    We really enjoyed our stay.

    Thank you for taking care of us during our glamping stay. We were satisfied with everything, including the Room, ingredients, and service. High-quality BBQ ingredients were also provided. There was no toilet in the Room, but the shared toilets were nearby, very clean, and not an issue at all. We could also see Mt. Fuji from the Room, and our whole family was very happy with our stay. We will definitely come again.

    Before the end of the rainy season, the view may be limited.

    It was disappointing that it was so cloudy we couldn’t see the sunset or Mt. Fuji, but we were satisfied with the Hotel. If there was any issue, it was the squeaking sound of the glass door when entering the bathroom area from the Room, and the air purifier attached to the latest air conditioner was quite loud. The cleanliness of the Room, the campfire, the meals, unlimited beer and soft drinks, and other thoughtful small services were all excellent.

    The view was spectacular, with Mount Fuji right in front of us.

    We apologize for any concern caused by traveling with an elderly person, and we truly appreciate all your thoughtful support. In particular, the female staff member was very kind—accompanying us on the stairs and preparing a thin cushion for the dining chair, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you as well for keeping the dried fish we purchased in your freezer. The Room was spacious, and the meals were delicious. If I had to mention one thing, it would have been nice to have something like a slatted mat or a small area in the large bathroom where we could change without getting our feet wet. We would love to visit again.

    Perfect for anniversaries or trips with friends!

    This was my second stay, and I chose it for a special occasion. During my first visit about a year and a half ago, the staff provided excellent service, which made the experience enjoyable. However, this time the service was disappointing; the front desk staff seemed indifferent, and there were only male staff members present, which left me feeling uncomfortable. It felt like such a waste as there was no effort to engage in even basic communication. The stark contrast from my previous visit dampened my mood. That said, I appreciated the bath facilities and unlimited drinks. The beautiful scenery also allowed me to end on a positive note. However, the limited amenities like pajamas were a downside.

    It was our first gla...

    It was our first glamping experience, and the tent with air conditioning was very comfortable. The scenery was beautiful, and there were few insects, allowing us to fully enjoy nature. The unlimited drinks were a great help since there are no convenience stores nearby. If I had to suggest something, it would be to include more vegetables in the breakfast—it would make it even better! Both breakfast and dinner portions were sufficient. Our kids loved it and said they want to come back again!

    Early Summer Vacation

    I saw it on Instagram and was very intrigued, so I was delighted to use it this time. The guest room was clean and provided a wonderfully relaxing space. The scenery in the morning, evening, and night was beautiful and soothing. This is a Hotel I would love to visit again and again in every season.

    Accommodation for Families to Enjoy Together

    We considered staying in a dome accommodation, but since our child is young, we chose a room with a bath and toilet. As a result, both the room and strolling within the facility were satisfying for both parents and child. The room offers plenty of natural views. Additionally, drinks were provided, and there was an abundance of delicious meals, so we didn’t need to purchase any extra snacks. Right after check-in, we poured beer and juice from the drink bar to take back to our room... The time spent toasting as a family while gazing at Mt. Fuji was absolutely wonderful! The grounds are spacious enough for children’s walks, and nighttime fireworks along with s'mores were unique experiences that brought constant smiles to our child's face. If I had one suggestion—it would be great if the drink bar offered alcohol past 9 PM so that we could enjoy some quiet drinks in the room after putting our child to bed. (Though honestly, we had plenty by 9 PM anyway!) We noticed there weren’t other families with children during our stay; hopefully we weren’t too noisy... That’s my only concern! All staff members were warm and friendly in their interactions with us, making it such a comfortable stay for our family. We’d love to visit again next year! Thank you very much!

    Great view

    The view is stunning on a clear day. The room's bath is not an Onsen but still very pleasant. Opening the window turns it into a semi-open-air bath, offering a sense of openness. While the variety of dishes felt slightly limited, it was nice that all kinds of drinks were available despite the time restrictions. The staff's service was excellent.

    Regarding meals, there are no seasonal ingredients, mostly instant items, and the content is simple. I regret making the Reservation for meals.

    I was looking forward to staying at the property with its attractive offerings of all-you-can-drink, a private jacuzzi, and private dining rooms. First, regarding the all-you-can-drink menu, there were delicious drinks like Shizuoka beer and sparkling wine, which was nice, but as a drink lover, I thought plastic glasses were a bit off-putting. It felt like disposable plastic cups would have been just as good. Next, the jacuzzi I was looking forward to was quite dirty, making me wonder if it had been cleaned. I ended up cleaning it myself, but it made me sad to think why I had to clean the bath myself while on vacation. The dirt was not something that could be washed away with a shower; it required scrubbing with a sponge. As for the food, the dining area smelled bad. It seemed to be coming from the drain? There were also more than ten stink bugs. Even though the food looked delicious, the lack of cleanliness in the dining area was the worst. Regarding the staff, this may vary from person to person, but having a little conversation is part of the fun of traveling, yet when it becomes lengthy, it becomes tiring instead of relaxing. Also, regarding the conversation about dogs, it was not enjoyable as it was filled with suggestions like "you should do this" or "you should do that." Finally, about the room, the interior was cute and very nice. However, being at the very end on the forest side in a glamping dome, the dirt on the white exterior was noticeable, but I thought it could be easily cleaned with a pressure washer. (The moss on the terrace floor was also noticeable.) The terrace had chairs and tables, making it a place to enjoy the scenery while having a drink. Especially since the jacuzzi was also outside. Upon arrival, seeing the dome and floor covered in green moss and scattered with dead insects made me go "huh..." From these points, overall, the hotel's scenery, glamping dome, jacuzzi, all-you-can-drink, private dining rooms, and the ability to watch a theater by the campfire were appealing. Despite the good facilities and location, there were many concerns, and I felt it wasn't suitable for me. If various improvements are made, the facilities and the all-you-can-drink system are very attractive, so I felt it was a shame.

    Honestly, I was disappointed.

    This was my second stay. Previously, I was impressed by the delicious meals and the open-air bath with a view of Mt. Fuji, so I decided to visit again this time... It seems like there has been quite a renovation, as the large bath is gone, and the meals were vastly different from before. Many of the dishes were made of unbreakable resin, reminiscent of a cafeteria. The in-house wear was not readily available in the room and had to be requested at the front desk. Honestly, I was disappointed. I wonder if they have shifted their focus entirely to the glamping facilities. It's a shame because you can enjoy very beautiful scenery if the weather is good, and the customer service is excellent.

    It was wonderful.

    The view, room amenities, and service were all very wonderful. The all-you-can-drink service was especially great. I would love to visit again.
