    Excellent in every way.

    A friend told me last year that the Suzuka Circuit pool was great, so we stayed thinking we’d be tired after spending the day at the pool. The Hotel is conveniently located—it's close from the parking lot to the entrance, and there are shuttle buses inside, so it’s easy to get to the baths, restaurants, and front desk. The pool itself was excellent, with a variety of areas for everyone from small children to adults, and there are plenty of shops as well. The staff were also very helpful. We even bought tickets again the next day and went around the attractions. Our child will be three next year, so we’d like to come back again.

    A Thrilling Experience!

    We stayed in a MAIN Twin with three adults. The Hotel entrance was clean, and the circuit-themed atmosphere was exciting. With an extra bed added, all three of us slept comfortably. However, there was nowhere to sit in the Room, so we ended up chatting on the beds; it would be nice to have even a small chair and table. The Onsen had a great temperature, was clean, and very relaxing. Since it was Golden Week, there were many children who seemed to be having lots of fun. Breakfast was very satisfying as well, with Mie specialties such as Ise udon and miso soup with spiny lobster, along with kid-friendly options. I would have liked orange juice.

    It was a pleasant Hotel.

    We stayed with our son and his wife and our two grandchildren, a group of six. The Hotel was spotless and well maintained throughout, and the greenery and flowers were beautiful. It rained that day, but the umbrella stand always had neatly arranged umbrellas, making it very convenient to use. All staff greeted us with warm smiles and pleasant service—this is a Hotel that made us want to stay again. The spa was excellent!

    A Favorite Place

    This was our second visit, and we had a wonderful, very satisfying 1-night, 2-day stay! We’ve stayed at many Hotels across Hokkaido, Kanto, and Kansai with children aged 0–5, and among family-friendly Accommodations, this is by far our favorite Hotel. We visit around our child’s birthday, and we really appreciate the many perks that make kids happy. The food is also delicious. The only minor concern is that when traveling with children, bath times tend to overlap with other families, so it can get crowded. We’d love to stay again next year.

    Slightly higher Accommodation Fee

    Overall, the Accommodation and meals were very average and not worth the price, but the Room was spacious and clean. The park tickets were also expensive, and it was not clearly indicated where to buy individual attraction tickets instead of a pass. Unfortunately, it rained, which reduced our enjoyment of the stay by half. An umbrella was necessary to walk between the Accommodation, spa, and restaurant, and our feet got wet even after taking a shower.

    The stain-like mark ...

    The stain-like mark on the sofa mat in the Room was concerning. Changing the cover would have made a significant difference in comfort. The amusement park we aimed to visit was about a 2-minute walk, and the buffet was satisfying.

    A comfortable space with a clean Onsen.

    The room is clean and well-maintained, with plenty of amenities for a comfortable stay. The Onsen is also clean and relaxing, and the meals are served in a buffet style with a wide variety of delicious dishes. Truly a satisfying experience!

    Children will be delighted.

    It was my first time at Suzuka Circuit, and staying at the Suzuka Circuit Hotel was a great choice. We stayed in a maisonette-type room for six people, and the room was clean and spacious. Both dinner and breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, and the timing was well-managed, allowing us to enjoy our meals leisurely. The spa was also clean, and we were very satisfied.

    I think it was good.

    This is our third stay. We always stay here to use the pool at Suzuka Circuit. Our children love the pool at Suzuka Circuit.

    It was wonderful.

    Overall, it was excellent. The buffet was very delicious. However, the restaurant and spa are located in separate buildings, which can be inconvenient on rainy days. Additionally, the bidet toilet seat was not functioning, so we recommend checking it beforehand.

    For a child's birthday trip

    We previously visited Suzuka Circuit, and since our child wanted to go again, we decided to stay at this Hotel this time. The staff provided very detailed guidance from the parking lot, and the reception at the front desk was equally courteous. Our child loved the Room so much that they were very excited. The bath was very clean and spacious. This time, we opted for a plan with breakfast included, so we headed to the restaurant where the staff kindly guided us. The buffet was delicious and satisfying. We would love to stay at this Hotel again when visiting Suzuka Circuit in the future.

    If you come to Suzuka, stay here.

    We decided to stay at this property for our child's birthday trip to Suzuka Motor Park. We stayed for one night on a weekday. On the day of checkout, we went to the motor park, and it was convenient as we could continue using the parking lot. The gate is also nearby, making it perfect for families with children. The interior of the hotel doesn't feel brand new, but it is well-cleaned, and the age doesn't bother us at all. The large public bath is quite clean. It's not very big, but the amenities are well-stocked. Considering the price, I think the quality and variety of the meals are sufficient. If I had to say, the children were very satisfied, but it might be a bit lacking for those who are particular about their meals. It feels very much centered around children. The hotel is attached and reasonably priced. I would like to stay here again when visiting Suzuka.

    This time, it's the best again!

    I stayed with my husband. We have stayed several times, and the Room, Onsen, etc., are always clean. The flowers and garden are also beautifully maintained. We enjoyed delicious dinner and breakfast. The menu includes seasonal and local ingredients, as well as highly rated regular items like roast beef and mapo tofu, offering a wide variety and consistently delicious taste. You can tell that the dishes are carefully handmade. We were very satisfied and full. Relaxing in the Onsen and enjoying delicious food. The staff's service was excellent, and we were very satisfied this time as well. Thank you very much.

    Still great!

    I used it for the first time last time, and this time I repeated. The Hotel's facilities and service were good, and the children were very happy. Especially this time, there was a free ice candy service, which we enjoyed after the bath! The meals and bath were a bit far, and it was rainy this time, so it was tough, but we enjoyed the meals and bath comfortably. It fills up quickly, so you have to make an early reservation, but I would like to use it again. Thank you in advance for that time.

    Summer vacation use

    Convenient and great if you are playing with children at the amusement park or pool. Being able to enter the amusement park early is very appreciated, especially as it feels essential for securing a spot at the pool. The only disappointment was having to go outside when moving to the bath or dining area within the Hotel. It didn't rain during our stay, but it seems it would be a bit challenging if the weather were bad. Due to the summer vacation, the restaurant was chaotic with children during peak hours, but if you consider the timing, you could enjoy a leisurely meal. Lastly, shaved ice was served at the bar next to the front desk, and it was delicious as it wasn't just plain syrup!

    I would like to repeat my stay.

    The service at the front desk was very pleasant, and we had a very satisfying stay. The service of delivering food immediately after being seated for children who find it hard to wait at the buffet was also very helpful. We were grateful that they accommodated our requests, such as providing yogurt without jam. As it was a family-oriented Room, we were pleased to find plenty of towels prepared in the Room and a wide range of amenities.

    It was a great family trip.

    We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days with our family of four. The family room here had wide beds with no height, making it easy and safe for children to sleep. The room itself was small, with no sofa, and the TV was also small, so it didn't feel like a place to relax. When our older daughter entered the room, she said, "The room isn't big..." (disappointed), so next time we plan to choose a two-story room or another larger room. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and everything was delicious, which made the children happy. The Onsen facility was also clean and seemed nice. However, when going from the room to the Onsen facility, restaurant, or lobby, you have to walk outside a bit, and in the summer, there were large spiders, grasshoppers, and crickets on the path, so as someone who is not fond of insects, I was squealing while heading somewhere at night. There was also a vending machine near the room, and the shop near the lobby had drinks, alcohol, snacks, and cup noodles, which was perfect for when we got a little hungry. When leaving, we couldn't catch a taxi from the hotel, and the express train time was approaching, but the front desk staff kindly drove us to the bus stop with the hotel car. Thanks to them, we made it in time for the express train. Thank you for your help during the busy checkout time. Overall, I think it's a very good hotel. Our daughters also enjoyed Suzuka Circuit (Suzuka Saakitto) so much that they want to go again soon, so we look forward to staying here again next time.

    The best Hotel for families with children!

    We stayed in a maisonette room. We stayed with a family of five plus the mother (the children's grandmother), and since the upper and lower floors of the maisonette were quite a distance apart, it felt like separate rooms even without a door in between, which was just the right distance. The room on the second floor was also equipped with a TV, sofa, and table set, and the air conditioning was separate, so we were able to spend our time comfortably. The stairs were not dangerous even for a 2-year-old to go up and down, and the three children were delighted to go back and forth. The buffet meal had a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious, making it highly satisfying. (Although we didn't use it, we were surprised by the abundance of baby food.) We also had a cocktail experience, and both the person experiencing it and the parents watching had fun, with activities like shaking a shaker professionally. (The non-alcoholic drinks were very delicious.) The bath, despite being weakly alkaline, had a strong silky and smooth feeling on the skin, and even those with atopic dermatitis could bathe without causing skin irritation! The children's amenities were also well-stocked and appreciated. As expected, it felt like a Miki House certified Welcome Baby property. After returning home, we discovered that the children had forgotten something, but when we contacted them later, they sent it to us! It was a favorite toy, so we were grateful. We definitely want to stay again!!

    Almost family-friendly! The location is excellent.

    We stayed with our 3-year-old child. The property is adjacent to the circuit park, making it very convenient to go back and forth. Most of the guests were also with children, which made it comfortable. We only added the breakfast buffet, but it was very diverse and enjoyable for both children and adults! However, the room was a bit old, and I was concerned about whether the cushions and such were clean. The spa and restaurant were relatively new and sophisticated, unlike the room. Unfortunately, when we sent our luggage back and forth, it wasn't delivered to the room. At the front desk, they just handed over the heavy cardboard box with a "Here you go." We had to ask if we needed to carry it ourselves or if we could borrow a cart. They didn't inform us unless we asked, so I wouldn't expect much in terms of hospitality. However, since our main purpose was to enjoy the park, we were overall satisfied.
