and non-slip mats (?) were laid on the floor so that small children and elderly guests could use it safely. There is no bathroom in the Room, but if there are fewer guests using it, I think switching to private baths is a good option—something other Accommodation providers could learn from. Overall, I think this is an excellent Hotel that truly understands what guests expect from their stay. It caters to a wide range of guests—from families to seniors like us—and we were very satisfied. Next time we plan to stay as three generations together. Thank you very much.

    A Hotel that enriches your spirit.

    Because the Plan was different, I had another opportunity to write a Review after the 11-day stay. In fact, we stayed at a different Hotel on the third night, which made me appreciate Fuka even more. The Facility does feel a bit old, but everything is thoroughly cleaned, and above all, I could feel every staff member’s genuine desire to make guests happy. This is a Hotel where you can experience the warmth of the staff and leave feeling uplifted. We made wonderful family memories. Thank you so much to everyone on the team. I’m sure you are very busy during the summer holiday season—please take good care of yourselves. We will definitely stay again.

    A Hotel packed with fun.

    Pizza on arrival, welcome drinks, and toasted marshmallows. Evening jazz performances and complimentary drinks at the bar. Shaved ice in the morning. With board games the whole family can enjoy, this Hotel is packed with fun and is a comfortable choice even for families with young children. The food is delicious, and the staff are pleasant and attentive. Highly recommended as a Hotel where you can relax and enjoy wonderful time with your family.

    The Hotel staff were kind and helpful.

    When I asked at check-in, even though I knew it was a long shot, they upgraded me to a larger Room. They brought freshly baked pizza right to our lounge table, and it was delicious.

    Everything you could possibly need is provided.

    I was extremely satisfied from check-in to check-out. First, the welcome drinks were all-you-can-drink with a wide selection, from beer to highballs, and there was also freshly baked pizza. I wanted to take it easy since we had dinner later, but the pizza was so delicious that I went back for seconds. The large public bath also had a sauna and an outdoor relaxation area. Dinner and breakfast the next morning came with careful explanations and excellent service. The Room was clean, and the amenities were well stocked. I’d give it 99 out of 100 points. The one point missing was the highball at dinner. Many drinks were self-serve and all-you-can-drink, but only whiskey had to be requested from staff. When I ordered a highball, it was served with ice, whiskey, and soda poured into the glass without being stirred even once. A lukewarm highball was hard to drink. At minimum, I wish they had stirred the ice and whiskey until the glass chilled and fogged up before adding soda water. Since they use local whiskey—the same as what’s sold in the souvenir shop—I think they should serve a properly made highball. That part was disappointing, but everything else was excellent!!

    The meals are delicious, and the service is excellent. The bath is also great. We would be happy if there were more alcoholic drink options. (As a couple, we can only manage up to two drinks each.)

    I love the cozy, homey atmosphere!

    This was my fourth stay. I appreciated the staff’s thoughtful, casual attentiveness, and I liked the even more welcoming, home-like atmosphere than before. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and I was very satisfied with the free-flow drinks, especially the great beer. I’d like to visit regularly in the future.

    All the food was delicious, and you can drink as much alcohol as you like (and in the evening, the staff will make it for you). I think this Accommodation offers more than its price! I think families with children are the main guests, but we seniors also enjoyed it very much. We were also happy to be unexpectedly shown to a Room with such thoughtful consideration. Thank you very much.

    Thank you for a refreshing time.

    Conveniently located near the interchange, yet it feels like a peaceful retreat tucked away in nature—perfect for a truly refreshing stay. The meals were excellent in both quality and quantity, and we were impressed by the thoughtful attention to every detail. If we have the chance to stay in this area again, we will definitely choose this Accommodation.

    Right after check-in...

    Right after check-in, we were offered drinks (including alcohol), snacks, and freshly oven-baked pizza, and we relaxed on the sofa. (This is also available in the evening.) In front of the Hotel, we enjoyed roasting and eating marshmallows and even taking a walk with goats. The kids’ area was spacious, with toys and board games placed throughout; next time I’d love to stay here with my grandchildren. The bath was also large, with an open-air bath and a sauna—very relaxing. The only thing that concerned me was breakfast. Each guest was served a Western-style one-plate meal, while the salad bar, curry, drink bar, etc. were self-serve. Even if you want a Japanese-style breakfast, there are no side dishes. Other than one croissant on the plate, there wasn’t any bread either. It felt quite disappointing.

    A must for alcohol lovers.

    I wanted to do a tasting at the Suntory Hakushu Distillery, so I chose Kazeka because they offer pick-up from Kobuchizawa Station. When I left my car and asked the front desk to arrange a taxi, they responded promptly and kindly (they even said, “Have fun!”). The Hotel is all-inclusive, and it was great that drinks—including alcohol—were free throughout my stay. At dinner, I could enjoy delicious food and a wide variety of drinks without worrying about the cost. I was also surprised by how incredibly good the udon served after dinner was. Personally, I really appreciated that shoes are not allowed in the Room—it felt clean, relaxing, and comfortable. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance!

    A heartwarming accommodation with excellent dining quality and thoughtful care for children

    We stayed here for a family trip. The food was outstanding, and we were extremely satisfied with our stay. Every dish in the dinner course was thoughtfully prepared, and it was so good we couldn’t help but overeat. The breakfast bread and yogurt—and especially the excellent curry—are not to be missed. There were toys available to borrow at the dining area, which really helped: while the kids played, the adults could relax and enjoy the meal. The activities were also great, and walking with the goats and stargazing at night became wonderful memories. Seeing my son so excited after spotting a shooting star for the first time made us truly glad we chose this place. The bath temperature was just right, and I enjoyed a long soak with my son. The playroom isn’t very large, but it offers a wide variety of options—from a ball pit to crafts and bead-making—so even siblings of different ages can have fun without getting bored. While parts of the building do show their age, everything is well cleaned and never felt unpleasant. The only thing I wished for was a wider selection of bar snacks at night—it would have made enjoying drinks even better. This is an Accommodation we would love to visit again.

    A Relaxing Accommodation for Families

    We were able to relax and take our time even with small children. We’re glad we chose the meal plan. If the weather had been clear, we’re sure there would have been other ways to enjoy the stay as well. We also felt very comfortable using the bath and the massage chair.

    We were very pleased with the front desk staff and the welcome service. The meals were delicious and we were satisfied. However, we were disappointed only with the staff service during mealtimes.     My grandchild was thrilled.

    It was a three-generation trip. The staff’s hospitality was excellent, and the Room was clean and beautiful. The meals were delicious, and it was more than satisfying even for a couple’s trip. Our grandchild was thrilled with the goat walk and playing in the garden. We got to see smiles like we had never seen before. It turned into a very satisfying trip. Thank you very much.     Family-Friendly Accommodation

    We visited this time for a girls’ trip, but we felt that even small children could fully enjoy it.     From check-in to check-out, the hospitality was outstanding. We were welcomed with freshly baked pizza on arrival. I can’t remember if it was weekends only, but the evening udon and soup were excellent. The open-air bath was a bit disappointing. I would have loved a more open view of the starry sky, but given the building’s height and layout, that may not be possible. The open-air bath was a slight minus, but everything else was completely satisfying.

    Maternity Trip

    After discovering my pregnancy after making the reservation, I was hesitant, but since I canceled last time and really wanted to go, I decided to proceed. When I informed them in advance about my pregnancy, they were very considerate regarding the room location and meal arrangements, allowing me to have a wonderful stay. I fully enjoyed the all-inclusive experience. Additionally, during dinner, there were non-alcoholic beers and wines available, which were delicious. Next time, we will visit as a family of three.     Huh? Saltier than I expected...

    The high reviews had raised my expectations. Perhaps I expected too much. I chose this accommodation thinking it would be a place children would enjoy, with activities like interacting with goats and all-you-can-eat pizza and popsicles. With the promise of "1000M hospitality," I was very excited even before arriving. Upon arrival at the hotel, my first thought was, "Huh? No one is coming to the entrance..." We unloaded our luggage from the car and carried it ourselves to the front desk without any greeting from passing staff members along the way. At that point, I thought, "Oh? This seems rather cold," but proceeded to check in at reception. While enjoying pizza and drinks in the lobby as part of their service, we headed to our room. When my child opened the curtains to check out the view from our room, they exclaimed, "This is so dirty!" It turned out there were piles of dust on the window frames and dirty windows everywhere. I couldn't help but think, "Seriously?" It felt like a mistake choosing this accommodation. That said, we were generally satisfied with dinner and other services provided during our stay. However, upon checking out and returning to our car afterward, front desk staff seemed engrossed in their own conversations without acknowledging us or saying goodbye... Usually at hotels we ask someone for a family photo before leaving; however this time no one was around so I ended up taking it myself instead. Hmm... While meals & hospitality aspects were good overall - unfortunately poor interaction by front-desk team combined w/ uncleanliness inside rooms left negative impression behind! But honestly only adults noticed these things anyway since kids happily said “Let’s come back again!” So maybe that makes everything okay afterall!

    The atmosphere, food, and service were all excellent!

    I stayed at the accommodation to celebrate a birthday, and everything was wonderful, starting with the welcome drink. Both the pizza and dinner were absolutely delicious! The all-you-can-drink option was also fantastic! We stayed with our children, and all the staff were kind, making it a relaxing experience for them. On the way home, they were already excitedly saying they wanted to come back! One small concern was that the fire at the stargazing terrace was quite small, so it felt rather cold.

    The hospitality at 1000m was exceptional.

    Drawn by the catchphrase "Hospitality at 1000m," I made a Reservation. The Hotel nestled in the Yatsugatake forest had a slightly old-fashioned appearance from the front, but upon entering the entrance, the staff's warm welcome was very pleasant. The welcome pizza and beer were delicious and impressive. For dinner, we chose the first seating of two sessions. The course meal was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We enjoyed local wine and sake to our heart's content. At night in the lounge, we had udon noodles. The Onsen was spacious and relaxing. Breakfast the next morning was exceptional as well—Yatsugatake vegetables, fruits, milk, yogurt, and more were incredibly delicious. Experiencing Yatsugatake's finest hospitality became a truly wonderful memory for us.
